Had cars in my budget. But needs to understand just because you don't make $15 + an hour doesn't mean you can't afford a car. Especially if you don't owe any mortgage nor rent . This is my personal situation. I make well below $15 per hour but, I have NO BILLS other than utilities. Yet, I don't make enough money to qualify for financing.

Nu Wave Auto has earned my business for life, after the amazing and seamless process I experienced when buying my new truck from Dillon earlier today!!! I never dreamed I could be driving such a nice, beautiful truck, but Dillon and his dad Glen were able to get me financed and made it happen. Nu Wave Auto made this the easiest and most definitely the quickest process I've ever been through when purchasing a vehicle!! Hands down, you guys are the best car dealership I've ever had the pleasure doing business with in my entire life!!

Dillon and the team at Nu Wave are great to work with. This was by far the easiest and most straightforward vehicle transaction I have ever made. They take extreme care in preparing their cars for inventory. Negotiations were very fair and straightforward. It s easy to see the small family owned pride that goes into their business. Compared to large dealerships that give you insultingly low offers and refuse to cooperate on prices, they do what they can so customers are happy while still allowing their business to function. Yes their inventory is small, but quality surpasses quantity. From my first purchase, I would absolutely consider dealing with them again. Check them out and help support a great local family business.

I am overly excited and happy about my 2014 ford edge Dillion and the rest of the guys were so helpful and acknowledged and gave me all the good details about my new vehicle and I couldn t go to any other company because this company is my favorite and I will make sure that I get my future car again from these guys thank you Nuwave auto

I will definitely buy our next vehicle here. We bought a Ford Edge and within 2 weeks had a mechanical issue with it. Dillon and his dad not only fixed a couple dings on the front bumper but they also took care of the mechanical problem. We bought the vehicle used and they was under no obligation to fix it, but they did they also cleaned the inside and outside of the vehicle before we picked it back up. Dillon and his dad are honest people and they definitely have the cleanest vehicles around. We drove over an hour to buy our vehicle from them and I am glad we did. Thanks Nu Wave Auto for your amazing customer service and standing behind the vehicles you sell.

I purchased a car Monday from Glen and I must say I have never had such a great experience buying a car than I had with Glen. I m 62 years old so I have plenty of experiences to compare it to. No high pressure sales tactics, just trying to do whatever he could to make me happy. I will update later about the car, but as of right now I could not be any happier. If you re looking to buy a car, I would check out NuWave Auto and talk to Glen. I promise you he will take care of you. Thanks again Glen for all of your assistance and great customer service.

We were looking for an older compact SUV for our daughter. Test drove one a few weeks back but someone else bought it before taking the next step. Dillon seemed like a good guy and I liked the fact that it was a small family owned/operated business that takes pride in providing quality vehicles, while valuing the needs of the customer. Living close to the lot I would drive by once a week to see if they had anything of interest. This week they had a 2002 Honda CR-V with only 123k miles. I looked at it before they detailed it out and listed it. Knowing my interest, they allowed me to take it to my mechanic to give it a look over. All-in-all, It was a great buying experience! If they have something of interest to you, it is definitely worth your time to check out their inventory.

I just have to say Dillon is amazing! He was so helpful and knew my situation so he helped make the process as easy and smooth as possible. Nu Wave Auto is the only place that I recommend to people. Glen, Dillon, and Porter are all such amazing people. The transactions are very transparent, and they make sure the cars are in top condition. Nu Wave is the only used car dealership that I trust my kids to get cars from. I know they are safe in a car from Glen. The honesty and generosity goes far beyond purchasing a used car. Without going into too much detail, they are an extremely important staple in our community.

I honestly can't say how happy I am that I came across these guys. A lot of used car dealerships out there will lie and tell you what you want to hear to get you in a car (sad truth). BUT, I came to Dillon with a need and he truly went above and beyond to find us a deal that not only fit our budget but it was a quality ride. He and his team were professional and forthright from beginning to end. Definitely a breath of fresh air in the car world. Will 100% refer these guys to anybody.

They are so incredibly nice here. Worked with us to get a beautiful new expedition. Very friendly and personable. Easy to talk to and down to earth. Family owned place and it shows. Honestly the very best customer service I ve ever received in my life with both the dealership and the credit company. Instantly feel at home and you can find comfort in knowing you ll be treated fairly with full respect. They take excellent care of your finances and safety is top priority. Haven't actually followed through/ completed purchase yet, but if things check out today, we'll be moving forward. Stayed open late for us to come in after work and test drive. Very clean cars. Very polite and upfront about vehicle history. Would recommend for sure!

Buyer beware.. I would suggest that you don t buy a vehicle here but if you do inspect every inch of the vehicle with a fine toothed comb. They will doctor issues up so they appear to be fine, ie frame issues, when it would take less time and energy to fix them correctly.

The people at Nu Wave make you feel comfortable during transaction. I was not talked down to nor talked at during negotiation. Additionally, their vehicles are clean and in good condition. I will recommend them over and over again. You wont get the stress and pressure that normally comes with buying vehicles at a dealership. Instead you will get a good car through peaceful and transparent negotiation. I appreciate their business.

I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. I bought a vehicle from these people over the summer and had nothing but trouble from the vehicle they sold me. It's been issue after issue and now I have to replace the motor because they sold me a lemon. Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership
