I had just purchased my X5 BMW and within a month was ran off the road. Within 2 days I had my car at Performance Collision Center for an estimate. They repaired my car and it looks like new. Thanks to Abby Furnish for her professionalism it made the experience better and I do recommend Performance Collision Center to other car owners in need of repair. John Bloom

Took our 2017 Ford Explorer here. Had a fantastic experience. Techs went above and beyond in repairing our vehicle. It was like the crash never happened. Very nice and great customer service. Will be our preferred body shop for life.

Getting into a wreck is one of my worst nightmares, and when it happened I was beyond relieved when someone recommended this place to me. Rather youre driving something domestic or foreign, a daily driver or your weekend wagon look not further for body work/collision specialist. Abby was incredibly helpful getting me checked in and was completely transparent about what to expect, and what to do. She has a wealth of knowledge, she was incredibly personable, and made me feel at ease when I brought my family heirloom in to get an estimate. Everyone else I talked with Lindsey and Raylynn, were also incredibly kind and helpful too!Seriously, if you care about your car, expect professionalism, and want to have your car handled with care/fixed right, look no further and call these folks today!

HORRIBLE! They allowed my vehicle to sit for 30 days after taking it in for repair. They did not communicate with myself or the dealership authorizing the repairs. I had to continue to try and reach them until I finally made the decision to go pick up my vehicle. They had to jump my car because it had died from sitting. They also left marker paint on the car that marked the spots that needed repair - couldn't even wash the vehicle!! Lastly, they had the audacity to charge for a diagnostic fee after completing no work and having my vehicle just sit. Rest assured they did not offer to make my car payment that month. I will never recommend them to anyone!

I had an Absolutely terrible experience. I think this is by far one of the worst service experiences I have had and would not recommend this place to anyone.Let me list the top five, yes theres way more than 5, reasons why it was a bad experience1. My account manager did not once give me a call to share updates. Every time I called, I would be on hold and then she would be unreachable. I never got a call back, ever, for any voice mail2. It took over 2 months for them to fix my car with no timeline updates or estimated completion date3. After 50 days they did give me a date but the car was not ready then and they had to extend their time of completion by another week. Poor planning!4. The final step was to send the car to the dealership which they did 2 days after saying its sent from their end. I only know because the car has remote tracking and I also reached out to someone at the dealership who confirmed my assumption.5. Performance Collision did a great job with my vehicle. They had to wait for parts to arrive before they could schedule and begin repairs, but that is outside their control. Communication was clear and consistent, and they were only a text away for questions and updates. Briley was particularly helpful and I appreciated everyone I interacted with. Let me began by stating I was very happy with the bodywork completed, however, my vehicle ran very quietly when I dropped off for repairs, however, 13-15 days later I attempt picking up my vehicle and it ran very loud and it did not when dropped off. I have been extremely disturbed, angry and unhappy with the response. I will never do business here or a Pierson Ford again.

Car has been in the shop almost three months with wildly inaccurate time estimates for completion. I certainly realize things come up and delays happen, but right now this is a full month beyond the first time they said it would be done. Unacceptable in every way

My experience with them has been absolutely dreadful. To begin with, I had to bring my car in for repairs on two separate occasions, and both times they couldn't find my appointment on their schedule when I arrived. The case manager failed to provide any explanation and simply informed me that they would need to reschedule. As a result, my vehicle ended up sitting at their facility for a staggering 30 days, forcing me to rely on a rental car. Communication with them was virtually non-existent; every time I called, I was transferred multiple times and promised a call back that never materialized. Additionally, they showed a complete disregard for emails, failing to respond to any of my inquiries.Upon finally receiving my car, I discovered that a part responsible for securing the rear bumper had fallen out. It was only then that they informed me the part was on backorder and unavailable for replacement. Had the part not fallen out, they likely would have neglected to mention this issue altogether. They made promises to order the part and follow up with me, but once again, they failed to fulfill their commitment.Without a doubt, this repair shop has been the worst I have ever encountered. Performance collision center is an outstanding shop for body repairs! From the knowledgeable front desk staff to the service technicians that worked on my vehicle, this is a first class shop. They did quality, timely work on my vehicle and kept me informed every step of the way. With the uncontrollable variables that occur during a vehicle repair (parts delays, timing issues, and just overall volume of work these shops have right now) they did their best to repair my vehicle with a quality repair and great customer service. I'm deeply disappointed to leave a 0-star review for Performance Collision Center. My recent encounter with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the damages being from the accident, their approach to addressing them was extremely inadequate and lacked attention to detail. From attempting to deceive about damages that existed prior to the accident, to their consistent efforts to take shortcuts and provide UNCLEAR information, this place truly falls short of any reasonable standard. Their blatant disregard for honesty, transparency, and quality is evident in their attitude towards imperfections and their dismissive approach to customer concerns. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.What's even more concerning is their apparent affiliation with a local Progressive agent, which seems to hint at an under-the-table deal going on. If I could, I would have given this business 0 stars. My experience with Performance Collision Center has been anything, but easy and I would urge consumers to find a different body shop to take your chances with.The deal is, I ran over a curb and tore off my rocker molding. Tuff, I know. Upon taking my car into Pearson Ford, I was recommended to go to their auto body shop "Performance Collision Center". Upon arriving at Performance Collision Center, my car damage was estimated to be $539.04 with the parts costing $433.03. This estimate was on 7/13/2023. I scheduled with them to have the parts ordered and put on 7/25/2023.Fast forwarding to my appointment, I dropped my car off at 8am and proceeded to purchase a rental from the enterprise center for the day. Fast forward again to 3pm, I called the center to see what was going on with my car. (To replace the rocker molding all it really is, is a plastic part to be painted prior to my arrival with plastic clips to be clipped onto the frame.) I was told that my car was assigned to a technician and they have dismantled my car and are coming up with a game plan to put it back together... From what I have just told you so far, there is no need to "dismantle" my car since the part came all the way off from hitting the curb (I also took all the clips out). I told the receptionist this and that what she was saying didn't make much sense to me. She told me she would call me back shortly to do what I assumed would be to find a plausible answer to my question. She called me back at 3:51pm which I missed and called them back at 4:15pm and told me that they ordered the wrong part and that the correct part would need to be ordered. After sifting through the terminology being used, I found out that I would owe more than what was previously quoted on the parts to be put on. At this point I am annoyed that they have had my car all day and not contacted me that they have the wrong part, so that I can come pick my car up. I asked if they would then reimburse my rental or if they would allow me to have my car back to which she then got off the phone to find more answers. I was called back and told that I need to come pick my car up and that they close at 5:30pm. I was not in the position to get there earlier than 5:30, but arrived at 5:35pm. When I arrived, they were closed and I was not able to get my car back. I went over to Pearson and found a nice lady from Pearson that listened to me and was able to order me a Lyft home after returning my car rental.The next day 7/26/2023, I walked into Performance Collision Center to get my car and understand what has been going on with this whole frustrating process. I was greeted by the manager who printed my new quote for my part which didn't make sense. The new part cost $240.30, which was cheaper than the part ordered, but for this new part, I was quoted $676.73 which is an extra $137.69. I then asked her to print my old quote, which seemed to be updated with the new part information, but that quote was still cheaper than my newest quote at $592.99. If you are following along at this point, I pretty much have 3 different quotes that all say different final costs. This is ridiculous. I later came back after getting my original quote from home (ALLLWAYYSSS SAVE YOUR QUOTES) and had a discussion with the manager who helped to lower the price, so that I only owed $46.30 more than what I have already paid. Honestly at this point it is robbery. theres no way they are paying their technicians at the rates I was charged for, but that's besides me. After settling on this I asked them to call me when the part comes in before it was painted. I left home with solace that I just wanted to get this whole thing over with.It is now August. 23rd and I am finally getting my part put on. I called 3 times in the middle of this whole stent.Service: Body & Trim

They finished my vehicle quicker than I had anticipated. It was exactly one week s time from the day I dropped off my Mazda for a new lift gate to the day it was ready for pickup. I was referred to Performance Collision by my insurance provider for some minor body work on my new BMW iX. Before initiating a larger repair, they met me in the shop to see if they could completely buff out my damage. Eric (my rep) took 30 minutes on hands and knees, buffing and polishing until my many paint scrapes and scratches were gone. If we couldn't buff it out, I was looking at a very complicated new bumper on a big EV. I asked how much to pay, he said - don't worry about it. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and I got a level of service that other companies would have denied. I'll go back to Performance Collision for any repair need from here on out. WOW. WOW. WOW! I am blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and constant communication the Performance Collision Center s team displayed during my 2 month journey w/ them. I was in an accident and dealing w/ my insurance company was not a sunny walk in the park, they were on my side helping me navigate, providing detailed options, and sending me information/details I needed to determine what was best for my vehicle, insurance and pocket book. I m so impressed with PCC and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a body shop/collision repair center. This company works for the insurance company, Progressive. They pieced my suv back together and painted over it. When I noticed all of the different gaps and spaces they tried to play me as if I was seeing things. Even after I took it back to them and gave them multiple times to get it correct they failed to do so. They had my suv for 4 months. This company has also cost me 9 days of income by leaving me without transportation due to their first error, which was breaking my windshield and telling me to come pick up my vehicle. I deliver groceries and do drop offs and pick ups to get truck drivers to their post. They had my suv and there was no rental set up for me. I made it clear to them what I did for work and they did not respect that. They hold no accountability for the terrible experience I had, they just wanted my money in exchange for their unsatisfactory work.

Top notch care. We had been in a car accident and they took absolutely fantastic care of us. Updates along the way with the repair process (Thank you to Ethan & Rosemary!!). Their technicians do very nice/clean work. I am so impressed. Highly recommend.

Wrecked my car and BMW suggested I send it to them. Communication was very lacking. The wait time was insane. At least a month wait before they ever got to it. It seemed like they said they would work on it and when I called to check they didn t get to it several different times. I never knew what was going on or how far along things were. Communication between insurance and the shop was non existent. My vehicle was in an auto accident & this place was recommended by my insurance. They gave me weekly updates & made sure I knew what process my vehicle was in from getting the estimate to getting my vehicle back at the end. All shops are delayed or backed up in parts but they still made sure I was aware & always in the know. Would definitely go here again, 10/10 recommendService: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first experience with this body shop and I was impressed. From the moment I arrived everyone was kind and welcoming. Every step of the process was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. The quality of work is amazing and my car was finished ahead of schedule. Dealing with this company has been way less than favorable. I made an apppointment on 7/12/22 and was told that estimate and repairs could start in 6 weeks. 6 weeks comes and on 8/25/22 I dropped my car off to them and was told that I would get an estimate for completion that next day. That day came and went and my car was not even looked at until a week later. My etimated date of completion was first 9/17/22, then 9/21/22 then was told that the part would be in on 9/30 and the final completion date 10/7. Now they are saying that my part will be delayed until 10/31/22. You will not get updates unless you stay on top of them. Every deadline that was told was to me has been missed. I did reach out to other auto shops and while parts are delayed, 60 days is unheard of. My biggest frustration is that I wanted to go with another shop, but Progressive advised that I really should go with this company. Found out that this is Progressive's preferred shop and I'm sure they get a kick back for customers using them. I have since dropped Progressive. Rental monies ran out a long time ago, please do yourselves a favor and do not use Performance Collison for your auto repairs.10/8/22 *Regarding the owner's response. I get the delayed part, but honoring and standing behind your word is something that you can control and that hasn't been done. What about the week it took to even diagnose my car, or the nonexisent updates at times? It's funny how I can get a response on a google review, but emails go unanswered, but hope you have a great weekend!

My overall experience was good. It took me 2 months to get my vehicle into the shop for repairs. Then it took another month to get my vehicle back. Due to no fault from the repair shop. However it was frustrating simply because it wasn t my fault for the collision that caused me to have repairs but I was the one who had all of the inconsistencies.Service: Body & Trim

I don t know much about cars, but the work done to my vehicle was satisfactory. The customer service was, however, below my expectations. I dropped my vehicle off on 11/20 to for what I had been told was the first available appointment for a minimum 8 day repair on 11/21. On 12/4 I called to check in, as it had been 8 business days since I dropped the vehicle off. I was told it would be a week and a half until the vehicle was finished. I followed up on 12/13, and was told the vehicle would be ready on 12/17. On 12/17 I stopped by the shop to check in and pick up my vehicle. It was not ready, and I was told it would not be ready until the next day, 12/18. When I spoke with a manager he told me that work had not begun on my vehicle until 12/4, blaming a need to contact the insurance company for further payment, as well as administrative changes. When he went to find an employee to check the status of my car at that time, he could not find anyone and did not know where any employee might be. The repair took a total of 18 business days, for a little over 40 hours of labor. I feel as though this shop was taking advantage of the insurance company paying for the repair, and for the rental car fees as I needed a rental car for 29 days. I would not use this shop again, especially if I was in a hurry to get my vehicle back.

This place was amazing! The insurance claims adjuster did not include all damage from tree going though cab of GMC Duramax truck. Jeff Howard called to go over the claim with me and let me know damage not covered. He was wonderful! Once I approved amended claim, I had weekly texts letting me know progress. I stopped by to see truck one day and Jeff Howard went over all repairs in detail with me as we walked around disassembled truck. There were some parts on back order, so I picked up truck and was told I d be called as soon as parts were in. Jeff called me the morning parts arrived. Truck was scheduled for repairs and ready the day I was promised it would be. There are few if any companies that have customer service as fabulous as Performance Collision! Just got my 2020 F-150 back this week. It had a lot of front end damage after a small wreck. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Though the repair took longer than anticipated, it was definitely a part supply issue, not a location issue. They kept great communication about the status the whole time, with plenty of apologies although as I said I know it wasn t their fault. Hoping I don t need them again but if I do that s where I m taking my vehicle.

I pulled a bumper 1/2 off backing out of the garage. I drove right into Performance's garage 2 miles from me. They fixed it right away...well Oscar did:-). In 10 minutes it looked normal again. No one would take a payment, not even a tip to Oscar. I have used them before for greater damage and was completely happy. Great service, clean garage, super people, stellar neighbors.
