From the moment I walked in, Dave, the store manager, greeted me with a warm smile and exemplary customer service. He patiently listened to my concerns and ensured that all my questions were addressed.John, the shop senior tech, demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism. He quickly diagnosed that my tires needed to be replaced, explaining the reasons in a clear and understandable manner and why the car was shaking. His attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch service were truly commendable.The entire experience at your service center was seamless and efficient. Not only did I leave with properly aligned and balanced wheels, but I also had the peace of mind knowing that my tires were in expert hands. Heath, Dave and everyone on your staff is always so friendly and courteous. By the way, I know all of your staff by first name! Whenever I walk in the door I am always greeted with a warm smile and willingness to help. The amount of great service, care & attention receive is unlike anywhere else I have ever been. Scheduled a repair for a nail in a tire at 9:00 a.m. for them to call and ask to reschedule at 11:00 a.m. that day. No worries but still inconvenient. They then said it would be a 20-30 minute fix for it to be end up being 2 hours instead. They did fix the tire and I had the unfortunate luck of hitting another nail later in the day. Went to a different shop and it was fixed in 20 minutes. Would recommend going somewhere else for simple fixes unless you re okay with having your whole day revolving around Firestone.

I'm a big fan of the team at my local Firestone Complete Auto Care, they always deliver great customer service and complete the repairs when promised. The location is outstanding, I can walk home after dropping the vehicle off.This occasion was to have my college aged daughters 2009 Altima-227k miles inspected, oil change and any pressing repairs taken care of while she was on Spring Break.Very pleased with the team.

Rude and unprofessional employees. One mechanic was yelling and upset we would not do what he recommended. We directly stated what we needed done. They tried to use scare tactics and were alarmists. They wanted us to leave the vehicle overnight and said it would likely be expensive to fix our issues. They actually saved us money. We drove down the street to Autozone, bought the parts and tools, and fixed it in 25 minutes.

I have been a customer of Firestone Auto Service for quite some time now. This location by far has the best, exemplary Autocare customer service. Heath Dave and Josh are simply amazing. They are honest, sincere and interact with smile and dedication to their job. I recommend them to all my friends. You will experience what I mean here. Give them a try.

Another mechanic whose main concern is how much money he can extract from you.Went there with a front brake hose needing replacement. Had the problem diagnosed and gotten the correct & reputable (ACDELCO) part for it, but didn t want to deal with the seized brake fittings.Reached out, described the problem and the diagnostic process. Did want to diagnose himself. OK, fine, I get it. Happy to pay your for your time for the diagnosis.Also insisted that he would not be able to use the parts I supplied, but when I asked didn t want to tell me what parts he was going to use (translation: will probably use inferior chinesium parts and massively upcharge you for it).Went there and now he insists on upselling me brakes and rotors because of company policy blah blah . Told him I will sign any waiver he wants (cause I know I ll make it home and change the brakes myself - after all I DROVE the car there) but he insists that he can only help me if I pay him hundreds of $$ for something I can do myself for $100 in less than an hour. Completely unwilling to work with me.Went home, dealt with the brake hose fitting myself and fixed the car in less than an hour.Bottom line:I can t comment on the quality of his work as he will never touch my cars.What I CAN tell you is that this guy will not be there to help you unless he has extracted every single dollar from you that he can. Not exactly the type of mechanic I want to work with, so they will NEVER get any business from me, and I suggest you look someplace else as well.Just another ripoff mechanic preying on Zionsville soccer moms

Dave is the most personable, thoughtful car / auto sort of place manager that I've ever encountered in the last 30 years. He always takes care of me and as a result, I wouldn't want to spend money on my Nissan Pathfinder anywhere else if Dave could take care of it.I think because of Dave's leadership, he brings out the best in young Josh who also communicates well and works hard to find solutions to car problems. Heath is also a good team mate at this Firestone. My husband also as visited this location as well as we have brought my daughter's VW Tiguan.

Heard a noise from my breaks so I brought my car in to get my front breaks checked and they said I wouldn t be able to drive my car bc I had no break pad left. They tried charging me $893 to change my breaks. I had my dad come to town and change them and I had plenty of break left. These people like to lie and get money out of you. I don t suggest going here especially if you are a girl bc they like to speak down to you.

Let me just say, this is the absolute hands down best Firestone in the state!!! My late fianc� worked for Firestone for 20 plus years before passing and because of the store manager Dave Russell here at the Zionsville location I pass at least 3 different locations and drive 32 miles just to get an oil change and if my vehicle would need anything else I d come here for that too. I d rate them higher if I could

We had a tire blow out on I65 we called another Firestone close by and they told us they wouldn t help us until tomorrow because they were closing. We called this location the gentleman was very helpful and told to come in and he would get our tire fixed! Both shops closed at 6pm. We got there at 5:30 and they had us on the road by 6:15pm. We were coming from Chicago and heading to Kentucky. Thanks for getting us back on the road! Everyone was very nice and helpful!Service: Tires

This is the best Firestone PERIOD. Any other mechanics shop does not compete and never ever will. Josh up front might be the best man I've ever came across in life.

The guys in the store were very friendly and pleasant to work with. The waiting area had WiFi and a television playing TV shows from the 1970's (maybe it was 1960's) that could be ignored. :-)

A rare example of what customer service should be ! I needed to get a fleet vehicle serviced and every step of the process was so smooth. The lady who collected my info and scheduled me over the phone was friendly and efficient, Dave in the store was professional and clearly good at multitasking, and the waiting area/bathroom was clean and set up to work if needed. I can't comment on pricing as it was handled by my company, but in terms of service, 5 Stars.

They destroyed my car. They were supposed to fix the check engine light. They said it was fix after replacing cylnder. Next day engine light back on. They tried to tell me it a 4000 problem. Turns out they just didnt do the job correctly. And because of this it damged my car.

Worked with Dave and Ben on a significant tire and wheel issue. They were so friendly and worked really hard to get me back on the road same day. I really appreciated that they worked to save me money. I work at a professional shop and found my tires were dangerously worn. While I could change the tires myself, my shop did not have the ones I needed in stock. I called and the man on the phone gave me a quick and easy quote and saved a spot for me before the shop closed. They got my car in and fixed it up really quick and had me back home and safe in no time. Thanks to those 3 men who were working the closing shift 2/25/21! Thanks for keeping this lady safe and at ease with a quality attitude and quality workmanship <3

Dave is the new manager here and he took GREAT care of us. He worked to resolve our issues and get a good deal on what we needed, was courteous and honest, and called later just to follow up. Service was fast as well.

We have taken multiple cars here over the years for various issues. They are always fair and honest. If they can't fix something, they are forthright about it and refer me to someone who can. I am always hesitant with any car issues since I don't know much about cars, but I do trust what they tell me, they have not led me astray this far!

I've been to this location several times and have always had a decent experience until this last visit. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change on Saturday at 07:30. This location was supposed to be open at 07:00. When I arrived for my appointment, there was another customer waiting outside (mind you it was 13 degrees that morning). The other customer said that "It says they are open online but the door is locked."I walked up to the door, and there was a mechanic standing at the front desk on the computer. I tried the door, it was locked. The mechanic looked up at me, then looked back down at the computer. He acknowledged seeing me, but completely ignored me. I went back to my car and called, the phone rang and rang but he did not answer. I waited for 15 minutes in my car before leaving. As I started to leave, only then did the mechanic open the door to let the other customer in who had been waiting outside the whole time. I filed a complaint on the website, and a customer service agent said that they sent my complaint to the "home office, and someone would be in contact with me shortly." That was one week ago and I haven't been contacted.I don't want any type of coupon or discount - the only resolution I want is for your employees to improve their customer service skills. All the mechanic had to do was literally open up the door (which the location was supposed to be open at 07:00, so the lobby should have been open anyways!) and say "Hey, I'm the only person here, so it will be a minute for me to catch up but you can come in and have a seat and get warm," or something to that affect since it was 13 degrees outside! But to acknowledge there were customers there waiting outside in the freezing cold, and completely ignored them - just plain unprofessional.

This location is awesome! I've been a customer here (specifically) for a handful of years now, and my parents as well. The staff is always welcoming and friendly (Josh was so kind and helpful today!), the parking area and lobby are always clean. The interior renovation of the lobby looks great and provides ample seating while you watch TV or sip on some free coffee while you wait. On one occasion, my car was going to take a bit longer than anticipated and an employee actually drove me home! (I live within 4 miles of the store tho, so don't expect this much stellar-ness if you live further away.) I cannot think of anything negative to say about my visits to this location, and I've done safety checks, oil changes, headlights, tire purchases... And more! I hope you have as awesome an experience with these great folks as I have and continue to have each visit!

I scheduled an appointment online for the early morning and since my service was supposed to be quick, I had planned to just stay and wait. However once I arrived, I was told that they weren t doing appointments, and that they would get to it when they could because they were very busy. So I was forced to find a ride home and wait all day for them to complete service on my car.I was called late in the afternoon by the shop informing me that they completed service but recommended an additional free inspection. I agreed and they let me know they would call when it was finished. I never received a call so I called a few minutes before they closed. The representative who answered indicated my car was not in the system and that I must have taken my car to a different store. After trying to convince him multiple times that I did in fact leave my car there, he was able to find it, saying service was completed, but I never received a call. I couldn t make it there before they closed so I had to wait until the next day to pick it up.Overall, poor customer service and communication which lead to me spending a lot more time on this visit than I expected. I ll go elsewhere for my next service.

My car blow up in the middle of the intersection and I had it towed to firestone. I went in there angrily and Dave Russell settled me down and when he called me to tell me my car motor was done for he explained the situation to me so i could understand it.I told him I had no way to get my car. He gave me time to find a way to resolve to situation. I am going to go to firestone for my car repair for now on.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Oh my goodness I LOVE this place. The gentlemen who work there are all super friendly and very helpful. Being a woman, most mechanic shops assume I know nothing about my own vehicle, and talk down to me.Funny story, I grew up helping and watching my grandpa build cars from the ground up as well as motorcycles. So I know more than what people think.Josh and Heath in particular talked to me like a normal person, didn't try and over explain anything. Took my concerns about my vehicle very seriously and answered every question I had.Also the discounts are out of this world! I couldn't believe it and luckily there was nothing seriously wrong with my car. I got a tuneup because it was needed and my fuel economy is WAY more than I am used to 53 mpg. Even switches between electric and engine way smoother, like can't even feel it now.I am telling you, if you want to be taken care of and treated like a person, go here! I can't say enough.
