Hate it but STAY AWAY! I wanted to support local and Just Lift It had decent reviews. Had a cab mount chop performed on my Tacoma and I am not sure they have ever performed one. The cut was so far back and the plate that was made and welded was crooked with bad welds. There were jagged edges in the cuts and it looked like it was someone s first time. Because it was cut so far back, the plate welded on began rubbing on the bolt making a very loud squeaking noise. I brought it back in and was told it would be fixed along with the rest of the mess pertaining to the cuts and welds and lack of welds since it wasn t welded on the bottom (see photos). He literally just put a crowbar between the plate and bent it back away from the bolt and told me to just drive it around for a week or so and if I don t like it bring it back. Texted him and told him I would like for it cleaned up and finished. He said to text Tuesday so he could check the schedule and I was informed there was a little availability on Saturday and I explained that s fine but it s okay if not as I did not want it rushed. Did not hear back and the Tornados hit our town. I was respectful enough to wait roughly 3 weeks before inquiring on if they would still be able to and understanding of the circumstances. Was told yes and still had yet to hear back. Wound up utilizing an awesome shop in Franklin that performs this type of work because the plates were rusting on my truck and had easily separated from my cab (see photo). I reached out to them on a refund for the service that was performed on my truck and have essentially been ghosted. Very unfortunate because I truly wanted it to be good and felt I was trying to give them opportunities to correct it but they sadly were unable to. Thankfully I am not out too much and hopefully this review will help prevent someone from burning a wasted hole in their pocket.

Clayton and his team were awesome! They were up front and didn t try to sell us anything we didn t need. Had our truck in an out in a day. We will 100% be using them again!

After being burned by other shops I was very careful with who I would let work on my truck.The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and charged me a fair price.They treated me right and have earned all my future business.Keep up what you're doingYou guys Rock!

Just avoid it! Dishonest, deceitful, unreliable and irresponsible. You will end up disappointed with this business! Don t waste your time, get lied to and ghosted like we like we did! Scheduled to have my jeep regeared for the 8th of Aug. A week and a half goes by and haven t heard a word from this place so I call and very kindly asked for an update, was told his guy was out and would be back next week. 2 weeks pass, my wife calls for update, tells her that guy is out that week, but that he would be back the next week, and he would have it ready to be picked up for our trip end of week and would call us when done. Because of our mistrust, she called him Tuesday asking for an update in which he rudely responds that he s been closed on Mondays for 8 years which btw, hours of operation are not posted anywhere and that is besides the point he said he was getting it in that afternoon, verified it would be done end of week and would receive call which neither happened. My wife and I tried to call numerous times all day Friday, and no answer. Got my key back with no apology, took my jeep back home that was never even moved the entire 2.5 weeks it was there.

Absolutely recommend! Did a 4 inch lift on my truck and swapped out some tires. Great communication! High standard of work! Will not go anywhere else!

I had gotten a lift through just lift it and I have a Chevy 3500 duramax it was a 6 inch lift and everything was amazing for about a month or two then my drive shaft had completely fallen out of my truck called them thinking they could help or do something due to the fact they where the last to touch the truck and no help then come to find out I had to have a custom driveshaft made cause it needed to be longer and my ball joint where not even press all the way in this place is a joke all they do is literally just lift it and when I had call the place to tell them about what happened all they had time to say was it s just a Chevy problem for driveshafts to fall out do not recommend taking anything to this shopServices: Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

My wife's Jeep had death wobble, I called around to several places to get an estimate and idea's of what to do to fix it. I didn t like what I was hearing, when I called Just lift it the asked me to bring it in so they could look at it. 20 minutes later they found the problem and came up with a solution. They never tried to sell me something I didn t need. We dropped off Jeep and two days later it was done. Haven t had any problems since. Great job and honest people.

Clayton and his staff are very knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions. They lifted my first Jeep Wrangler unlimited Sahara and it looked and drove great. They also did other upgrades. It is a blessing to have a small business owner in Johnson County to go to for all of my off road vehicle needs. They have a passion for the work they do and have great service.

I have 2017 4runner and wanted to do some motifications to it for future off road adventures. I also use this vehicle for a daily driver. Clayton took the time to show me a lot of options and also explained how it would/could effect my daily driving. We ordered all of the parts and getting ready for the install. So far, the experience has been great. They definitely know what they are doing!

This shop will absolutely take care of your every need! Their prices beat all the competitors I got quotes from. They got our Jeep earlier than we expected and returned it to us in a timely manor. Everyone in the stop is very friendly and helpful. I ll be referring them to all my friends and family for years to come! Thanks again guys! We re fInally back on the trails!

Broke down in Indianapolis 2000 miles from home and could not find anyone to help on a Saturday called the shop and clayton and his shop no questions asked immediately. Did everything they could to get my truck and trailer back on the road, and had me going within a couple hours highly recommend coming here.

Great shop! I was looking for a place to lift my 2008 FJ Cruiser. After searching various places Just Lifted was the place that was thorough and knowledgeable. Emma was very helpful and knew her stuff. She helped me make discussions based of my goals for my truck. I wouldn t go anywhere else and will continue to bring my truck there. They did some work installing an axle for me awhile back and regearing it. Come to find out they did not set the lash properly resulting in needing a new ring and pinion. Very costly mistake they made at my expense.

Had a great experience with Clayton and his team. The group is extremely knowledgeable with vast experience in their field. I brought in my brand new JLUR to have the diffs regeared. The quality of work, and communication, is excellent. I am a fan of local, specialized shops that tailor to enthusiasts. I cannot express how greatful I am for the people at Just Lift It. Brad was especially kind, and we were able to talk about bird hunting for a bit. They diagnosed and fixed my 4x4 in my truck with great professionalism. I don't know what I would have done without their help. I would recommend them to everyone in the area looking for work done or lift kits being put on. Thanks a lot guys! I don't know what the bad reviews are about down below, but I would take them with a grain of salt.

Stay away! Clayton and just lift it mHave had my jeep and my money for 15 months. They promised completion 8 months ago! They sure know how to take advantage of disabled! Hired Clayton Smith to finish a build of a $40,000 off road vehicle. Returns the vehicle back to me 6 months later with no work performed and parts missing from the vehicle. Received a judgment against him for 4,000.00 plus court costs on November 11 and still have not been paid back for the parts that were taken from the vehicle.

This establishment violated a work contract that my friend had with them and is currently ignoring attempts he makes to get in touch with them about completing the project or returning the unfinished project and his money. As my friend put it, "they are taking advantage of a disabled person who lives 250 miles away." I highly discourage anyone offering them your business. You might get screwed. I only wish not giving any stars at all was an option.

I got a 6 inch lift from just lift it on a 2019 Silverado 4x4 4 door so about 2 months after I go the lift cv axle is going out I thought it was ball joint grease so I took it back down there owner said was cv axle drove it some more I front right felt like it was falling apart took it to any Mohr they said it was from lift I took it back down there they said one bolt Andy Mohr said a few so I drove it more took it to dealership get the cv axle change under warranty I couldn't because cv axle was damage from the lift I took it back down there took have them replace it set up appointment to get it fix went back down there didn't have the part cost me days work they never called me at all I'm from indy by track so made another appointment I called this time was in so person work there said she did order the part n set up appointment for Wednesday I took it in wrong cv axle they had to call gm to get the right one I had to wait from 9am to 530p when they called me put my keys n mail box because they were closing n left thank God no one stole the key n stole my truck I will ver take my truck or refer them to anyone because they did a pass poor job there was a guy waiting on them because they mest up his truck also please never take your truck there pay the money for good service very unhappyService: Steering & suspension replacement

Took thousands from my friend, wont return his jeep (incomplete) or his money. My friend is a quadriplegic and lives 250 miles away. Clayton wont return his calls.
