Very happy with my overall experience. Vehicle was done early. Loved how well they communicated repair process through text system. When I got a quote from another shop that couldn t get it in for 6-8 weeks, I called Caliber and they got me in for an estimate and to start the repairs the following week.

Awesome customer service and a great job on the repair. The whole process went great: quote was easy, excellent communication on status updates and it was completed earlier than their estimate and looks just like new. I highly recommend!

We had 3 vehicles with hail damage. Caliber was so helpful scheduling all 3 estimates in one day and then getting each one in for repair. Repairs were completed sooner than estimated. I went to Caliber after my car was damaged by a pothole and they did a wonderful job from start to finish. Their reception was very responsive keeping me updated on timing (which they finished early) and Alan, the shop s manager, explained their process clearly while making me comfortable leaving my car there.The job completed was impressive and they even detailed the inside of the car before pick-up! So while I hope I never have to end up here again, I can wholly recommend their services if you need them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First collision repair ever. Our van was hit at a red light with rear wheel and fender and tail light damage. Our insurance company recommended Caliber. I did preliminary reviews and most were 5 star online. I was still unsure what to expect as I was unfamiliar with the details of what to look for in car repair companies. Caliber did a great job all around explaining the process providing a realistic estimated timeline and giving constant detailed text updates. Their professionalism and ongoing communication was more than I ever expected. The work they did left our vehicle in meticulous condition. I can t think of a negative aspect of the approximate 2 week process. Highly recommend caa a liver in Zionsville.

I had my 2019 Silverado repaired by these thieves, and when my hood paint started to peel off, the rep called it rock damage from the street popping up on the hood of my truck! Out of my 42 years of owning vehicles, this is the first time someone tried to convince me of such a stupid analysis! Don t take your vehicle to these idiots. Once there shotty work starts to fail, they will not fix their mistakes!

We had our 2017 Honda Pilot repaired at the Zionsville, IN location due to severe hail damage. Their customer service was great! They kept us informed and updated so there were no surprises. All staff was absolutely amazing. The team followed up with me multiple times during the estimate process. Even though the car ultimately was deemed a total loss due to being rear-ended, the team was always supportive and helpful. Kudos to Alan and Danielle.
