Best oil change and car service! Logan (manager) greeted me and guided me in a cheerful and friendly manner. The team worked incredibly well together to get my car taken care of. It truly felt like I was an Indy Car driver at a race day pit stop. Apparently I ve lived under a rock because I didn t even know places like this existed. Will be back!

A couple of years ago after going to one of their locations, I promised myself not to ever return. I needed an oil change and my regular place didn't even make eye contact with me when I got there. I came to this location and I met Mr. Logan Allender as my service technician. Later I found out he is the manager. A true example of professionalism, dignity, and customer service to the highest. He and his amazing team changed me. I will be back. Valvoline should have him as an instructor to all their team members. I would have never imagined to face this type of gold star service. Thank you Logan and staff. Keep up the amazing work and I am certain your future is bright.

Today was my first time at this Valvoline and I ve got to say I won t be going anywhere else moving forward. All 5 employees I interacted with were personable, polite and knowledgeable. In the day we live in, it s hard to find 1 person like that let alone 5. Keep doing what y all are doing and I really appreciate the great customer service!

Terrible service. DO NOT GO HERE. Got home Saturday and noticed a ton of oil spots on my driveway Sunday (never had any stains before) and then Monday my vehicles idle is malfunctioning and check engine light came on. I just had my truck serviced and inspected at the dealership I bought it from in late November as it is a work truck and had NO leaks and NO check engine lights.They tried performing checks on all the services they offer to try and upsell me when I told them just to do an oil change, nothing else. The technicians was upset I told him not to run any tests and to simply just change the oil. They SEVERELY damaged my truck in the process. A bunch of kids that have no care or sense. AVOID THIS IS PLACE

I pulled in and there was no wait. The gentleman guided me in and another came and took my information. I ve never been here so they put me in the system. Offered me a better coupon than I had. From pulling in to pulling out it only took 20 minutes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. Very quick and efficient. Luis was great doing the oil change and all of the checks on the vehicle. They don t try and sell you things. I love coming to this location and they always have coupons available. Being able to sit in the car while they do the work is great too with small kids.

I had great service here both times I have visited. The crew working on my vehicle communicated very well with each other. They have a great process as well. The manager leads a good team. Very professional.

Jacob and Logan were both great! These guys were so fast nice hard working and efficient. I will definitely come back again when needed. I was very impressed with these guys and the owners are lucky to have good people. Not really sure I understand the rotation here. During the visit, they had 3 employees rotating back and forth between the 3 different garages... this seems like a lot of time wasted and unnecessary back and forth. IMO it would be simpler to have 1 guy 1 garage and help only as needed. There was 1 car in front of my lane and i was here for 2 hours. Not exactly instant. Other places would have me in and out in less than an hour. Seriously need to reevaluate processes for the price. Oh and they ordered pizza in the middle of the shift?! This is what lunch breaks are for! 3 stars only because they were nice and professional.UPDATE: 1 day after my oil change i had white smoke coming from my exhaust, never had this issue before in my car that was less than a year old. I proceeded to bring back to see what is wrong and then said nothing they could see. I then took it to the dealership and they said the oil level was too high. I have not had the white smoke since going to the dealership. HOW do you as mechanics not see the oil is too high!?!?! 1 star. Absolutely ridiculous and will not return.

I was first in line and had been waiting for over 30 minutes. The employees let another car skip the line and go ahead of me. This is 2 bad experiences in a row with Valvoline. I will not be going back.

They were amazing! I was unsure of where do go and what to do and they helped me immediately and were super friendly. Josh did an incredible job at quickly helping me fix my blinker light, change my oil, check my air pressure and replace my filter. The technician working the floor this morning was World-Class. He might ve also been the manager, but he juggled 3 cars mid-thunderstorm and exuded a positive attitude. He was knowledgeable without being pushy and genuinely created a welcoming environment.

Really bad service!!!!I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Westfield.. for what should have been a routine and straightforward oil change. However, my encounter with this establishment left me feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated.I cannot emphasize enough how unprofessional and careless their service was, and I strongly advise against wasting your time/money at this location.Firstly, upon arrival, I noticed a prominent sign claiming that they would check the air pressure in my tires. Since this is a crucial safety aspect of vehicle maintenance, I expected them to fulfill their promise without having to remind them. However, as I inquired about the air pressure check, the staff nonchalantly responded that it was supposed to be done but nobody bothered to perform the task.This is beyond unacceptable; it shows a complete lack of attention to detail and a careless attitude towards customer satisfaction. Very disappointing the level of unprofessionalism I witnessed was appalling.Furthermore, the overall service I received during the oil change was mediocre at best. Not only did they fail to fulfill their advertised claims, but they also seemed to rush through the process, leaving me doubtful about the quality of the service itself.In conclusion, my visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change was a complete disappointment. Their unprofessional attitude, failure to perform essential tasks like checking air pressure as advertised, and lack of attention to customer satisfaction are indicative of a poorly managed establishment. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this location.There are countless other reputable automotive service centers that provide excellent service and genuinely care about their customers' needs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your oil change needs. This place is simply not worth it.

Pulled up here at 4:30 pm , i was not greeted! The mechanics were mad like a dog. Very unprofessional , I wont be back and I do NOT RECOMMEND coming here. Go to Belle Tire instead.

Saw a couple of initial reviews here that weren't so great. That hasn't been my experience at all. Been here twice (different vehicles, since they've been open only about 2 months).Both times the wait was a little long to actually get into a bay (15 min one time, 40 min another), but when everyone is busy, all bays are in use, and it's a Saturday, I guess I didn't think much of it. Wasn't like they were ignoring anyone or standing around doing nothing.Anyway, once inside, the service was quick (for an oil change, you don't even need to get out of your car). 10 minutes and I was on my way.Staff wasn't exactly "restaurant host and wait staff friendly" or anything, but again, I'm not expecting that at an auto service shop. Nobody was rude or UNfriendly by any stretch. Very "just the facts" but with a side joke or comment about weather or speed of their network on which their point-of-sale system runs. You know: normal.So, I will absolutely be back. Had good experiences both times, so far. Hope the bad experiences of others were just a fluke thing.

They were so fast!! They talked to me about the preventative maintenance I needed but didn t pressure me into anything which I appreciate! I got my cabin filter, air filter, and oil changed working 25 minutes. They answered all my questions and were very kind.
