It was great the store manager Jackson and Mike was great, some guy Named Danny West assisted with Mike Scott helping me find what I was looking for. Had my car worked on next door as well. But overall it was a great day. Here are some pictures.

Such a wonderful experience! Tracy an assistant manager was so accommodating to my needs and got me safely back on the road. I couldn t be more grateful this is customer service at its finest!

Had ordered a part online for delivery to my home. The online folks sent the wrong part. The folks at this location got everything straightened out the next day. They were very respectful and helpful

I love this place. They always have what I need, and I always get the best price. The people are always friendly and very knowledgeable.I recommend calling here first for everything automotive.

Each time I have been here, the staff is helpful. They lose one star because this week I placed an order online for same day pickup and there are some holes in that process.I went out somewhere else and swung by on the way back even though I didn't get an email that it was ready. The gentleman there told me that what I ordered was coming from another store and would arrive by 12:30. I ended up calling the next morning because I still didn't get an email about the order. My order had arrived, but they didn't email me.

This is my auto parts store for anything I need for my car. Everyone I have dealt with there has always been very courteous and friendly. I will definitely go back again

They're my #1 place for batteries and parts! My latest experience thinking I needed a battery turned into needing an Alternator! I got there a half hour before closing. The guys at the 106th and Michigan Rd location hung out an hour after closing assisting the installation... much appreciated!

Every time I go in this location and order parts for brakes they give me the wrong rotors and calipers and brake pads. I end up having to go back two and three times to get the right parts. Beyond frustrated is an accurate description of my experience.

Needed a part for my car and they were very helpful. They were having a sale on mobile 1 oil, So I purchased a 6 pack. If you are AAA member show your card and get 10% off on general purchases. Check them out sometime soon.

Didn't really take me seriously when I asked for a battery to be ordered, they will test your battery but won't install a new one if you buy one there... nah.. ill go to another store or a different location

Amazing service! I was broke down and needed a $5 part. The part was not only available but, was delivered free of charge! Over and above the call of duty! Thanks Napa, you know how! (To help out people) Zionsville Napa, good people!

Let me start off by saying between all four major autoparts stores and dealer parts centers, Napa is the best. The employees at this Napa go the extra mile for me weekly which can be rare from parts stores. The staff at this Napa is the best in this area without a doubt. Doug and Tina will get you what you need when you need it.

Had the part I needed when I broke down on a Sunday afternoon. NAPA was the only parts house in the area to have it in stock. They had the part out and ready when I arrived. Was in and out of the store in less than five minutes. Got back on the road in no time at all thanks to NAPA Know How.

Love this Zionsville Indiana NAPA store Tina vennard is one of the most nicest and helpful people any time I go in there I get greeted with a very nice smile and how can I help you I'm in and out of there very quick and if she doesn't help me the other staff is very quick to help me so I would highly recommend this NAPA store

Napa is my preferred auto parts store. It's never the cleanest or the prettiest, but the staff are always knowledgeable as opposed to some of the other chains.

They were to diagnose and fix my car in the same day. Not too pricey and they kept in contact with me throughout the day to give me updates on my car.
