They came out to my house in less than an hour and had my car on the bed within 15 minutes, really nice drivers and checks with you to make sure your car is going to the right place. I personally was very pleased with the service I received here. I took my van to multiple repair shops until I took it here and they finally got the right fix. Went above and beyond helping with the Warranty company, and to make sure I paid as little as possible. Replaced my engine, and so far I couldn't be happier. Price was way lower than I expected, even lower than the original estimate. I definitely would recommend.

These people truly care for your vehicle s well being and your safety. They always explain what s wrong with your car and what they did to fix it- if you don t understand they ll take the time to talk.They aren t shady like other places; they are very open and will work with you to get your ride safe.They treat ya like family!!

I've used geist auto twice now for an oil change & general maintenance and have been very pleased with the professionalism, honesty, and ability to get me in for an appointment almost immediately. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust as a young woman, so I really value the people at this shop.

Bought a car from them and they promised it had been worked on and looked over and is in good condition. I have had nothing but problems with it since week 1. Had to get both front ball joints and everything around them replaced because they were rusted through and snapped. Spent over $500 replacing all of that. And now there's bad wiring.

I can say so many good things. We slid off the road into the mud right outside of Muncie and Kevin pulled over to help us out with no charge. I recently purchased an old (1972) RV and had nothing but problems with the fuel delivery on it. Three other mechanics "fixed" it, and I was paying towing fees every fifty miles or so when it would quit on me and refuse to start.I had it towed to Yorktown, the home of some friends, and I spoke with Geist Auto about the problem. After discussion, including explanations of what the cause likely was, the problem has been resolved.I would recommend this shop to anyone needing reasonably priced and honest repairs.

Needed some auto repair done call these fokes to have my car tow to a shop the owner tells me that he has a shop in york town and told me about his pricing and how he does business so i decided to let his people do the work so far everything is good i will post another review wants the car is done

Called them with an urgent problem with my scooter and they let me come right in that morning fixed it for me and showed me what was wrong, great team of people and very easy to talk to. 10/10
