I had an accident & needed an emergency tow, and Farney's arrived quickly (less than 30 minutes). They were great with my vehicle, expressed kindness & empathy, and even helped me get to a rental car. About a month later, one of the folks that helped me (Emmy) even assisted with my insurance claim. Extremely helpful, caring & courteous service - Very much appreciated - THANK YOU!

Exceptional service. Actually came an hour sooner than expected, had the truck on the lift and drive shaft disassembled in about 25 minutes. They also repair tires for road side service as well. Thank you again Corey!

My family was broke down on exit 188 flat tire on a holiday weekend. I am so thankfull to the Farneys Service Center and the local police for all there help. Such a great experience in a tough situation . These are incredibly nice people and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommend them.

I experienced low tire pressure in below zero weather (please do not fill your tires at a gas station as the air machine will not work due to temperatures) I ended up with flat tire. Their roadside assistance service saved me on a freezing Sunday morning. I am super grateful for their service and they were more than reasonable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Snapped a leaf spring on my Peterbilt on the tracks just south of 352. Called Farneys. I m not from the area so I got lucky calling an honest tow company on the first rip. I spoke with Heather I think, she was very professional and was able to not only provide a reasonable quote for tow, she was also very happy to help me find a shop that wasn t going to rip off a down trucker. They were tied up on a job but when the truck was on the way she called and let me know. JT arrived 45 minutes later ready to work. Had about a 45 mile tow to Lafayette. Very professional outfit. A big thank you to JT and Heather.Drivers if you break down on 41 and you need a tow do not hesitate to call these folks. They are fair and go the extra mile to make sure your money pit gets to where it needs to go without any extra damage.

My car hit the snow bank back in January, after my divorce, and me traveling across states. They came and towed my car and fixed it fast while I was a hot mess....the tow truck driver was so polite and put my mind at ease, saying he would do everything he could to help me. I was so excited they got me taken care of in a short amount of time, so I could get back on the road and had a long way to go to get to Greenbay. Thx again

Very much appreciate these guys. We stopped in 12-29-23 on the way to Chicago they sold us a trailer tire & tightened up the lug nuts on our truck!They were extremely nice Very helpful

If I can give them 20 stars I would!!! During the Groundhog Winter Storm I crashed and they showed up pretty quick. They hooked me up and towed me to their yard. Everyone on their staff were super nice and very hospitable. I had to wait several hrs to get a ride to hotel due to them being very busy with all the accidents happening. They feed us gave some beverages and those several hrs felt like minutes because everyone was very nice and would actually talk to you like we new each other for years. I've been involved with many tow companies but Farney's is by far an outstanding company and are great at what they do! I'm grateful and thankful that Farneys's came out to my rescue and got me out thar ditch.

We were so fortunate to have found the team at Farney s when our daughter s car broke down on the interstate. The care and compassion they demonstrated was above and beyond. Busy spot. High traffic volume is constant - transports, RVs, cars. Variety of quick food items = snacks, grab n go hot & cold food 'n drinks, sandwiches, as well as an eat in restaurant area. Souvenirs and gifts also available to purchase.. Can not comment on the washrooms as did not use. Would stop here again.

Farney s helped us out of a very tough spot recently. Our check engine light came on when we were on our way to Chicago to catch a flight for our family vacation. We were able to coordinate a ride from a loved one while Farney s sent someone to pick up our car where we left it. They took a look for us and had it all ready to go for when we returned 9 days later. I thought for sure the car issue would ruin the trip, but the help they provided made it possible to keep going. I can t thank them enough.PS: The people working in the office were so kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend.Service: Car towing

Had my tire blow out and my spare had an issue. Tech came out and didn't need to tow me, just took the tires out, fixed my spare and replaced my blowout, and the whole ordeal only cost me $60. Insurance covered the tow, but still, great price for a tire replacement.

The women that work in the office are some of the nicest, most understanding and compassionate people I ve ever met. I won t describe my situation in detail but all I can say is that I am so truly grateful to these fine people for helping my wife and I out in a tough situation. If you are in need of a tow or need some work done on your vehicle I would highly recommend this place. You will be in good hands and treated as if they ve known you for years. Thank you Farney s!

Everything you could ask for in a towing service. They are affordable, responsive, and respectful. Helped my wife and I out when our car s engine went out on us in the middle of the night.

These folks helped me out quickly at a time I needed to have a truck tire replaced to get on the road. Very friendly! I scheduled more service work on another truck while I was there. I will be using Farney Service Center again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. They towed our car, replaced our tire that blew, and even replaced a 2nd tire that was close to blowing as well. All for an amazing price. Their customer service was impeccable as well. As we were leaving our mechanic ran up to our car to make sure we were going the right way because he didn t realize we were going to get gas before getting back on the highway. The woman that helped us in the office was great too. It was great to get true mom-and-pop service from a mechanic when we were panicked and hours from home. I don t know anyone that lives in this area but if you do, I would highly recommend Farney s.Services: Car towing, Tire change

Awful. The guy told me he could not pull me out of the mud because there was a pole in the way. And then he tells me he will give me a ride to town, where I do not know anyone, so I would be stranded. I ended up staying with my truck, and someone came and helped me out. Disrespectful, too. When I called the dispatch lady to request another driver, she said to me, "Sorry honey, we can't help you." Unless you are stranded, steer clear from them.

When I had unexpected car trouble while far from home I was lucky enough to break down near them. They got me back on the road quickly and didn t overcharge. Honest hard working folks. I was broke down at midnight and in a scary parking lot with nothing around but linehaul trailers and no businesses open. As a single woman this is very scary. I called and Lou was amazing and when all his drivers were busy and he had just returned from working all day, he came out to save me! Immediately looked at the engine to troubleshoot issue and then quickly loaded vehicle and dropped me at a nearby hotel. Even though they were busy, they looked at my vehicle and called first thing in the morning because I was loaded with items to move and I still had four hours to go! They couldn t help me that day due to a part so recommended towing to a dealership at a fair price and promptly picked me up and drove me 30 minutes away with my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to at this company was kind and professional, and very helpful! You cannot go wrong with these guys! When you are stranded in the middle of nowhere and you meet great people like this, it makes you want to stay! Great service!Service: Car towing

My motorhome had a rubbing noise from the rear tire. Farnet's came out found the problem and then checked over my vehicle to make sure it was safe to go. Very honest and reasonable. Had me back on the road in only a couple of hours! I would definitely recommend! Thank you!!
