Brad at the Winchester AutoZone was so helpful and kind to us we could not get our car out of park but Brad kept working at it till he got it going for us we are so thankful and appreciative of his help we definitely recommend their business and that is where we will be going ourselves thank you AutoZone and thank you Brad for all you did to help us

As a former employee at this location and now a customer i couldn t be happier with the new store manager Brad and assistant manager Lisa. They have done a fantastic job at keeping things in stock and the store looks great!! Keep up the amazing work!

Brad Banks store manager has been a great help with all of my purchases and helping to replace my front and rear lights my battery and other items. I cant Express how much graditute I have for this store and manager. Thanks so much Brad!

After I purchased a set of windshield wipers and a male employee put them on my vehicle, I went home. Two mornings later after it had snowed, I went outside to clear the snow off of my vehicle and drive to work. As I brushed the snow of off the passenger side of my windshield, the windshield wiper flew off and landed on the hood. My husband went outside to put the windshield wiper back on, only to find the broken passenger windshield wiper in the cowl. When he came inside, my husband had the old driver's side windshield wiper in his hand. I inquired where it came from (as I thought he misunderstood me and had taken off the new driver's side windshield wiper and put the new passenger side windshield wiper on in its place). My husband stated it, too, was in the cowl. Confused as all get out, I stopped at Auto Zone on my way to work to make sure both windshield wipers on my vehicle were the new set of windshield wipers. Lisa looked up the sale, realized I didn't get the set that I'd paid for (as the male employee didn't put on my vehicle what I was sold), exchanged them for the set I had paid, and put them on my car, the correct way. I'm amazed I didn't lose the passenger windshield wiper or one of the two wipers that weren't thrown away hadn't caused an incident during those two days. Lisa was very polite and professional and I'll definitely return when she's at work.

Came into Auto Zone not having any idea what exactly I needed and Lisa waited on me and made sure I got everything I needed. She put my windshield wipers on for me and everything. I ve been a customer for several years and I d have to say she has been the best bar far. She has really turned that store around. She goes way above and beyond for her customers. I will definitely continue my business with Auto Zone as long as she s there. Thank You Lisa for all your time and patience you have given me. Great Job Girl. Keep it up

The Winchester store is easy to get in and out of and has a big lot. The employees are quick to help and very friendly. When the gallon size product I needed was out of stock I asked if they would honor the sale price of the gallon in quart sizes, which was not on sale. The guy said yes and I saved me a longer trip down to Richmond. Great customer service!!

Thermostat went bad while driving out of town for Thanksgiving. Their staff was helpful on the phone and in store. Speedy service right before a holiday and got us home safe.

The Winchester AutoZone is a great resource. The store is always clean and well stocked. AutoZone has really stepped up the quality of their hard parts. The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Stop in and see for yourself.

Auto zone in Winchester Indiana has always been my favorite place to get auto parts. Even better to see Pat Beck back as the store manager. He knows his stuff and is always willing to help wherever he can. Good job auto zone for bringing back a great person to be in charge.

Hector was very helpful in a quick battery replacement for my Nissan Sentra. Moved back to Randolph County recently after being away for 40 years. Nice to see friendly efficient service hasn't gone away from here.

Nah, staff not the easiest to get along with,argument over spark plugs ended in all out brawl got 6 stitches over deal ,but had fun.

I went in for front breaks I had the part number in my hand the man would not even look at it. Asked me all kinds of different questions about my back breaks. It's sad when I lady can't go in and just get the parts she needs.

Edit..now that it is under new management the review has changed CS AND EVERYTHING ELSE has gotten 100x better
