Always have had great service hereWhile I do a lot of the work on my vehicles myself, there are times it needs professional help. For nearly 30 years I ve relied on Westfeild Tire & Muffler for those times. They ve always been fast, friendly, affordable and have done quality work. I fully trust them with whatever I need done.

Jason and his team as usual were accommodating and honest. Simply driving two football fields from one auto repair service to another. My bill went from $2400 to 660. The first place was quoting all kinds of things that were not even needed.

I ve been using Westfield Tire & Muffler for as long as I can remember! They take great care of me, always giving my car what it needs to keep it running smoothly. Excellent service, I ve never had any problems with them.

Hands down the best shop in Carmel/Westfield. They are HONEST and the price is so reasonable. Best of all if they say you need to do something you know that it is needed versus other shops just trying to sell some services or tires. We have gone to them for over 20 years!

Both my wife and I recently had nails in our tires. Westfield Tire & Muffler got us both in fast and took care of the issue without gouging or unnecessarily upselling us. Love it!Friendly staff, timely, professional, and fairly priced. I absolutely recommend Westfield Tire & Muffler.

I was referred to Westfield by a friend and they did not disappoint! I went to two other places before Westfield and Westfield was the only one I felt comfortable with! They communicated in a timely manner, the price made sense, and they were kind through the whole process. I worked with Jason the whole time and he was absolutely wonderful and super sweet! He explained everything thoroughly and my car was fixed up faster than expected.I will be returning here with any future car issues.

I ve been a customer of Westfield Tire and Muffler for almost 15 years and highly recommend them for automotive maintenance and service. They ve maintained all of my vehicles of which some were brand new, some well-worn, and a mix of SUVs, mini-vans, and sedans both foreign and domestic. I ve always been very satisfied with their work, professionalism and especially their honesty. WT&M actually looks out for their customers best interests and looks for the most cost-effective solution and won t try to oversell or give you something you don t need. I appreciate this most of all because it s not easy to find that balance of good advice and business interests especially when troubleshooting automotive issues. My first experience with them 15 years ago is a prime example. I had been getting my front brakes replaced annually for three years taking it to the same place. The brakes would be fine for a while but then wear down fast and have that brake-indicator type squeal. That seemed a bit much. On the advice from a friend, I took it WT&M who replaced my brakes with high quality pads for about the same price. That was the last of the annual brake jobs on that vehicle and never squeak or sound when braking. I ve had lots of other good examples/experiences since then and always a great outcome. Try WT&M, you won t be disappointed.Service: Tires

They took care of my muffler very quickly had me in and out in no time the prices are amazing, compared to other shops, and don t fall into the marketing scam of them telling you you need to change your whole muffler at other places. These guys can give you a better deal and potentially save you thousands. Thanks guys for being awesome!

I was referred to Westfield Tire and Muffler from Mears in Carmel. Couldn't be happier with the service, cost, and handling of my repair. I don't want to say old school but in a way it was. Made the appointment, dropped the car off, fixed it promptly and at a substantial saving. Strong recommendation for anyone needing exhaust, muffler....in my case a flex pipe. Honest, quick service. I have had work here done years ago and was very pleased. Thankfully nothing has changed. Last week i brought my car in for a clanking noise that spontaneously disappeared....instead of finding something to fix, they told me there was nothing wrong and sent me on my way. I love these guys!

I was convinced I had an alternator problem and a blown sensor as a consequence. Expected a much more costly repair. They told me they wouldn t get to it for about a week, but I was done in 2 or 3 days, and they diagnosed the problem as a much easier, much less costly issue. I contacted the shop to inquire about repairing a tire that was leaking. The shop informed me they could work in doing the repair the same day. When I arrived, the check-in process was fast, the car was promptly brought into the shop, and the leak in the tire was found quickly.The leak in the tire was shown to me. Westfield Tire & Muffler had no issue with attempting to plug the hole rather than replace the tire. There was quite a bit of tread left on the tire, so I was very pleased with their willingness to give plugging the hole a try. Past experiences tell me a lot of other tire shops would have immediately tried pushing to sell new tire(s).The shop installed an inside-to-outside style plug/patch. If a hole in a tire is going to be plugged, I believe this is currently the best type of plug/method that can be used. Time will tell if the plug holds up, but the shop has gained my trust for demonstrating they support what is in the customer's best interest. I highly recommend.Service: Tires

New front brakes...Every few weeks my wife hands me a discount coupon for some stupid quick lube place. i tell her i would rather pay a little extra and get established with a quality small town garage. Well it paid off! i needed new brakes for my vehicle and Westfield Tire & Muffler was there to help me. i was able to schedule an appointment, i received a spot on quote and the services were completed correctly in a timely fashion. i cannot say enough nice words about Jason and his crew! Small Town Independent Garagei had been blessed to have one of my school mates service our vehicles for the last 30 years, but he recently retired and moved south. I would highly recommend Westfield Tire & Muffler! My husband needed his muffler changed and we are extremely happy with the service provided! We left the car on Monday expecting it to be done by Wednesday, but they got it in and finished that same day which was so nice of them! The employee s are very professional!! Pricing is very affordable! I would recommend this business to anyone!!Service: Exhaust

Every auto shop stereotype is out of the window with this place. Every individual was professional, honest, and extremely personable. My experience here was beyond exceptional. In my entire life I've trusted one auto shop, and everywhere else has been a let down, but Westfield Tire & Muffler makes it two. I'm a small business owner whose vehicle is used for both personal and business matters, so I don't have the time or money to get the runaround when it comes to repairs. Blown away by these guys, highly recommend.

I would not use this company. We sent in for an oil change and to check the AC and asked them to call before doing anything to AC. I had to call 2 days later to ask if they were done and they didn't call us to ask if it was ok to do the work and did the work and charged $250. Dropped the car off with full tank of gas and gas tank was empty when we picked up. Horrible customer service.Service: Air conditioning
