Purchased 22 cx5 new, the first winter ran very poor believed to be thermostat issues, car would not get all the way to temp, unless i drove it , and then i would turn heat on in park temp gauge would go down, they said looked fine, i knew was not the case, until finally my check engine light came on and guess what it was the thermostat, well that was replaced after the winter and here its cold again with the same issues, Temp gauge not all the way to temp unless i drive it , turn heat on and temp gauge gradually lowers little by little called yet again was told over the phone if the check engine light is not on those cars are pretty smart pretty much nothing they can do???? so needless to say didnt go to that apt waste of time, same on going issues hopefully the one in greenwood will actually look at it if not, looks like i have to take to my personal own mechanic not happy car issues with new car and push back with same on going issues, oh even took video of the issues they didnt see anything, called different mechanic besides mazda... was told thermostat... not happy with my new purchase and push back of same issue

I always felt that i was over charged or over serviced for a regular maintenance. Is it normal now a regular maintenance needs many things replaced ? always expensive and never just a simple oil change anymore. Usually between $600 to $1000 every 6 months i go.

Larry was great. Made sure we understood the operations of the car, answered all of our questions promptly, and was very helpful, and never tried "But for just a little bit more money you could move up to this". Pleasure to work with.

Always get great customer service! I also know when they tell or show me something that is wrong with my car its not just them trying to get more money out of me. Thanks Tom Roush Mazda !

have a Maza CX30 2021. My car is giving a factory error... I came to the dealer for an emergency and no one gives me an answer after a long day... they do not fulfill the promise of providing a vehicle while they repair my vehicle .. there is no serious answer. I didn't think they would treat me so badly. I just want to let you know that it's customer service is the worst in my life... I know I have to wait for the repair of my new car.... but they don't give me good customer service... they don't give me a car while they fix mine................ .I have to retract a 1 star review I did. After the confusion the customer service really helped me. the technical service staff is excellent. THANK YOU
