This was 7 months in the making. I ordered an electrical fan conversion for my e39 in December. Got it in and wow, was I disappointed. The electrical connectors for the temp sensor were broken and looked like the ends were rtv ed to the connector, all the hardware holding the coolant rez and fan to the shrouds were all different lengths, the shroud on the other had was undersized for my e39, there was 1 1/2in gap on each end of the shroud. Attempted to get zionsville to correct it which they tried to but in the end couldn t. I ended up finding a used superduty kit (rad / shroud / fan) for my e39 else where. When the kit arrived I matched up what zionsville sent me vs what I got and the shroud they sent was still way off. Ended up finding out the shroud I got works perfectly for an e46. In all, it was disappointing for the price. The amount of money they want for their products isn t justifiable due to the slop they sent me.

They re the only game in town when it comes to all-aluminum radiators for E34 s - sure the price ll make your nose bleed, but compared to what, eBay? Yeah, okay, you do that, make sure you let the forums know how that works out for ya.Z-Ville builds a fine product and they stand behind it for life. Think you can get that from Alibaba? Ga bless ya, good luck with that, bonne chance and all the best to you and yours and all the ships at sea

Great and helpful staff! A tremendous resource for BMWs, and a working knowledge of them. If you are having issues, look them up! Dwight has a working, hands-on knowledge of these vehicles and can likely point you in the right direction!

I have a 1996 318ti with a '99 S52 swapped in...also known as a "bastard" swap....this is my term for it. I am new to BMW's but loved the concept of this little bastard. It is a sleeper of epic proportions. So the original 318ti 5 speed with 170K on it finally died. I needed to know what my options were for fitment of a replacement 5 speed that requred the least money and modifications. Zionsville Autosport has an E36 guru that was able to point me to a range of options. I can't thank Dwight enough. Thanks!!!!
