Super friendly staff! Fast response time with amazing equipment and VERY qualified operator! Pricing was also very reasonable! From someone that uses wreckers to load equipment all the time I couldn't been more pleased! I hope to get the opportunity to work with them again in the future! All I can say is thank you!

Megan and Jake helped me get my bike towed from my 5th floor parking garage spot to the Harley shop. I had to call 4 companies before I found these guys. They came out same day to get the job done. Super grateful.

9/16/23 I had a suspension failure on an enclosed 20 car trailer on I65 SB about 5 miles north of Lebanon, Indiana. I got ahold of Paddacks and after giving the dispatcher my details about the trailer size, length and estimated weight-she told me to expect a two-hour minimum at $150 an hour-which I was fine with.. She dispatched a flatbed that was too short. The first driver-super nice guy-eventually departed and another flatbed (double-axle) was sent out.. the 2nd driver was a younger guy-but also a professional and smart kid and knew what he was doing and picked up my trailer and I followed him the 9 miles to Tractor Supply where I asked to be dropped off at. Mind you-I stood overwatch for drivers-looking over them while they re were on scene flagging semi traffic away from us near the construction zone and parked my vehicle behind the work area to keep these guys safe.. so-when we are at Tractor Supply-I am put on the drivers phone with the dispatcher and asked for my credit card.. meanwhile-my loaded trailer is still on the flatbed.. I knew I was about to get taken through the wash.. I asked the dispatcher then for the total to which she says I have to call his boss she calls back and says the bill was $500.. I questioned the obvious increase and she said it s port to port knowing I was getting shafted I told her to charge my card as I had no time to waste.. mind you-my fist call to Paddacks was at 4am and no more than an hour and 30 minutes was spent by the second driver unless we are talking about the socializing we enjoyed while handling the tow so I guess that costs money now?.. it was clear I was being made to pay for her mistake with the small rig sent first and then she wants to act like I owed three hours worth of work for them.. key point-don t give out your credit card until you have been told the cost. Paddacks you re a big enough outfit that you don t need to be robbing people.. this was less than a 10 mile tow and was no more complicated than pulling any other car or truck up the ramp..

Ordered a slingshot from a dealer an hour away from our house. We called same day they picked up within an hour and delivered with care. The fee was very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again! Friendly and prompt!

I have always had great experiences when working with Paddack's. The drivers are always very professional, but also very approachable and friendly. Very skilled drivers at that, just got through a space with ease, that I thought would be impossible! lol Great job to everyone at the business. I would like to thank Tyler for going above and beyond the call of duty. My transfer case went out in my Semi when I was backing into dock door in Greenfield IN. Tyler unhooked my truck and backed in the trailer the rest of the way. His kindness and professionalism took my mind off the bad day I was having. I also am very grateful for Tyler serving in the military as my son also served we had a great conversation on the way back to chicago. I also would like to thank Paddack for the great rate. I highly recommend Paddack towing service to anyone who breaks down they really care about your satisfaction!

Location is not 24 hours so remember when you get towed and it s on a Friday,Saturday,Sunday or a major holiday remember to add in the surge rate fees of getting your vehicle out and a possible long waiting time to deal with customer service window assistance.

The lady who set my tow up was super friendly. The tow driver arrived within the hour of setting up my service. Mike was the driver he was extremely nice, efficient, and most of all took extreme care loading/unloading my vehicle which I appreciated so much!!!! Definitely will recommend to anyone needing their services.

My vehicle was damaged by debris in a construction zone. Contacted AAA and my own insurance company for a tow. Neither were at all helpful. Was put in touch with Paddack's, who responded immediately and had a tow truck at the scene within 15 minutes. The tow was quick and professional. My wife s car died and GEICO sent Paddack s Towing to us. In spite of what was going on with the car, the towing experience was awesome. Great conversation and the gentleman never made me feel rushed. He even jumped the battery at the dealership so we could get the car windows up and then offered to take me home since I lived close by. Amazing customer service! As a gear head, I have had the unfortunate pleasure of employing several different towing companies over the years, and I can say my experience with Paddack was hands down the best. They were extremely accommodating and timely, and my driver Daniel was super friendly and took great care of my car. God willing, this is the last time I need a tow for a while, but if I need one again I'm definitely calling these guys.

I was having trouble getting service through AAA within a reasonable time! After waiting three hours, AAA finally contacted Paddocks as a second tow company to provide the service because the first contacted company had not shown up! Paddocks was here within 30 minutes, changed the tire in fifteen minutes or so (even with lug nuts that couldn't be loosened without a power tool that Paddocks driver had with him just in case needed!). Friendly driver Robert on truck 1483 provided outstanding and friendly service! Thank you!Service: Tire change

Extremely fast and friendly service. Within 40 minutes of requesting service from my insurance company, I received a call from their dispatch, a call from the driver, and my car was loaded and on the way to the shop. Robert S. in truck 1483 was my driver. He worked quickly and with an infectiously positive and courteous attitude. In the middle of the night My runflats were mutilated by some metal road debris. I had calculated how far the tow company was from My location. They arrived very promptly especially for the long drive they had to Make to reach me. However, Austin, a stand up gentleman made sure my car was secured and took me and it to my location until I could get a shop to open. Today they sent another driver out to take it to BMW and again impeccable prompt no nonsense servicing. Thank you for the rescue tow! Appreciate it!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Worst drivers I've ever seen. Constantly flying through roundabouts on 191st taking up both lanes. Won't be long and they will cause a serious accident because they don't yield, they just hammer down. They also leave Family Express out the entrance on 191st and cut across to go East. Not any particular vehicle, I've seen bobtail rigs, low boys, pickups, and wreckers.

The lady s who operate the phones are super rude. I got yelled at really quickly by one for asking a few questions. Also it is not 24 hours when your car is impounded, yet they won t tell you that until you re standing out in the cold ready to get your car. Therefore they ll probably try and charge me for the extra days knowing I was there and the website and phone calls I made prior were very misleading.
