Edit: Management of the store have offered to reimburse me for costs related to this matter, and have offered to clean the driveway of oil. A great show of accountability and professionalism.Had my oil changed here about a week ago, and the filter was installed incorrectly. Car dumped an engine's worth of oil out all over my driveway over the course of the week. The tire installment went smoothly however.

These guys are amazing! Brought my car in near lunch time ON A SUNDAY! I assumed the car needed a starter replacement and had it done in a little less than a few hours, only hold up was parts being a bit of a hassle to find but Nola kept me updated throughout the day and got the only part available in a 150 miles! I ll definitely come here from now on since Pep Boys didn t want my business! 11/10 stars!

I work in the area and stopped on the way home. I pulled up to the bay door and was greeted promptly. The oil change was very quick, the price was reasonable and the employees were friendly and efficient. This location definitely exceeded my expectations!

TL;DR: Don't recommend. Lied about service. Experience sparks little confidence. Decent free coffee.I went last Sunday to get my oil changed (04 Buick LeSabre Custom) and had a fairly lackluster experience. The experience in the moment wasn't bad, and my dad was able to get some hot coffee from the waiting lounge. We got into the car with receipt paper and went home. Upon examination, I noticed that they had not completed everything that was expected of them on the sheet. The most apparent lie was that the sticker on my windshield had been replaced, as it was still the sticker from the previous visit (at a different location). They also said that they had added air to my tires, though that wasn't the case either.At this rate, I cannot tell what was performed and what wasn't performed. I would hope that they used the correct oil we bought, and that the other checks were done correctly, but lying about something as simple as the windshield sticker does not promote confidence. I understand that it was the weekend (and Super Bowl Sunday on top of that), but that's not an excuse for these mistakes.

This Jiffy team has it all. Staff is very professional, and the store looks "best in class" compared to the competition stores that I have seen or been too. Pricing is competitive, and they take the time to let you know how your vehicle is performing, and they never up sell you anything your car doesn't need. That's why we continue to return to this location. Thank you Store # 4098!

they did an amazing job servicing my truck. It was the first time I had been through a Jiffy Lube and they were finished within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Great place to take your vehicle, very knowledgeable and professional. They are quick but precise. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. When the dealership could not figure out what was wrong with my Alfa Romeo and told me I needed a new engine, I took it to Jiffy Lube, they fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and we haven't had a problem with it since. Oh, and did I mention that the staff if amazing, they are so friendly.

My child was asleep when I arrived, so I carried him inside and let him continue to sleep in the chair. When it was time to go, one of the female workers was kind enough to open the door for me while I carried him and then went the extra mile and opened not only his car door for me but mine as well. I was really impressed by the customer service, the professional communication and overall experience. They were quick and took good care of me, my son, and our car! I will not hesitate to go back.

They vacuumed my car & checked the tire pressure & all I didn t know all the little things included with the oil change & I m glad I could check out this place & get a oil change at a discounted price thanks to the Kroger Receipt Jiffy Lube coupon! The girl at this location had quick and friendly service! Thanks

Great service. I liked that they pulled my car in for the oil change and I was able to wait in their lounge. They were fast and efficient and I was on my way in under 15 minutes.

When I got there was guided in no greeting. Then a lady started putting windshield fluid in the container on my vehicle. Didn't bother to greet me or ask what services I needed. It was a weird experience. That whole store needs to be retrained on customer greeting and how to offer services. Ask first before you do anything to a customer vehicle

They were great! I got a tire fixed (screw in it), tires rotated, and my oil changed a few days ago. They took really good care of my car and the service was fast! They took my car back as soon as I checked in. They were actually waiting on me to come back and pick it up because the car was done sooner than I expected. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for your car s needs!

The Whiteland location was great. I went in to do my first oil change with my truck. The team there made it my visit easy. When it was over with and he was checking me out. He says there is no charge today. I asked him why and he said it was there thanks for my service as a veteran. I thanked the manager but still wan ted to pay for my oil change since it was not Veterans Day till tomorrow. The manager still refused to take my payment. He said it was the Marine Corps birthday so one day would not matter. Which I was surprised he knew the date as well. So , thank you to Jiffy Lube at this location. For putting a smile on my face. You have definitely earned my business going forward.

I called to see how busy they were, since it was Saturday. Said they had a 10-15 minute wait. By the time I arrived, they had 0 wait. Took my car in immediately. Was in and out in about 12 minutes.Found the staff to be pleasant and enjoying themselves.Thank you!

What a wonderful experience from beginning to end - which was only 15 minutes for an oil change!A very nice young man greeted me and opened my door for me to go in to the waiting area.Every employee that came through was very friendly and spoke to me, then when my car was done the young lady explained what they did and was very polite. She even accompanied me to my car and opened the door again.You don t find service like this much these days and it was so refreshing!10/10 recommend them for anything to do with your car!

I took my car to the Whiteland Jiffy lube recently for an oil change and a tire rotation and I couldn t have been happier! They got me right in and out! Everyone was very friendly & professional and my service was great as usual! I will be back in a few months for my next service! The online coupons are always a nice plus as well!

Service was fast and friendly. Usual up sell tactics. Negative is they could do a bit better is clean up the oil. Got home and there were a dozen or so drips left on the drive while the old oil dripped from the frame.

While getting an oil change, I mentioned that my headlights did not seem to be as bright as I would like and asked if they would be able to clean the lenses. I brought it in a few days later and they were able to polish them up in short order. The headlights work sooo much better now!!

In and out with no complaints for my oil change. Jiffy Lube in Whiteland is doing it right!I'm interested in new tires but the website doesn't show options or prices. That update would be a big help.

My daughter and I needed an oil change on both our vehicles. We went to Jiffy Lube and the workers were professional, the facility was clean and the service was excellent! We were in and out within 30mins. Wonderful experience and we will be back!

I first went to Jiffy Lube to have my oil changed about six months ago when they first opened. I was so impressed how friendly they were.. How they took the time to explain what they were going to do and at that visit they checked my air filter and Informed me that it needed replaced. They cleaned the windows, swept the floors .. I was pleasantly surprised. This past week was my second visit to Jiffy Lube in Whiteland Indiana I had the very same great serviceand experience I received the first time I went. They are all so friendly, so polite and willing to assist and help you in any way they can to insure your vehicle is in top running condition.Both times was a great experience, and I look forward to continuing doing business with Jiffy Lube in Whiteland, In..

It was the coldest week in January and I had no heat in my van. Being on a fixed income, needless to say, I was reluctant to have it checked/repaired. Driving by my local Jiffy Lube, I noticed they re not just an oil change station, they also do repairs, tires and, of course, oil changes. Drove in to get an estimate for a possible thermostat replacement. Got an appt forthr next day. They took me right in, on time. We discussed what I was experiencing. The mechanic said he was thinking something else. After checking, it was a hole in the radiator. They repaired it in less than two hours, I was outta there. They treated me with respect. I now have heat for the remaining cold season. They were fair on price and I m so grateful that I saw on their building that they even did mechanical work. So, don t be fooled by it JUST being a Jiffy Lube and nothing but. Highly recommend them as a local merchant.

The day I got my oil change it was a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and quick service! After the oil change our vehicle started leaking oil and it has gotten worse! I call this afternoon and told them what was happening. I brought it back in and they said that the oil canister was broken and told me that this happens all of the time, but not jiffy lubes fault! Said there is nothing they can do about it! I never had a leak until the oil change! If this is the service and quality of work that is going to happen then I won t be back! The manager would not speak to me face to face! And sent a technician to explain that they are not at fault and that this happens all of the time here with a lot of vehicles! I will not be back and will share with many others!

Had struts and shocks replaced on my vehicle. It was a Saturday morning. Tech rushed on the work and forgot to tighten my passenger rear shock. Got driving down the road and it was horrible. I returned and the tech made the shock right. He double checked his other work and I was off again. Something didn't seem right after test driving the vehicle for 10 miles. I pulled over at a gas station and found the lug nuts on my wheels were not centered in the acorn shape and tightened. I tried to tighten but the shake remained. I returned the car to them the following Monday evening. The "lead" mechanic took a look over the vehicle and didn't find anything apparent. They had to remove the wheels again. They balanced them (free), and threw in an alignment (free again). I was off to driving again. Overall a rocky experience, but the vehicle work was done and eventually* correct. ***Updated***. The store manager himself gave me an oil change after the previous event. I know they run Pennzoil synthetics, but man my car runs so smoothly now. I even gained 20 miles on a full tank. To say this worked out very well is an understatement. I plan to go back. 10 minutes, in and out. Much better than the dealer.

Quickest oil change ever maybe took 5 mins plus they vacuumed my front floorboards, aired up all tires and topped fluids off in that short amount of time. Friendly service and my 3rd oil change is free

Jiffy Lube was my second tire appointment after I received poor service elsewhere. Jiffy Lube fixed every tire issue I had, and even tightened a belt that the Mitsubishi dealer told me could not be fixed. Not only will I be back for all of my service needs in the future, but I have already recommended them to people I know. I was very impressed and thankful for their care!

This was by far the quickest oil change I have ever received. When they said my vehicle was done I was in shock. They even have a program so after 2 oil changes the third is free. I will definitely be back!
