Decided to check out Christian Brothers after a well known oil change establishment couldn t accommodate the make and model of my car. They got me in quickly and the task was complete in 35 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable staff, clean and accommodating waiting area, including complementary beverage, and snacks. They now have a repeat customer in me.

Brian was a huge help when I called about my daughter's suv. He gave me a number for the tow company and with the text messages you always knew what the process was. Very comforting when you daughter is away at school and you are 3 hours away. Thank you Christian Brothers for your honesty and great work!! Highly recommend

I had an amazing experience with Christian Brothers. They provided towing with a company that was great to work with, and were able to get my car in quickly even without an appointment. The pricing was fair, and the workers were extremely kind and thorough. They provided photos of inspection which was very helpful. Highly-highly recommend!!

Great service and did great job keeping me informed on progress of my repair. The inspection reports are very good with excellent photos of the items needing repair. I would recommend this location in Whitestown and the location on Michigan road.

Christian Brothers Automotive lives out their name through the spectacular service they give their customers! John and the crew went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to obtain the necessary part and repair my vehicle that same day. They were truly angels and an answer to prayer. I would recommend this business to anyone. Outstanding service!

I have been to many shops for my vehicle service but Christian Brothers Automotive is one of its kind .I don t have words to describe their hospitality towards the customers and the care they have shown towards my car The detailed report which I have got after service including photos took their service professionalism to next level ..They have earned a customer for sure at the very first visit From now on Christian Brother Automotive is the to go place for all my vehicle service needs .Great work all the team and your hard work is much appreciated.

Great and quick service. Great people. Everyone was so nice. Reasonable pricing. The shuttle is super convenient. My vehicle was ready very quickly for rotors and brakes needing to be fixed. Definitely will come back in the future (hopefully not too soon) ;)

I had the best experience with Christian Brothers Automotive!! They were so thorough, kind, and really took care of me. They genuinely were there to help me and make my experience top tier. Being a single mother sometimes you don t know what to expect when getting car repairs but they put me at ease and truly looked out for me. They are now my go to for any car needs. Thank you.

Christian Brothers Automotive are fantastic. They ve been super helpful with fixing a light issue on one of our cars and an alternator on the other. They are really good with updates, always polite and professional. We plan on giving them all of our business!

Very friendly workers and a clean, comfortable waiting area. I love that they provide a shuttle to take customers home while they work, and that they call the next day to make sure there are no issues with their repairs. I will definitely recommend them!

You get what you pay for. Pay a little more than other places but you get excellent service at Christian Brothers. Always professional and quality service. My business fleet is serviced by Christian Brothers. Check them out for your first or second opinion on your vehicle.

SO happy with my service at Christian Brothers Automotive! Scheduling an appointment online was flawless, I received a thorough report after inspection was complete, the shuttle was beyond helpful, and everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful! I will most definitely bring my car here every time. I will also refer everyone I know who encounters car issues or needs maintenance. Charged over $200 for a scan I didn't ask for. Was not Givin a quote or estimate. Invoice did not properly outline the work that was done. Gave my care back to me stuck in limp mode. All I needed was a new battery. Took my car to another shop and my old battery is still installed! All they did way scan my car and give it back... Not to sure where the wires got crossed on this one...

Had an oil leak that worried me. CB scheduled me a appointment that was convenient for me. CB fixed the issue and rescheduled to make sure no other leaks were there. All was fine. No charge. Glad to have a group of mechanics close and trustworthy. Because I HATE dealerships. Thanks Christian Brothers Automotive, I ll be back.

I got a text asking me to give a review of my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. The thing is that I don't have much to base my review on because they did NOTHING to my car after having it there for over a week.I scheduled my appointment online days in advance. I dropped it off right on time at 7am on Monday. I detailed the electrical and mechanical issues my car was having. They said they might not be able to get to it right away and I said that was fine.Three days later I receive a text telling me that a technician is looking at my car and someone would be in touch shortly. By Friday I still hadn't heard anything. So I called and left a voicemail. Never get a call back.The following Monday I call in stating that my car has been there for over a week and that I have not heard anything from them and that I would like to pick up my car (so I can take it somewhere else). The gentlemen on the phone tells me that someone should have contacted me but doesn't offer an apology. I go to pick it up and hand me the keys with a smile on their face and tell me "thank you". There was no ounce of remorse for their poor customer service and the inconvenience they caused me.The only reason why I know they even looked at my car was because when I went to drive it off their lot I got a light telling me a door was ajar. They had left one of my back doors open.I scheduled days ahead. I left it there for over a week. And I drove off the lot without any insights or improvements to my car.When I initially dropped it off they told me that they charge $144 per diagnostic fee. That doesn't include the repairs, it was just to diagnose. I have never experienced this type of fee before. I assumed that if they charged something like that then they must be good and my car was in good hands. I am sad to say that my gut was wrong.I had read good reviews so I hoped for a better experience. I won't be taking my car back here.

Their customer service is exceptional! Unfortunately, my problem couldn t be fixed because the part needed is dealer specific. But, the gentlemen I spoke with with super helpful in finding me a place to help me with my van so it s gets fixed. We will for sure be using them again in the future for other problems!

Booking my appointment was super easy! I submitted an inquiry online and the next business day I was contacted via text to select a timeframe that best suited my needs. I was greeted when I arrived and the facility was clean. They offered me snacks and beverages after I checked my vehicle in for an oil change as I waited there for them to complete the service. As I sat down, I received a text letting me know my car was being worked on and I received an inspection report to notify me of the current condition of my car s parts, indicating which services I should consider servicing. The manager walked me through the report and asked if I was interested in booking those services and was very respectful when I declined. They had my oil change completed in 75 minutes. I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience with Christian Brothers and I will be a returning customer.Service: Oil change

Excellent faith based business. I had an issue that I needed help with on my auto. I am new to the area and saw this business and walked in. I was taken care of quickly and completely. Everyone was courteous and the technicians took the time to show me what was wrong and how the issue was resolved. I did not use the service but they have a courtesy shuttle which may be useful in the future. I also got a call the next morning to check if everything was still good with the repair. It has been a long time since I have gone to a business with such great customer service and expertise. I WILL DEFINITELY USE CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE IN THE FUTURE. They have gained a customer for life.

Whitestown family,The service and the interaction with the people at Christian Brothers Automotive has been 5 . They are extremely honest and pleasant. They always put the customer needs first. They are not one of those Auto Repair Shops that is out to get you. They are quick to comp something if you didn t get top quality service. There motto that is what we do . If you are using another Auto Service in the Whitestown area, STOP . Once you go CBA, you never back.
