Thank you for the top notch service and saving our holiday. Kudos to Alex who took care of us the moment we arrived. After another dealer failed to properly inspect our Venza after a recent oil change.I wish we lived in Indy. We would definitely make this our dealership to have all our work done.

Initially, I was very frustrated that I was being baited into buying tires when I knew the wear on my tires was a symptom and not the actual problem. I understood that I would need tires, but the communication was lacking and made me think all they wanted was tire sales. I WAS VERY WRONG!! My Service advisor Colton brought his Parts manager who explained they'd be giving me the tires at their cost. After calling around, not even Costco could match their price and I began to understand that Toyota Service Center was not trying to profit on my need for tires. Upon the tire install, they got to the core problem: extreme mis-alignment and a bent tie rod. Now my truck runs straight and smooth. Thank you Parts & Service team!!

My wife hit a curb during the rain storm and damaged her rim, they had a replacement rim in stock and get that replaced and an alignment done very promptly which was a big relief since I needed the car back ASAP. I worked with Nick he was professional and went above and beyond to get this sorted. Definitely recommend this dealer.

Would rate 5 stars if I just stuck to an oil change and spark plug service, but the Service Center absolutely ruined my experience when I asked to check out a TMPS warning light.First off they charged me $150 alone to "diagnose" the issue, even after they told me when I checked in that it was most likely a dead sensor. Then after allegedly scanning the car the found one that "needed replacing" and tried to tell me it costs $280 with labor to replace one TMPS sensor on top of the $150 diagnosing fee... You can even search the part needed on Toyota's own part site and see that they're wanting almost $200 on op of the cost of the part here for a simple replacement and reprogramming. This is a service that is max $90 that can be done at the tire shop 1/4 mile down the street. So that's exactly what I did, and here's the kicker, the original sensor just needed reprogrammed, not even replaced! So after paying $150 to "diagnose the issue" at Toyota and declining the absurd replacement cost, i took it straight to a real tire shop who fixed the issue without making me pay a dime! This is either gross negligence, price gouging, or just straight up lying to the customer to make more money. Moral of the story is, don't waste your money here on anything tire related.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I visited Tom Wood Toyota during the Memorial Day weekend and bought a gorgeous 2020 Toyota Camry. It was a wonderful experience starting with Sam on the phone and Charles, the sales associate and others. They were professional, very friendly, and I am happy with the quality, the appearance and handling of the Camry. I thought that I was just going to look around but came home with an excellent new car. Good Job Guys!

Exactly what you would expect from a first class service department. Trey did a great job negotiating my requests while using a new software program. My car was repaired, washed and returned to me in the time frame promised. Well done!

They have amazing service personnels and advisors. I visited many other auto repair shops for my Toyota Prius and they replaced some of the parts of my car citing issues, which were an actual rip-off. I visited Tom wood for my oil changes, lights and other car issues. Got the car the same day, sometimes in a couple of hours. Trustworthy and courteous, I would absolutely recommend them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Car repair is expensive. That is unlikely to change. Thus, it is important that it be done right the first time and thoroughly. The Toyota process at Tom Wood Whitestown seems to me to embody that process. I was once told cheap, fast, good. Which two do you want? Two out of three ain't bad.

my old toyota car had noise coming out of the front right wheel. took it to the advisor who asked me to pay $80 for diagnosis. Next day, they asked me to $855 to change front brake pad and drum, rear brake pads. If I don't do it, will have to pay $80. Called another repair center (Zionsville Auto Services) within 4 miles and they quoted me $600 plus tax for the same parts and service. Tomwood Toyota said they have miscellaneous charge of $39.99, for oil spray and others?!?! Andymohr Toyota does the front wheel brakes plus drum for $537. these guys quoted it for $556. they won't price match with the Zionsville Auto Services and started undermining the local shop's mechanics. I made a mistake by taking my car to this place. Nothing wrong with this dealer; they just want to extract as much as possible from the customer when it comes car repairs. They offered me to do it for cheap price but with poor quality brakes! folks think 10 times before going to Tomwood Toyota - call local repair shops who do a fantastic job. Think about buying a used car or new car. in 2011, I saw a price difference of $1800 between Tomwood and Andymohr. These guys run up the price and suck $$$ out of our pocket. Hope the owner pays attention to these malpractices and be honest to earn local businesses.Service: Brakes
