Purchased a whole set of new tires here a few months ago, quality and quick service. The employees are friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that you have to come back and have the tires rotated and balanced every 5k miles in order to keep the warranty that you also have to pay for.

BEYOND THANKFUL FOR THE SERVICE I WAS GIVEN. These guys changed all 4 of my tires, did an oil change, alignment work, and fixed a switch in my window allowing it to finally roll up and down. Dominik the general manager is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! They got it all done in under 2 hours and the pricing is AMAZING!!! I heavily recommend if you need any sort of work done to your vehicle to check these guys out they are the real deal.

I have visited this location several times and have never been disappointed! Price points are great. The staff is fantastic to deal with and I think that their customer service here is second to none. I feel like they treat me like an old friend when I go here.

Ever since Dominik has taken over the store, it has improved drastically. I took my car there because I had a puncture in my tire. Not only was Dominik and his team efficient, but they kept me informed the whole time while they fixed my issue.I was even offered if I needed to Uber anywhere while I waited. I am a customer service kind of guy, and I was treated above and beyond with respect and his willingness to help out anyway that he could was much more deserving than 5 stars! Would give more if I could! Great work! I WILL be back when my other cars need tires and will spread the word!! Thank you very much!

I couldn t be more pleased in the help I had here today. Thank you Joel, Dominik, and team for your great service. I like honesty as anyone does, but when it comes to something you do everyday is drive, then this is where to go. I was sent here from another store because they told me they couldn t do anymore to help me with my alignment. This team was sure to help. Thank you again for your service and honesty.Lorrie

I was a little late and they were so accommodating! Dominik was so informative and helpful with all the major issues with my alignment and other things on my car as a result of an accident.I got my tires and it took only about 45 minutes even with the appointment! He wrote down the issues that needed to be addressed so I could remember them! I was also able to watch Futurama while I waited and everyone was so nice!I will definitely return and they mentioned they are a full service so that makes me happy too!

Very satisfied with the service I received. Had a braking issue that nobody could figure out. After bringing my car here, the technician called me back after about 10 minutes to garage and explained and showed me some possible causes. Left car there and manager kept in contact with me about progress made. One of the possible solutions was an expensive part that was around $1,000. Of course, I assumed that would be what they wanted to do. I was wrong.....they tested several things and fixed it for MUCH less. Very happy with the service and the communication from management!!!

I was in a pickle about getting new tires for an old van that is soon to be traded in, and Joel was so helpful and got me in the same day (after I had barely made it to work on my slip slides tires). I did not realize they do more than tires! Will definitely be back for auto needs.

Although a little pricey, I cannot say enough good about my experience here. For the whole tire change, oil change, alignment, and balance it only took 2 hours. They offered rides if I needed them and helped me pick out the best tire for my Jeep 10/10 would recommend! Joel also took the extra time to explain why the tires he was suggesting was the better choice.

Fantastic customer service by Dominik and team. While I was there, there was a very inappropriate couple causing a circus in front of my eyes. They handled them with more grace than I would have. Thanks again for your help! I won t be going anywhere else in the future!

Dominik saved me from heart ache during the holidays. Yesterday after being told by the dealership I JUST purchased my Jeep from that I didn t have tire warranty, Dominik worked me in to check my tire out. The tire I needed fixed wasn t in, but Dominik ordered it and it literally was delivered that afternoon. I came in this morning and my new tire was actually a different structure (same model), most companies wouldn t do anything, but Dominik truly assisted us and made sure appropriate tires were placed! Dominik, you re an amazing asset to this company. What you don t realize is how bad my week has been, and you truly reminded me there are still good people on this earth. Oh and by the way, I did have warranty through the dealership. The time I lost yesterday on them was gained back today by your grace. We are forever your customers now.

After making an appointment at another TD location, driving to that location and being told they had no staff, reaching out to another TD store, who also said they could not help me, Westfield TD went above and beyond. Once I called them, they told me to come on over and they would work me in. The staff were kind and helpful! I can t thank them enough for helping me get my oil changed. Definitely will be back!

Dominik was so professional and courteous, and explained the entire process in detail from start to finish. He worked to give my mother the best deal, and sought out valuable rebates to come to a price that was affordable for her. He also educated us on the type of tire we were purchasing, and explained why it was the best tire for our needs.We are so glad that we decided to frequent his store. His customer service was second to none! .

I ve been taking my car here for tires and various services over the past 2-3 years. I ve always had a great experience. I called Dominik about a flat tire on Friday evening. He got me in right away and got it patched in under 20 minutes.

Dave was in the store finishing up and my daughter called after hours with a screw/nail in her tire. She called hoping to schedule an appointment for the next day, but he told her to come on in. He stayed and fixed her tire after closing. You simply don't find service like that anywhere any more. I've been a customer in the past, but they will get all of my work in the future because of Dave! Thank you for taking the time to help my daughter!

Dominic and team were fantastic. I needed 4 tires on a tight turnaround. He shot straight with me and said he d do the best he could. 4 hours later I m on my way. Under promise and over deliver. They ll be the first people I call when I need anything done.

Tire Discounters earns my business every single time I go there. I recommend them to all of my friends and I won't personally go anywhere else.They are competent, professional, they build relationship, they always work me in, and they understand customer service. They are also the only shop I know that actually can do a proper aligment with someone trained on the machine.Seriously, I cannot recommend them more.

I went in yesterday to get an oil change and my tires rotated. I had no idea what I was doing. But, Dominik made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It turns out that I needed new tires and not just a rotation. He did not try to sell me anything. He was patient and took the time to talk to my husband on the phone. I was going to be there for longer than expected- he even offered to Uber me to and from home at no charge. However, the waiting room area was so pleasant and nice and cool on a hot day, I just decided to hang out. I left there with 4 brand new tires on my Jeep, my diesel oil changed at the lowest price around, and a smile on my face! Thanks to Dominik my experience was top notch from start to finish!! I will be going back here from now on for all my oil changes and tire rotations- or anything else my JT needs for that matter. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Had a flat tire and needed to replace it yet all 4 were going to need to be updated. Was able to find the tire I wanted and went above and beyond to take care what I needed. Absolutely highly recommend coming here and ask for Dominik! He is the best!

Honestly fantastic Customer Service, Extremely intelligent staff, and Great work. Never felt like I was being pitched about any problems I had with my car. Dominik is the Man! Great price too!
