Cordell helped me install a new battery in my fusion (not an easy task). He was absolutely amazing and I couldn't have diagnosed or fixed the issue without him. Give this man a raise!!

Absolutely hands down a great store. Cleanliness, Friendly, GREAT Customer Service (probably the best around or hand in hand with the best for sure), Speedy Delivery on anything not in stock, every staff member is professional, active in their position and performance as an oreilly team member - I could easily go on and on. GREAT Store!

I wish I can give this place more than 5 starts. The manager their ( Austin) he is simply a real gentleman with a heart of gold, very honest and super helpful. Pick the right headlight bulb and even fix the issue for me. O Riley, you are so lucky to have such a great manager. Thank you so much

Extremely helpful staff, especially the manager Austin kalinke. I had a question after purchasing brakes and rotors and I called the store and he helped me out a ton! Also price matched which was awesome

Customer service at this location is a step ahead of most businesses. Knowledgeable the staff was when asked about wiper blades and they installed them immediately.

Shane nickels went above and beyond today with customer service. Really helped me out and educated me a bit on my brake issue. Saved me money too! Give that man a raise!!!! Thank you Shane!

Last Friday & today myself and a coworker were helped by Austin. He is awesome! Got us the mirrors we needed, fixed the issue we had (a different store gave us the wrong mirror) & we paid great prices for everything we got on both trips. He s extremely friendly & helpful!! I have personally gone to this store for years for all things vehicle related & always recommend it. This store is in a busy area and is sandwiched between a Napa to their West and an AutoZone to the East - both of which I do not recommend.Long review summed up: OReilys, Austin (and honestly all the staff here) are great!

Austin and the team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Austin helped me pick out the right wiper blades for my car and even installed them in record time! These guys are definitely my go to for auto parts in the future.

The prices seem a little higher than competitors but the quality of parts is much better. Staff at O'Reilly Auto parts in Noblesville are very helpful and great to deal with. I would give them five stars both the older vehicles I have they do not carry the parts for it. I was just wanting a set of spark plugs and ask them if another store had them. I was told none of them did I'd have to wait a day that they would be shipped in from out of state. Their competitors have stores that serve as warehouses that you can travel to to get the right part if you need it right away. Other than that this is a great store.

We went here after going to several different places looking for a spark plug for a lawn mower. Upon arriving the gentleman working asked if he could help us. Which was very helpful. The other stores they were ling lines and nobody to ask questions to. After being patient for us to find the part number he immediately found us the part. It was $14 dollars cheaper then the other places were charging and they also had in store. The other stores didn't have it and would have to order. Both men that were in there were very helpful to other customers as well that I observed. I definitely recommend giving this place a try with your auto needs.

Went in today and the guys there were way beyond helpful. It is not my first time there and every time I do go there their staff is amazing! I highly recommend going there and me and my family will always go there for our future needs. Thank you to their staff for everything today :)

Went to Oreilys auto parts Westfield today to purchase a new battery.Service was 5 star,Austin took out my old battery,installed new purchase. Shout out to Austin your a great employee. Hope this help you stores improving customer service reputation

The Westfield O'Reilly Auto Parts is the best auto parts store around. My buddy Shane and the crew always greet you with a smile, and are always ready to get you whatever you need. I'm moving out of state and will miss my friends at the Westfield O'Reilly Auto.Sincerely, Gambler Charles.

The staff here is very helpful to your needs and gets you in and out with your purchase in a timely manner unlike the other national parts dealer east of this location regardless of what your buying.Their hours of operation are convenient and using the O'Reilly website to order parts is a plus..

Absolutely would not do business with this company. Called into the store to speak with the manager. Was told he was out doing sales calls. The guy I spoke to had no ideal I was setting in my truck right in front of the store looking at the manager. LIED. This started as I ordered a part for my corvette. Was told it will be in on Tuesday the 28th and we will call you. I was told the part was not ordered but I can order it and have it here by 330. ????? Spoke with area manager and he told me the wrong part was ordered. Why didn't they tell me the truth up front? What a joke.

I went there to buy a motorcycle battery , got the "we don't have it, but we can order it". I didn't go there to "order" anything. I DID go back home and ordered the common, readily available motorcycle battery on Amazon and had it delivered free, to my door and faster than I would have "ordered" and got it through O'Reilly auto parts with another trip required to get it.

I was a little frustrated when my client shows up at my shop with a replacement fuel hose for their Monte Carlo . The fuel line was labeled carb fuel with a few numbers which I could only contribute these numbers as stock numbers or part numbers . The most important numbers as for fuel pressure I could not recognize anything that I could contribute to how much fuel pressure the hose would withstand. I decided to take the hose back to the store myself to try to find out what I could as far as fuel pressure ratings. I asked the gentleman that I felt was a long term employee or a person in charge which I have had 35 years of experience in the automotive and truck repair service and have owned my own business all of those years with this in mind it's weird that it seems that its apparent to a person with years of experience who is in charge of the store when entering and setting your eyes on the sole who is responsible. I asked the gentleman if he would give me the fuel pressure rating on the hose my client purchased after giving them the information they would need to get the type of hose to ask for. The response I received was that the hose that they sold to my client was probably the hose we needed , that all the hose they have available has carb printed on them . I explained that fuel injection hose is what I needed and I did not feel comfortable using a hose that is stamped carb on it and not being able to give me a pressure rating I would need to return it due to the safety of my client and his Monte Carlo I could not Install the hose onto the car and be responsible for not doing the job right . I purchased a few items that I could use from the store and explained that I needed to go a different route with the parts I wanted to buy and return the hose due to not having a pressure rating available for me. I left the store feeling very confident that what I was doing as far as the repair would be completely safe and dependable. The problem I have is the attitude I received from the person I beleave was in charge at the time. I felt like I was a pain in the rump at the store for asking questions about a product that the store has sold us . I beleave the questions asked was very professional and very appropriate. I guess the attitude came from the possibility of not knowing the information I needed to know before completing the job or just didn't want to take the time to look up the information about the hose rating. I did not see any physical attempts to do so. If this was the case than I am completely confused on the standards of this stores procedures as far as servicing a client to the safest and most professional ways possible. These are the type of things that keep me from wanting to return to businesses for buying parts and causes me to recomend a different chain of auto part stores to my clients and my technicians.

Went there. They gave a bucket to me that gave me 10% off my entire order. Got a really good price on oil and filters. However, their choice of different types of car oils is very limited.

Was driving to work on a hazy day and noticed I had a headlight go out so, I stopped at this O'Reilly to buy headlight bulbs. The staff was friendly and eager to help.

Up to this time I was a loyal customer.But, today I wanted to buy a product on sale. Then rung me up for full price even though it was clearly marked on sale!!Sorry I dont fall for bait and switch!!

The counter guys were very helpful finding something they didn't have on the shelf and getting it in the same day. The store is clean and well lit, things are easy to find.

O'Reilly Auto Parts has and always will be a cut above. It seems no matter which O'Reilly's i go to, they're always on top of needed knowledge and friendliness.
