My truck broke down at work the other day. Lakeland Towing was called to haul it for me. Heath showed up ahead of the scheduled time and loaded it. I gave him directions where to unload it at my house. Fortunatel, my wife was able to meet him there so he could try and roll it off into my shop. Unfortunatel, he couldn t roll off into my shop. Inaresh he rolled it off close and pushed it by hand to get it into my shop. Heath went above and beyond for us to make sure it was inside. This is why I do business with Tire Star and their businesses because they can be trusted to do it right and make sure you re happy. I truly appreciate Heath and all that he did for us that day! thank you so muc!

I was told by AAA because it s thanksgiving it s likely I d have a long delay in getting help when my car battery died. But thankfully, Lakeland Towing and Recovery promptly helped me, so now I can make it back home in time for the holiday. Also they are super nice! Great service.

My Mini Cooper broke down on our way home on the toll road. My serpentine belt broke. I required a certain tow truck because of the type of car I had. Kaleb arrived on time and was amazing. Very kind, professional, and wonderful company for the long drive back to my house. I had a passenger with me. She is a diabetic and her sugar had dropped so she was a little unsteady. Kaleb helped her into and out of the truck with ease ensuring hers and my safety. He was very thorough when strapping my car down making sure not to damage it. His driving was excellent. The price was reasonable considering the distance we had to go to get it to my house. Almost 100 miles away. Overall I highly recommend this company and would use them again if I ever need a tow in the future. I would highly recommend Kaleb as your driver.Service: Car towing

Their driver left the key in my truck when he dropped it off at my mechanic and someone stole my truck. When it was found. I look the truck over for damages no damage to my truck.they were the towing company that picked it up and brought it back to my mechanic. When they dropped it off they damaged my tailgate. I would recommend using another towing service.

I mean it's a tow yard. My car is impounded there. Likely never get it back. They did let me get my stuff though.
