Make sure you check their policies before doing anything, I did my AC compressor, and the total amount was 1400 so after 2 months that part broke down again I contacted them they said there's nothing they can do there's no warranty to the job which they did and then I called to corporate to find out they said same thing no warranty even for parts and I had to do again out of my pocket almost same amount but this time I got part from dealer with 1 year warranty.This time, I am disappointed with Loves.

What great guys. Super friendly. Supers knowledge. Had some brake issues with air lines, they got me squared away as quick as possible. Definitely recommend.

Guys were amazingly efficient and knowledgeable about the repairs for our water pump. Quick to get the parts and get the repairs needed to get us rolling again. And a special thank you to Bob. Highly recommend their service.

1st They not working 24/7.2nd you have to show the what to grease on the truck.3rd make sure they install filters the right way.my oil filter was leaking cause don t have gasket on it.

Tech lied about checking my tire pressures. Pay good money for a PM and they arent even thorough on doing their jobs. Very dissapointed

2nd truck there at 7:00 am and 3hrs and 45 minutes later I had the 1 tire repaired. If the company wasn't paying... I definitely would have left to find better service. The truck before me also had 1 bad tire. So 2 tires replaced in 3.75 hrs. No one even said a word to me for the first 2hrs.

Before they were nice and super fastBut these days super lazy 2,3 workers hanging around the empty bays. Waiting 3.4 hours for just oil change and they aren t 24/7 they close around 11 pm

Call them by 8.20 pm for oil change they tell its 24 7 came any time check in 10.58pm refuse to do oil change reason we clean the bay and 3 shift is called off and we don't want bay getting dirty, 4 people sitting inside and don't want to do a job for they getting pay

The Saturday morning crew was fantastic. They asked the right questions about what I wanted performed and what type of products I wanted used. Told me it would take about 20 to 25 minutes for my full PM. I was out in under 25 minutes. I wish the place I take my car could do this, always takes a couple hours for the dealership to just do an oil change. Maybe I ll suggest to the dealership they go to Speedco and get trained by the Saturday morning crew.Good job guys, I appreciate you valuing my time.

Ok , went there yesterday evening for a pm service on my cascadia and was misfortunate to meet the most unprofessional people in the industry. First i asked them to make sure they grease the clutch release bearing and gues what they were not able to find the grease fitting for that and were trying to remove the clutch slave cilinder to do it. And then 250 miles down the road the engine stops because they did not tighten the fuel water separator enough and i also realized that they changed the water separator only and forgot about the other filter.And yeah did i told you that they were trying to charge me about 540$ for the pm?After raised eyebrows they adjusted to 309$Would say more but i have to get under the truck and try to start it.

Zero stars (IGNORE THE MANDATORY MINIMUM 1 STAR)!Had a driver roll into this location at 10:05 pm tonight.Needed a tire repair. Worker was ready to repair the unit, but the "supervisor" told him not to do it.Said he "told his manager he wasn't going to start any new jobs after 10pm as they close at 11pm."As a FORMER customer, let me say this. If you want to close your business to customers at 10pm then DO NOT STATE YOU CLOSE AT 11PM!You should speak with your "shift supervisor" with short dark hair, working at 10:05pm on Aug 22, 2023. Perhaps you won't lose anymore customers in the future if you correct this.If you get this review in the next 23 minutes, you can even call him before he is done his shift!NEVER AGAIN, SPEEDCO!

Standing here for almost over hour no one came outside to assist me when I went inside he told me that he can t change oil because he said he doesn t know how to cash me out seriously loves management have to look into this location very irresponsible! just sitting in there, chitchatting and building the hours

Pulled in to have 2 trailer tires replaced and the other trailer tires checked. I had just had 2 replaced 100 miles earlier. Was told that there was no check in procedure, just get in line, first come, first served.Waited to hours in front of the only dedicated tire bay (it was empty the entire time). Noticed that they kept pulling other trucks in for what appeared to be little stuff, wipers, lights, etc.Finally went up to inquire about the whole first come, first served policy, the tech kind of huffed and said he would see if one of the lube techs could look at it.......Two young men come over, one talks to me while the other starts looking at my tractor tires.....I mean, flashlight, looking and picking at tread.....I reminded the guy I was talking to, that it was the trailer tires I came in for. He told me that other other guy must not have heard him say "trailer".They both walk around the trailer, look at the two new tires, say your tires look fine, if you need to, you can get them replaced down the road.Guess they didnt want to work. Got 4 out of 6 that needed to be replaced done at a different Loves shop.The lack of attention and dont give a damn attitude really stood out.

Very rude and unprofessional customer serviceYesterday l did oil change on my Volvo in this Speedco. Everything was fine until it was time to change the fuel water seperator. They told me that they can't take out the old one because it's too tight.l also did last oil change at another Speedco location so they didn't care, they told me to go to that Speedco and the solve problem with them because that is not their problem.Than they gave me a tool to take out the filter myself so they can put a new fuel water seperator and finish the oil change.l am so disappointed with these guy's, l don't understand how they expect to keep customers with this rude and lazy attitude.Every time l must stand next to them to check how they are doing a simple oil change on my truck, because they always create some problem for no reason.Its easy way to say l can't do it, or l don't care for your truck , than to try and solve the problem.

The absolute worst shop... They repaired a leveling rod which fell off 2 days later, they replaced 1schock and managed to cut my main hydraulic line to the entire truck a d never said anything. So far, me using this shop has cost me 4500$ and counting. Trying to get to risk, which is the part of speedco that deals with claims but can't speak with anyone. Drivers please be ware as none of the guys in the shop seem to have much experience in repairing trucks.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Waited 45 minutes to be greeted. Told no mechanic on duty for 7 hours. Gave info to be on wait list for simple dot inspection. Cane back and Told no time to do inspection. Grrr

3 hrs to get an airbag and spring replaced because corporate showed up and they all had a meeting....I can't fault the tech. We were pulled in immediately and then sat for 3+ hrs.

That place is extremely slow and even simple work like PM is done very poorly. "Mechanic " skipped a few grease points. Over 3hrs in total.

Took my truck here 5/12 730am bay 2 for an oil change. Great folks the 2 guys that worked on my truck were professional. They did a great job didn't spill any fluids on my frame or engine. Was a very pleasant experience. Oh and the best part in and out in about a hour. Great job

Great job. Sunday morning 04/18/21. Entire facility had 3 diesel technician present only. One of them working bay 1 & 2. He did an outstanding work working 2 bays backed up around the property with customers waiting simultaneously. Management must review that situation and recognize the young gentleman with weeks of paid vacation also recognizing his efforts of servicing by himself that many units during many continuous hours with no breaks. Also, manager must review schedule and find out why the entire facility of 3 bays, one front desk and 2 repair bays had only 3 people working everything including techs working billing at the front desk while servicing units.

Not at all professional, people incompetent or not trained well enough to change tires....Shouldn't take 4 hours for a tire change at a facility with everything on hand to accomplish that, when I've had road calls have them changed out in 30-40 minutes.
