Honest, affordable, and trustworthy. I went in yesterday for what I fully anticipated being a new set of brakes (I have over 175k miles on my vehicle), and an oil change. Sean took care of me and informed me that I still had a lot of life left on them. I appreciate honesty in a time where that s not always the case form some auto shops. I am a return customer for a reason.

These guys are great! They are straight shooters and will take good care of you. They also installed my aftermarket parts with precision! Excellent Cooper off-road tires, too! It's absolutely worth the drive out to Adel.

I called to set up an appointment for an oil change and I really appreciated that they asked me if I needed to wait or be dropped off. I needed to wait for my car so they gave me a time so I wouldn t be sitting here for hours. When I got there they started my car right away and I was in and out in 24 minutes. Also for a mechanic shop the waiting area was very clean. :) also shop local! The drive through oil change places may be convenient but if you can always go to a local shop. Also the price was super reasonable!

Very impressed by John's commitment to treating customers right. Two faulty parts forced us to have an axle fixed for the third time. John was really professional in his explanation of what was happening and was more than fair when fixing for the third time. Very impressed with the small town service and personal care. Keep up the great work guys!!

Make an appointment here if you want to waste your time. They will say one thing on the phone and when you get there they will look at their little handwritten note pad and say something completely different. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone, my little over $300.00 estimate turned into $509.00 when I went to pick up my Jeep, not so much as a courtesy call to ask if I wanted to proceed. When I arrived to pay my bill the owner did not want to discuss the increase and began arguing with me. Pass on this one folks, will save you the headache.

We dropped off an eight year old car, described some issues and said go though it. We gave our phone number and went on vacation. We had a few phone calls to come up with some details and they got things right. 3 years later, no problems.So Monday we are bringing in a six year old car and will go through the same process.They also checked some boat batteries for free.Late edit, January 2022, my 14 year old two stroke single stage snowblower broke a weld from the shaft to the impeller recently. I stopped by one day while walking past and asked if they could weld it. They said if you can get it here quick we'll look at it. Bottom line, by that afternoon for 25 bucks I got my snowblower welded. I used the snow blower to clean up after the snow on 1/15/22.Thanks again guys.

I've taken my truck here many times. These guys do top notch work and their prices are reasonable. If you want to support local, or even if you don't. I'd always recommend Adel Tire. Friendly and fast service.

John was great! Called him to look at an issue we had and he went right out and took a look. I feel he was very honest when diagnosing problem. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.

Have had miscellaneous fixes done to several vehicles and tires on several vehicles. Good people to work with, fast, and reasonable. I had been looking for a long time for a shop like this. Happy repeat customer.

CV axle was stuck on the hub shaft. They knocked that off and got me on the road. Love these guys!!

My friend dropped his car off to have the bearings fixed and these guys were really fast. I know he's goes there a lot. I haven't needed to get but if I need anything, this will be the first place i go.

Completely disregarded by the service desk employee. After explaining to him what was going on with my car they made zero effort to communicate with me, ultimately just telling me he couldn't do anything. I guess if you are not known by this owner or in a higher class you are going to be treated like this; as I have heard from other people who are younger Adel citizens this is the case.

The owner was GREAT & VERY informative!!! He even told me what to do with like new used tries so I could buy some that actually fit my truck! A+ Attitude as well!!! I will return after I sell my tires! Thank You!

Great place very friendly people and would recommend there services I had a flat tire on my trailer and the fixed me right up and they didn't during there lunch hour and I am thankful cause I was 2.5 hours away from home thanks guys your the best
