Westfield Automotive (WA) is honest and operates with integrity! Brought my 2021 Blazer in because the fan continually ran for 5 minutes on two occasions after shutting the vehicle off (intermittently does this). WA checked codes but couldn't get the vehicle to repeat the issue. Diagnosed as likely the thermostat BUT suggested to wait until the Blazer did it again and bring it in. Their approach to fix something once broke verses making money by fixing the most likely item is an example of their integrity! I have brought my vehicles to them for years and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Westfield Automotive has been taking care of all of the vehicles in my family for over 20 years. I highly recommend them. They are flexible, friendly, experiences, knowledgeable, and willing to co out of their way to accommodate their customers. Unlike many businesses these days they are an establishment you can depend on and are eager to build a relationship with you not just get you in and out.

I had a quote from a different shop in Carmel to replace my spark plugs and i thought it seemed high. I stopped by Westfield Automotive and had it done for less than half of what the other place quoted me. Super great people and I won t be going anywhere else again. 10/10

I needed a new driver s side headlight. I took my car to a national chain, and they were going to change it for $105! I knew it would be a bit because of the labor involved in getting to the light, but that was excessive. Westfield Automotive got me in first thing this morning (I did have an appointment for today but got there right at opening) and had me out in about 20 minutes. All for $51.31. Much better service all around.

I ve used Westfield Automotive for several repairs, ranging from an oil change to replacing the entire front steering system (thanks, Buick). They have been fair in pricing, communicative and complete the repairs in a timely manner. It s worth it for me to make the 20 mins trek over and I will continue to use them.

Took my car in and explained the noises I was hearing. They had the car diagnosed quickly, explained everything to me in terms I would understand, and were extremely professional. Highly recommend them for any car servicing needs!

Definitely recommend this place for auto care. This is third place I tried since moving to the area and far and away this was the best service I received. I called for service on a recent used car purchase when dash lights appeared. The guys who answered the phone were professional and courteous, most importantly they withheld any misogyny while speaking to me. They all made me comfortable and confident in their work, suggestions& recommendations. I was provided an appointment window, full explanations on what to expect and a reasonable quote for a diagnostic. Once the inspection was completed, I received a call where the necessary work was reviewed in detail with various recommendations and price points so I could review and approve based on my financial situation and the vehicle s ability to run with whatever options were presented. They guys also gave me an overview on which repairs could wait and what warning signs I should be on the lookout for if I opted to to do. Everything was given a labor and parts estimate without any up sell . The work was completed quicker than the original estimate and the guys made sure this was as quick and painless as possible. The team at Westfield Auto serviced our car in a timely manner and at a fair price, the lowest quote out of three shops I called. The shop is clean and efficient and Randy, the mechanic, clearly marked service done inside the engine compartment so no second guessing, much appreciated. I am a new customer because my usual mechanic is over-booked and can't get me in quickly. Westfield Automotive is able to get my car checked and repaired in a reasonable time. I've already gone to them twice in the past month. Very fair pricing, quality work, trustworthy, and all around nice guys, to boot! I highly recommend Jeff Boelke and everyone at Westfield Automotive. They are my new preferred auto mechanics!Service: Air conditioning

Westfield Automotive is amazing. I took my car in for a front wheel bearing replacement and they were able to get me in that week and had me back up and running the same day. Compare that to the Audi dealership which wouldn't even diagnose the issue for at least a month. Not only are they professionals, they are affordable. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been a customer of Westfield Automotive for years and just referred a neighbor to them this afternoon. While I haven't left any reviews in the past (shame on me) I decided to look at some of their reviews and came across a recent one that I felt was very unfair. I have always found Jeff the owner to be honest, fair, and concerned about both your vehicles condition, and the reputation of his business. I have had work done by Jeff's other mechanics from time to time and always been happy. It helps the mechanic if we leave a short note detailing any problem, or whatever service it needs if we are dropping the vehicle off at a later date.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I went into Belle tire to have a tire plugged and they told me I had a tie rod that was loose and quoted me $277. I took my car to Westfield Auto and come to find out there was no tie rod issue at all! Was able to get an appt first thing this morning. They had to replace my car battery, my car would not start last night and this morning, we had to jump it ourselves. Very quick and friendly service.

Needed a headlight replaced. Had the bulbs. Could not get to them to replace. Stopped in they changed em out no charge. Took them maybe 15 min. Said to come back when I really need work done. Saved their info in my contacts. Not many shops would do that today. Thanks again.

Jeff @ Westfield Automotive just saved me thousands! Had my car towed to them for a rod bearing failure over the weekend and Jeff called first thing Monday morning with a TSB # and dealership phone # for me and now Hyundai is replacing the motor and I'm spared the expense of doing it out-of-pocket. Glad to see honest, independently-owned shops still exist. Highly recommend them for all your needs.

We started using Westfield Automotive just this past year; we took our accessible van in because it was making a rattling noise and we had no idea what it could be and expected a big repair bill. Westfield Automotive called us and said it was ready, they had found a thin piece of metal coming loose, repaired it, and had us on the way for almost nothing.Since then we've done brakes, oil changes, some exhaust work and general repairs with them; each time they get us in and out in the scheduled time. Just before a trip we had an issue with a hitch, and sure enough not only did they get it fixed up for us, they did it at no charge.Just the best people, we trust them for all our automotive repairs now, this is the small business type of shop you want to support!Services: Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Even businesses you have trusted for years can change the way they operate for the worst. Westfield peeps....I used to refer people to Westfield Automotive....not anymore. Jeff the owner is more interested in fixing the wrong issue than taking accountability and being a responsible business owner. Also, beware about leaving any information with the front desk, Vickie can't properly note what the vehicle is having serviced.Service: Transmission

Had an excellent experience with Westfield Auto! They did a 100,000 tuneup on our car. 5 months later, there was a noise that we had in one of the areas that they worked on. They re-fixed it and didn't charge us a penny. They stand behind their work! They were professional, honest and fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely bring my car to them again!

Excellent customer service from Jeff and Vickie. Was in a bind because of an out-of-town dealer mistake on a brake repair and they assisted quickly to fix what the dealer screwed up. Fair, fast, and trustworthy. Exactly what you want from your local mechanic. They ve earned my loyalty.

I was visiting Westfield last month and when I was getting ready to return home on a 10-hour drive with my 2004 car, the Check Engine light came on. Since I was driving alone, I was afraid something could go terribly wrong while I was on the road. I contacted Westfield Automotive early in the morning and spoke with Jeff. Even though they were booked up with appointments and very busy, he suggested I bring my car by to check it out. Not only did he discover that the oil was dangerously low, but he also checked my tires and coolant to make sure the car would make the long drive. He did all of this while I waited and only charged me for the coolant and oil! My car made the trip safely. This place went above and beyond.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Yes, the car we took in was old as the receptionist let us know, but we took it in for a small problem and left with an even bigger one. No accountability for the repair work. Spent $1000 on the car, and it's left in worse shape than when we brought it in. The receptionist was not friendly and didn't seem to care that we had poor results. We will not be returning to this shop.

They know what they're doing, and are always honest about the problem and their prices are good. I called them when I broke down in Broadripple, and they talked to me to try and find out what was going on. It was exactly what they thought. My belt had come off under the hood. The battery ended up dying, like they said it would, on my way to my precious mechanics. I ended up having to get it towed to a local garage, and Westfield told me that if I didn't think the 'new' garage was being honest, to call and ask them. $500 and over 5 hours in the 90 degree heat with my four children, and my van stalled the next time I tried to drive it. I will never trust any other mechanic, and would gladly pay the extra money to have my van towed much further as long as it goes to Westfield Automotive. I'm heading to them first thing in the morning to see if they can really fix what's going on! (I've used these guys for over 7 years! and don't have one bad comment.)

I had two people i trust recommend Westfield Auto to me, each with their own tale of how the company really helped them avoid wasting money and get things fixed.I now had my own experience. They did a great job on my front brakes and helped me out tremendously when a wheel stud broke off a rear tire. My wife and i take both our toyotas there as we have had bad experiences with the dealer.Neal is awesome and should be commended for how helpful he is. He has won our loyalty.

I brought my car in due to some shaking in the steering wheel and was told it would be $1200 to replace a lower control arm, and linkages. That sounded really high since I had similar work done a couple years back on another car so I paid their diagnostic fee and took it to Lee Adams Tire and Service (Where the previous "other" car was worked on) the next day and got it all taken care out for just over $400 parts and labor. I was hoping to find an honest mechanic closer to home but was sorely disappointed.

Professional service and they stand by their work. We take all 3 of our vehicles here because I can trust that they can do the Job. Sometimes they just do something and do not even charge for it. DO NOT EXPECT IT, but it has happened because they are genuinely kind people who seem to care about people. They are very honest and fair. I was given a repair estimate for my vehicle by a local dealership that included many "needed repairs" and was more than $2,000. I took it to Westfield for a second opinion, and was told my vehicle did not need most of the "repairs" listed, and the bill was only $200. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you, Westfield, Automotive, for a great job.
