I get better service at Pearson Ford with my Lincoln Navigator than at any Lincoln dealership. Joel, provided honest and timely service updates on the repair of my vehicle. Great communication and amazing service! Thanks you!

Updated:This has been resolved 133 days after it started. I was told I was going to be reimbursed 2 times by management, each time waiting a week and nobody reached out about a reimbursement being ready. After getting no response I contacted John Pearson (This Dealership President) he got me reimbursed within an hour. I am glad this issues is finally resolved however it should not have taken this long or having to go all the way to the top of this dealership to get this done. Especially after being told by management I would be reimbursed within a week on two different occasions.Original Review 1/5I have been going here for about 4 years now however last time I got an oil change my truck was returned with 3 scratches through paint down to metal. I was told that they would take care of the scratches in the paint. Which they did after having to wait about a month to get my truck into the body shop.After dropping off my truck it set for a full week before anything was done other than circling the scratches. It ending up being 14 days until I got my truck back. When I picked up my truck I turned in my rental car receipt to them.After not hearing anything about any reimbursement for about a week. I called and talked to Liz who told me I would be reimbursed by the end of the week. It has now been 3 weeks since then and I haven t heard anything from Ford after reaching out multiple times or received any reimbursement. I am very disappointing in the management at this Ford Service Center.

If you are looking to spend several hours and a ton of money, and to get your car in absolute pristine condition with repairs that are nice to have (not necessary), this place would be good for you. If you re looking for basic, fast, necessary service for your car, Quicklane is not for you. The staff are very nice and professional and the technicians do a great job, but I hate being pressured to do things that aren t necessary. Every time I come here for an oil change, it takes over an hour (sometimes 2-3 hours) and they try to get me to do multiple other things to my car. This time, they tried to upsell me in an additional $800 of recommended service items. Every time I m here with the same car, they recommend different fixes. I don t feel like I can trust them, I don t feel great coming here, and I feel like it takes too long.Service: Oil change

Thank you quick Lane! These guys did an amazing job with regular service and replacing a door handle part that was broken on my F-150Management seems to have things running in excellent order. Clear communication and very professional customer service on the phone and at the counter.Will continue to come back for sure.

I went in for an oil changes last week. I had a fine experience. They said I would be there about an hour. I was there about an hour. The price was more than fair. The staff is always nice. I'm writing the review to praise one particular employee who was berated constantly by a customer who was upset her car was taking a long time (she had a serious issue with her car, she was a walk-in and they needed time to fix it). The employee (Andrew) was COMPLETELY professional, calm, kind and courteous to her. He never acted frustrated even though she was rude and loud in front of everyone. He had to have been humiliated but you would never know. Thank you Ford for hiring such professional and courteous staff members.

Thanks guys!!As an update the quick lane has moved to the front side of the building and combined with Pearson Ford service center. It is no longer on the side of the building

I went in for a free oil change and was told my battery needed to be replaced. It had just been replaced in 2019 so I called the place I had gotten the battery from and was told to come there as it was covered under warranty.. so I declined the (180$) battery at Pearson quick lane.. went directly to this other place.. they checked my battery and I was told the battery was fine and still holding a good charge... so I will not be back. Also.... none of the employees had a mask on... and no, keeping it below your chin isn t wearing a mask !Services: Battery, Oil change

I love going here for oil changes and other general maintenance when needed. They have been great honoring coupons and even went above and beyond to accept a free oil change from their old rewards system that they technically didn't have to honor.They have completed the services in reasonable time and were very friendly. I've sent family and friends here and they have been treated well, which to me is more important than how they are when I go because I take my recommendations seriously.

They never called back to give updates, I always had to call them. I had a problem with the Sync radio, they replaced a board. It would work at low volume but not above 15. They were guessing, so they replaced battery. Blew out the new board. Suggested I come to the dealership and take it around the building to the regular service area. Regular service said they couldn t help. Quick lane ordered a warranty replacement board, and have installed it, but say any further repair is beyond their scope. So I m out $850 and all I have is a new battery and the same problem I came in with. 20 years ago, Pearson Ford service was top notch. I wouldn t take a tricycle there today.Service: Electrical

I drive an hour and a half one way to get my car serviced there and have done so since 2004! The manager Kyle is amazing and goes out of his way for his customers ALWAYS! His assistant Chad also goes above and beyond and Jake the mechanic is very thorough!! This is the ONLY place that I will take my cars to be serviced!!!

There were some oversights and service that simply wasn t completed, even when explicitly asking for them (which was also normal things they check, failing to ensure antifreeze was at an adequate level, for example).But in the end (and a weekend of my car being trapped at the Quick lane) the service manager, Eric made it right by expressing genuine empathy and providing appeasement for my experience.If you take your car here, double check to ensure that the service was actually completed, and don t rely upon an employee ensuring you it s been done (or will be). Check yourself and get in touch with Eric and he ll take care of you.

First of all the guys were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately the first time I had them change the oil in my Toyota Sequoia I drove it home and because of how picky I am about my automobiles I opened the hood to find the oil filler cap missing!!! Luckily it was still sitting nearby on the battery but imagine if someone had not checked for many months! Ok so I called and told them what happened and they were very apologetic. I gave them a second chance when I recommend them to my mother n law for new tires for her Lexus. They gave us a great deal and got them ordered and finally installed. When I was inspecting the job they did I noticed the tires were installed backwards as they were a high performance uni directional tire. Uggh. Of course they fixed the problem and were sorry. This sort of stuff should not happen and while I would like to give them a 3rd chance you know what they say about that.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

I am hesitant to write a negative review for any company because I also work in a service driven company and realize there are days when things don't go right and no one is to blame that's just the way things went that day so here's what happened to me and you can be the judge as to if I have a right to give it a 1 star rating. I called before I went to the shop with a SPECIFIC issue. They said it wouldn't be a problem and that they could fix it. I went to the shop and showed the guy what the problem was with a bad seal that needed to be replaced around a bolt. I took the tech outside and showed him the EXACT issue. He saw what I was showing him and assured me it wouldn't take long so I waited in the waiting room. 2 hours later my car still isn't done so I take a look in the bay area and see my car is up in the air with all the tires off and the hood open. I asked the front desk guy why my car has all the tires off and the hood open when the issue I wanted fixed had nothing to do with tires nor engine. He couldn't give me an answer. So he goes back to talk to the tech. Comes back and tells me that I need new rear brake pads and have to replace something on the front axle of the car. $800 estimate. I asked him if they fixed the leaking seal on the bolt I showed the tech and he said no. Here's why I am giving this shop a 1 star. 1.) They didn't even address the issue I brought the car in for 2.) they took my car and did things to it that I didn't give permission to have done 3.) I sat there for 2 hours waiting for something that should have only taken 30 mins at most 4.) while I was there for 2 HOURS I got to hear a lot of other people in the waiting area saying pretty similar things to the desk guy which should have given me an idea of what was going to happen to me as well. So that is my story. You can decide.

I have been taking my cars to quick lane for 4 years now. They not only maintain my every day car but also my business trucks . They have done everything from ac fixes to fixing sensors that keep going off. Mark is a great mechanic and is great at problem solving. He has helped me out a bunch of times. They have always treated me well and are honest. I will continue to take my cars there. Thanks guys..

Even though I had a free oil change for purchase of a new truck they wanted a card stating that. I never had one or was given one. Could they not look up on their system and see that this was the first oil change? I also asked to not add anything to the windshield wiper reservoir (I use rainx) well that didn't stop them. I had to ask for a copy of the work that was performed. On the charges there was a charge but no explanation of what it was for.

I was calling in regarding brake service for my Jeep. All he said was we don t quote over the phone. In a reality where a pandemic is out of control, you better learn how to at least give a ball park as to cost so people can prepare. Also don t be so rude and unprofessional. I called several other places and they have at least a ball park price. Learn and educate yourself on how to be of great service so you don t lose any more business.

I sent my son to get an oil change and they were dishonest . They told him the car needed a brake job, and we just had new brakes put on at a very reliable mechanic we have used for years. When he told them that, then the guy told him that he needed something else, I called my mechanic , alter, and he said that was bogus. Also, they told him 50-10 minutes and they took 2 hours till it was done. My entire family will avoid this place, in the future.Oh yes, they also didn't take their own , unexpired coupon......

We were supposed to be leaving for a horse show at 2pm on Friday. At 11am that morning the brake line on my truck busted. These guys had us in the shop by 11.30am and replaced the entire brake line plus rotors and pads, flushed it out and had us out the door by 6.45 pm. If you're ever in a pinch like we were, I highly recommend them.

I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. 2 hours and $107 later here I am. $107 for an oil change and tire rotation, and a cabin air filter. I asked how much the air filter was and the answer was $13, and then when I went to check out it ended up being $30 with labor costs. Shady and dishonest. I won t be back.

Very pleased. It was nice to go to a place without all the B.S. and get great and professional service. Went there for my first time to get an oil change and get estimate on front brakes. I would highly suggest anyone who is looking for a place to get your car service to check this place out. Ask for Derrick he will take care of you.

I can t say enough about the service. I had an emergency with a tire. It was minutes before close and the staff went above and beyond normal call of duty to fix me up before shutting the store down. Greatly appreciated and they ve earned all my future business.

This place does not answer their phone or call back after leaving messages. I have a brand new car with issues and trying to get a hold of anyone is like pulling teeth. Extremely frustrated with this service center and this is the only factor that would make me think twice about coming to Pearson.

The manager was awesome I had a huge issue with my 2015 Ford Taurus SEL water pump inside the engine I know throw the whole car away but No they helped me out getting my pump fixed and much more at a affordable price . Thank you !

When I arrived at quicklane 2hours ago there was already a good line in front of me, But that doesn't mean anything I think quicklane is a Great place to bring your car for repairs or oil changes, the staff is always super nice always talk to Kyle and he will help you out and get you going

Had all four tires and rear brakes replaced on a Nissan. They say out of Good, Cheap, and Fast, you can only pick two. However, in this case, they were definitely all three

Beware. Two instances of concern for me at this place.1. They performed a brake job without authorization to do so on my vehicle. They gave me a "discount" for the error, but the quality of the pads was rock bottom (not OEM). The resurfaced rotors we're causing juddering again within a week.2. While I was inspecting my vehicle in the garage, I observed a mechanic moving (engine running) one of the cars in the shop with what seemed like no oil in the engine. Pistons were slamming loudly as the car flew across the garage floor.Beware.
