Amazing people, great service! Dealership had told me I needed several things done and they told me they were not necessary. Also took great care of my daughter when her car broke down. Came highly recommended by my neighbor, so glad I found them.

Zionsville Auto Service has outstanding mechanics who provide excellent service at reasonable prices. They are honest and do not try to sell you parts and service that you do not need. They fix what's broken. They have kept our cars running smoothly for more than 3 decades.

This place is excellent. Going to a mechanic for car trouble is always stressful - but these guys are friendly and helpful. There's none of the posturing or condescending tone that can sometimes happen in these situations. Most importantly, with the mutual respect came trust. They went above and beyond in helping us get the car to them and diagnose the issue, essentially at no cost to me. They took time to resolve the issue quickly and cheaply. They, no kidding or exaggeration, saved us time and money. And, it was pleasant to boot. I'm glad to say I have a mechanic in Zionsville!

Extremely reliable car shop I've used for many years. They won't overcharge you, and they won't try to get you to fix something unless it's broken. Oil changes are slightly more expensive here than some other local places, but it's a small price to pay for their service and quality.

This place has been around for many years and there's a reason why! HONESTY! I was having trouble with my car and took it back to the dearship 3 different times to which there was always a "new" issue. Original issue was never fixed. Since my parents had always taken their cars to Zionsville Auto...I decided to give it a try. They fixed the original problem (wire was not hooked up right!). So I spent $1300 at the dealership vs under $40.00 at ZAS!! Their honestly keeps on going!! They were professional in my care. I will continue to take any and all vehicles there and will spread the good word about them!!

I am a shop owner and I want to sing praises to this repair shop. My daughters were on a trip and her car started missing. We took a chance and called a local shop to see if they could look at it. They were just about to close and Roy one of the workers said he would stay and look at it. They fixed it for her and even as a professional courtesy. Sold the part to me at a discounted price. It s not often to see this type of professionalism and kindness. Thank you.

I've taken my cars here a few times over the years and they're always fair. My car is fixed without further issues. Latest repair was a humming noise that sounded like bad tires but it turned out to be wheel bearings needed to be replaced. The tire store told me it was probably just uneven wear. Another tire store said it could be CV joints. ZAS was spot on with the wheel bearings. Nice job!

I've gone here about a 1/2 dozen times. Good shop, good prices, upfront. In one particular instance they went far above and beyond. And for tires specifically, I won't go to the chain retailers anymore, too much upselling, don't always have the tires I want at the best prices; now I buy online and have Zville Auto mount/balance. A much better experience, IMO.

A mechanic shop like this is hard to find these days. Honest owner, mom and pop shop feel. Alex worked on my car, did everything to a T. I'm now comfortable and confident making a cross country drive to Colorado from Indiana. If you are anywhere in the area and need somthing from a simple oil change to a used car check up, come here.....simple as that. Support small business!!!

I ve asked this place to fix the shaking in my car about 3 times and do whatever they need to do to stop the shaking. Still shakes after taking it here 3 times. They have charged me for an alignment, balance the tires, and rotation of the tires and nothing as helped.

My wheel fell off at midnight and I got my car towed to the nearest auto shop. I got my car fixed and back on the road by 1:30 pm the next day for just $107. Great auto shop

I brought my truck in for a bad fuel pump, or so I believed. They told me that the problem was the cap and rotor. So I not only changed the fuel pump but the cap and rotor and still it wasn't fixed correctly. When they gave the truck back to me it stopped running again so they picked it up and said they kinked a fuel line putting in the new fuel pump period to fix their mistake they charged me an additional $135. Would not recommend the shysters to anyone

I was visiting the area from Chicago and Zionsville Auto Service saved the day! My car was diagnosed and repaired on the spot with excellent customer service! I have never had this quality of service from my dealership.

I was traveling alone heading back to college, they fit me in when no one else would, and they didn t even charge me to diagnose it. They were very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend them.
