I called Sanders Service when my car wouldn't start & I was stranded in Winchester. Rick came in less than 15 minutes, towed me to his garage, diagnosed the problem, had a battery delivered, installed it right away & had me on my way in less than an hour. Rick has also done brake work for me before. I highly recommend this business. Thanks Rick!

They did a very good job of taking my dash out and replacing the heater core and the AC condenser in my dodge, and fixing the hvac box correctly and now everything works as it should and the AC is amazing and it seems the heater works even better then before also. Very good service and had it back to me within a couple of days, I would recommend this shop to anyone because of the great service and great communication about how they were going to fix the issue.Service: Air conditioning

Reasonable and very friendly. Was able to pick my whole family up and tow my suv all the way to my house! I will continue to use this company and I absolutely recommend them ! :)

Towed my car and tore the drive shaft bearings up. Also now have an oil leak and the back driver side tire keeps going flat. Cost me 200 for the towing! When I said something to them about how they towed my car the guy had an attitude about it which wasn't necessary

Had it set for about 5 months before I had it towed to the shop. After a week of waiting I finally got a call and that fallowing Monday after running a diagnostic they replaced my fuel pump, and I picked it up. Charged for the part, tow, diagnostics and labor. I moved the car to my work for a few days, and when I went to go get it, it's dead. Charged the battery and dies in 10 minutes. I'm guessing it's my alternator but I feel like they would of found that after running 2 hours of diagnostics I was charged for.Service: Car towing

Been having trouble with my vehicle. It broke down at a local store. The gang was all out but he took my information and said that if it was ok leave my keys in an area he would get my keys and go get the vehicle. He got the vehicle and within very little time knew the issue. Within 24 hours had the vehicle running again. I thought the price to repair the issue and tow the vehicle were phenomenal. Thank you guys so much.

This has by far been the best experience I've ever had at a shop. My father broke down on the side of the road about 5 miles from home. He has AAA who unfortunately can't understand directions to save their lives resulting in the wrong location of the vehicle. The first tow company didn't even bother to call and get the right location, they just bailed, resulting in another call to AAA. Already 2 hours into it, I was really beginning to get angry thinking what would have happened if it were colder and I wasn't there to help him. But the gentleman from Sanders was called out and after realizing the location was wrong, called us to get the right info. He was there exactly when he said he would be, was completely professional and obviously knew what he was doing. If the rest of their staff is this good, these are the people you want to call.Service: Car towing

I have to say I have never been more impressed with a business and James and Jake that worked for them !!! I broke down on I 70 in Greensboro In (I was coming from Columbus Oh ) I had 4 grandchildren and my daughter with me . I have had AAA Auto service for 10 years , I was told by AAA they could not accommodate 6 passengers !!! There suggestion was for me to call a taxi , lyft or the police for a ride!!! James and Jake came 50 miles with 2 vehicles and took us to Auto Parts I bought the part and they fixed my car in the parking lot !!! The nicest most professional men I have ever meet in this field !!! THE BEST

I was very impressed with Chad and Sanders Service Auto Repair and Towing. I needed a tow at 1 AM the other night and Sanders Towing did not leave me waiting. Chad showed up and was very professional, friendly, and knew what he was doing. Chad turned a negative situation into a positive. I am very glad I went with Sanders Service Auto Repair and Towing.

Sanders service was my roadside assistance through Hertz rental today. I can t remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was very professional and friendly. He helped make my exhausting day a little better!

I was driving to Winchester from Ft Wayne when my windshield wipers stopped working in the pouring down rain. Googled the first service shop in Winchester and slowly made my way over to it. Not only did they open up on a Saturday for me, they found the part and installed it for me. Completely saved my day- and kept me on schedule for the 4-H fair I was coming to Winchester to judge. Well done guys!!

I had great experience dealing with this towing company. Chad was professional and willing to drive us home 172 miles saving us from figuring out where to stay and adding to another day of traveling.

This place is amazing. Kind hearted honest and professionals. I would give more stars if i could. I would recommend to anyone that wants to be taken care of.. This place and the people are a blessing.. Anyone close by this is your best choice.. Reasonable all the way around.. I know when im in the area thats the only one i will EVER deal with.. Just can't thank them enough... So if you are wise this is just the place for you.. Nobody likes having vehicle issues but at least this place will do it right and in a timely manner.. And you will feel like every penny was worth it. God bless all...

They are awful. Charged me $450.00 and didn't fix my truck. Didn't return my calls when I called to inform the the truck was not fixed. It would not start the same day I picked it up.

They messed up my tire sensors more than they already were. Now I cant reset them without factory key fab. Also theres big dogs and dude with gun on his hip. Sketchy place to be inside.

$305 for 10 mile tow and 3 day open storage. This was a police impound. Didn't realize those cost more since my grandson was told $100 for the tow and $20 per day when it happened.
