I have been to Jensen Automotive several times for multiple repairs on my vehicles. If you re looking for a mechanic who has all the experience and is going to do a great job on your vehicle, then this is your place. The vehicles I ve taken to them have been older, and they re always honest and fair with what needs to be fixed and what things can truly wait. They re not going to charge you for things you don t need and my vehicles are always running better after I get them serviced there. Highly recommend using them for any repairs if you want to avoid all the headaches that come with the big corporate stores!

Great locally owned Business. Always recommend Jensen! I believe they have the fairest prices around! Honest unlike the other shops. They will tell you if something HAS to be repaired or not. Other local shops have tried to tell my Daughter she had to have entire AC system replaced WITHOUT actually pulling it in and looking. Jensen will be our forever mechanic!

I was traveling from NW IL to Louisville for my daughter's dance competition on Friday afternoon when we stopped for gas and I made to stupid mistake of putting diesel in my wife's Ford explorer, I have a diesel truck and am use to that. We called Jensen's automotive since it was in the area and they said they could get it in Monday. After explaining my situation I asked if there was any way they could get it done right a way and told them I was willing to pay extra. The lady I was talking to asked the owner Alan. He said he would take care of it right away. I was expecting a larger than normal bill for putting everything else aside to help me out. And after draining the tank, he even took the time to go fill it up and take it for a drive it to make sure it was running ok. He only charged me $100 for well over an hour of his time, so no extra charge for dropping everything else to help out my family. I told him to add another $100, which he was reluctant to do so, I told him I would just leave another $100 if he didn't. What a great experience. The other places I called wanted to charge me to replace a bunch of parts that did not need to be replaced, only the tank needed to be drained. I would consider driving two and a half hours to have him work on my vehicles. What a great and honest guy. But I guess it's to be expected, seeing that he is a 20 year FCS ARMY Veteran.THANKS ALAN,MIKE WILLIAMS

The moment I spoke with James it was as if I d been going to Jensen s for years. This was my first time!! He took interest in the issues I d been facing with my 4Runner.The service and the work was top notch!! I will go to Jensen s anytime I need work done on any of my 3 vehicles!! Fast courteous service. I ve had several vehicles serviced at Jensen and I ve been pleased each time. Straight forward and cost effective. I was told I needed a fuel pump and they diagnosed the vehicle and determined it was only a fuse. Super friendly and accommodating. Was able to remove the drain nut on the oil pan that had stripped out. Saved me close to $700! I will definitely be back!

We've had 3 of our cars serviced by Alan and his team over the last 3 years. They are professional, polite, competent and fairly priced. Finding service providers that you can trust seems to be harder and harder. Jensen Automotive has earned my trust repeatedly. They perform work reliably and accurately, do so at an extremely fair cost and are extremely pleasant to work with. What more could you ask for?

I had my daughter's car towed to Jensen on the weekend from another shop that couldn't jump the car or reliably diagnose the issue. Jensen was able to work her car in over the course of the week, diagnosing the problem and giving me a full account of anything that needed attention. I gladly had the majority of the repairs done by Jensen. I was referred to Jensen Automotive from another repair shop and I m glad I checked them out! I had a handful of things that needed repaired and maintenance after lending my vehicle to a friend for an extended period and they didn't take care of it. I called and they told me to bring my Audi in the next morning, when I got there everything was explained to me and everyone was friendly and professional. My Audi was done the next day and running great! Jensen Automotive has been our hometown mechanic ever since we moved here. Whenever you move somewhere, you have to reestablish all of the people you have come to trust and rely on in times of trouble. Alan Jensen is not only honest, trustworthy, dependable, and knowledgeable, but he has an incredible character. He has always shot us straight, outperformed our expectations, and genuinely cared about us and our vehicle. We have sought out second opinions in the past and even done price comparisons, and without fail, they only do what is necessary and give you options. But the other day, I took my father-in-law in to check on his car that, in his opinion, was toast and was ready to get rid of it, Alan set down with him and carefully discussed all of his options and then gave him an awesome military discount. We were so blessed as he didn't know if he would be able to afford the repairs, and they were able to work out a way to get the work done and get him his car back in a reasonable time period. Thank you and you would do yourself good to go Jensen Automotive for all of you automotive repair needs.

These guys did brakes on one of my cars and a master cylinder on the other car. They were very professional, polite, and patient. I highly recommend and would definitely go back!! This business is a honest family veteran business. I had a breakdown close bu and these guys squeezed me in when they didn t have time. I Had an ac compressor throw a bearing. In all I had an ac compressor, serpentine belt, and ac recharge. I cannot recommend these guys enough. In the time I sat there I saw multiple customers come in and every one left happy. My engine was making a funny sound. They took it in and figured out pretty quickly. Quality of repairs is hit and miss. We want to support my local businesses. We also expect quality. We believe a car repair shop should look beyond the repair and see if they identify any other potential issues at a glance. We have had to return several times due to issues that should have been seen because it was involved in the original repair. We continue to use them. We like the people, wish they were more thorough!

We moved to the Zionsville area about a year ago and hadn t needed any car services until this May. We are SO grateful to have found Jensen Automotive. They provided such efficient and wonderful care from the time we made an appointment to the time we picked up our car. Alan is super personable and provides excellent customer service. Pricing for parts and labor was very reasonable and the trust we have in Alan is irreplaceable! There are so many places out there that will up-charge and do unnecessary work, but Jensen Automotive is not that place. Put your trust in them they got your back!

Have only used Jensen s a few times but each time they demonstrate integrity by doing only what is necessary to get the car fixed. I had an oil leak and was expecting something at least somewhat serious and expensive to repair. Turned out to be a simple fix and cheap, which was nice right before Christmas! I highly recommend this place, except that I don t want them to get so busy that it s tough to get an appointment.
