Christian Brothers automotive really really impressed me. The staff was amazing. They treated me fair and took time to explain the process and made it very easy and comfortable. The staff gave me repair options which made my repair more affordable and more efficient in the end. They are honest and trustworthy and communicate well which makes getting your vehicle serviced so much easier than anywhere else. I d recommend these guys to anyone! Plus they worked with my extended warranty company and I never had to worry about anything they took care of everything for me, including my towing service. All I had to do was make one call. I ll definitely be coming back!

They are a great place to bring your vehicle. They completed my service in one day and did an outstanding job and finished my vehicle in a timely manner. The office staff were outstanding and even followed up the following day to make sure I was satisfied.

Everything out the about the experience was phenomenal. We were traveling and developed car trouble that threatened our trip. The staff worked us into their schedule and had us on the road and record time. Everyone we worked with was outstanding, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend Christian Brothers!!

The expansive knowledge, extraordinary customer service, and excellent customer care at Christian Brothers-Zionsville will be enough for me to continue to bring my vehicles to them for all future service. They re not conveniently located to my home, but well worth the drive. I appreciate their detailed inspections and user friendly estimates. 10/10 highly recommend!

I am impressed with the work CB Zionsville provided me. I took my car to get an induction service and during the process a problem aroused. They went above and beyond to get the car right and certainly they did. The attention was always polite and the place looks tidy as a proper dealership. When you get them your car, be sure they have your best interest as a priority.

I highly recommend Christian Brothers Zionsville , always making sure I well assisted , providing the best customer experience, nomatter if I m only having the car oil changed or if I m quoting any major needed service in my car. Exceptional experience. I came in for an oil change and was asked if they had permission to do a complimentary rather comprehensive evaluation of the car. I agreed, and after the oil change service was done I received a thorough inspection report with pictures and descriptions of what they recommended on any areas of concern and/or recommended maintenance due to the mileage / age of the car. As I was checking out the service tech James then went through all the areas of concern and did not try to scare me into doing any of the recommendations but did explain what he would do and when.My only concern is prices seem a little high for some services but I have no idea what the going rate is for the services so take that with a grain of salt.I'll definitely be back.

I am very pleased with Christian Brothers . They were very professional and very quick. I received a full engine replacement plus various other things and it was done within 8 days. Of approving my work through the link so which I feel, gives a good understanding of everything that they are doing to your car. I am very pleased and I will recommend all my friends to try their services.

Christian Brothers not only gives excellent customer service but excellent automotive work as well. I love that they send an itemized detailed of the work that needs to be done to your email. My vehicles are always complete and the cost is very affordable. I will always take my Silverado and Nissan to them.

I was impressed with all aspects of this shop. From the service advisers to the mechanics, it was comforting to know everyone knew what they were doing AND cared about my vehicle. I would 100% recommend this shop to those who don t mind spending a little extra cash to get incredible service!

Wow... Want professional service at a very reasonable price? Then get in your car and drive there. An oil change for less that an instant oil change place! Excellent !Place is very clean, people are very kind and there work seems great!! My family just found a new another location!!!

Exceptional service. Moved from Albuquerque, NM to Indiana, and I ve always received wonderful service from CB. Zionsville location was no different. Kind techs, love the photos I receive of the car as they do the work. My car was given much deserved love after a long drive. I was thoroughly impressed with Christian Brothers. They are not the cheapest but when you go cheap you get what you pay for. The lobby is nice and clean and smells good! They offered free Keurig coffee, tea, and water. The one bathroom was nice and clean, I wish they had a male and female as there was pee on the seat. It's the little things that matter to me like the plush/soft toilet paper and the Starbucks K-cups. As for the service, they offer a free comprehensive inspection. Unlike any other automotive repair/service business I have been to, on the inspection they show you a picture of the actual problem and a picture/video of how that particular part works. There is no guess work in trying to figure out what the mechanic is talking about. They print out the inspection along with the cost for repair. Best of all there was no pressure sales. Your choice if you want to fix the problem or not.Service: Oil change

I take my car to zionsville location for repair. These people are kind, trustworthy and professional. I had bad experience before with other shops but since I have started using Christian Brothers automotive zionsville, I have the peace of mind. They never disappoint. The staff are smart and always smiling, the communication is smooth, the vehicles diagnosis report is detailed with the estimated cost and recommendations. The place is clean and inviting, they offer free coffee, Wi-Fi connection and they always give me ride home while waiting for the car to get fixed and ick me up when done because I live not so far from that shop and I like that . The most important part is their prices are fair.Overall , their services are the best. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I highly recommend them to y all. We had our car repaired at this shop and were extremely satisfied with the results. The shop is also the nicest and cleanest automotive shop we've ever seen. However, what impressed us the most was the diagnosis process. They texted us a link that opened up a super detailed diagnosis of the repairs our car needed. Almost everything they checked was accompanied by a photo clearly showing if a part of the car needed fixing or if it was okay. This was by far the most thorough inspection our car has ever had! Although the prices aren't the most competitive, we believe that coming here means you don't need to worry about getting swindled or taken advantage of. The work they did was solid and we have no doubt that if there is a problem, we could bring the car back and they would correct any wrong that may have been done accidentally. We highly recommend this place, especially to anyone who doesn't mind paying a little bit more for peace of mind, superb service, and the most detailed vehicle inspection and diagnosis available.

I'm very picky about where I take my car. I decided to give this location a chance because I needed an oil change. I'm glad I did. The place was nice, clean and inviting. I got a detailed report of the vehicle inspection with an estimate while I waited. Chad went through the report and showed me pictures of the parts and explained every detail of what needed to be done and was super patient with all my questions and answered them as best he could. There was no up selling and I did not feel pressured or rushed about what needed to be done to my car. Thank you so much. I finally found a place where my car and I can be happy with.

Any time I take my vehicles to the Zionsville location, my experience is above and beyond. Everyone you interface with is friendly, polite, & professional. I even commented when I picked up my car the last time, how blessed I am to have a place that I absolutely trust. Not only with the craftsmanship of the work being performed, but the trust I have in the diagnosis. I live in Carmel, so it's not necessary convenient but when you find someone with the integrity of Dave and his team it's worth it. Went for an oil change on Friday. Took the car up to Chicago and had oil level low indicator on my dash. I did mention to them the it had a small oil leak weeks before I brought it in to them. But was never a problem. Now it s leaking like crazy. They had charged me $90 for a new oil filter cap during the oil change. Today I took it back to them to have them look at it and now they are telling me the the motor mount that houses the oil filter needs to be replaced. They wanted to charge me another $1000+ to replace the motor mount. They were telling me that the previous oil change could have replaced the oil filter cap incorrectly. Unfortunately they were the ones who did my oil change. I had them put the car back together to drive home and now the tech did not place all the screw back on the panels.

If you are Turo host, consider another location if your car has been damaged. Our car was totaled and CB would not do a supplement for the Turo insurance (Sedgwick). We requested & paid $149 for the supplement, which they did 'for our eyes only' but would not send it to Sedgwick. We wasted time and money with them. Now will be towing our car to the dealer.

I came to Christian Brothers in Carmel/Zionsville for a second opinion about some work another garage had recommended that was very expensive. I've found that it's very difficult to trust mechanics and to know what work truly needs to be done to my car and what is unnecessary, so I've been searching for a trustworthy place to take my car for years. I'm not sure how I stumbled across Christian Brothers or what took me so long to discover them, but I'm VERY GLAD I did!! Christian Brothers' review of my car confirmed that, in their opinion, the repairs recommended by the other garage weren't needed. After reviewing the list of items they did recommend for me based on their surface-level inspection, I was able to request they dig a little deeper to confirm one of the recommendations because I had recently had similar work done. They were gracious enough to go back and remove some parts of my car to get a better look which allowed them to confirm that the work was not needed after all. They didn't charge me anything extra for this or seem put out at all for the additional work they did to diagnose my car.On top of that, their prices are more reasonable than I've ever seen. The price of an oil change was significantly lower than other garages I've gone to, and their pricing for the recommended work I was familiar with were competitive with what my neighbor charges who does mechanic work in his garage for friends!Services: Tires, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

David is trustworthy and great to work with. Did an excellent job on our van, and when there was a defect with the part they took great care in correcting it. Wouldn t go anywhere else!
