I genuinely do not have enough good things to say about Jon Fricker Automotive. Friendliest, most personable staff in the business. Everyone is highly intelligent so you know you can trust anyone you are speaking to. 10/10 communication, very quick service. These guys genuinely care about you and your vehicles. I bought a used car from out of state. FRICKER Automotove picked up the car and did a pre purchase inspection then returned the car to the dealer's lot. We bought the car and love it. We also had them install window tint before having the car shipped to us.

Couldn t be happier with this service. I needed a used car inspection ASAP and (thanks to a cancelation) got me in immediately. Jake was not only quick to pick up and coordinate over the phone, he also went above and beyond giving me helpful directions, avoiding a road closure and navigating the unusual entrance. The crew serviced me right away and did a thorough job. They helped explain things when I had questions and gave clear instructions for future fixes. The rest of the staff were super friendly and welcoming, as well. The building itself is a fun perk, but truly the customer service was a highlight of a long day of car shopping! Thanks guys!

I love this garage! They are honest and extremely nice! I trust them and have taken a few of our cars to them. They were recommended by my friend and I am glad he pointed us their way. Their whole staff is professional and keeps you updated. Just wanted to post a recommendation for anyone looking for a great automotive shop. Last week I had my battery replaced in my BMW at Jon Fricker Automotive in Westfield. Jon and his team really went above and beyond to get the job done. The service was very affordable and performed in a timely manner, and my vehicle was disinfected prior to being returned to me. Jon even offered to pick it up and deliver it back to me! From talking to Jon it was clear to me that he and his team know exactly what they are talking about and are extremely experienced and professional. During this trying time I feel it s more important than ever to support your local businesses like automotive shops, as opposed to taking your car to the dealership for service. Jon Fricker Automotive is located off SR 32 in Westfield at 900 E. Main St. in a big red barn right next to Big Hoffa s BBQ if anyone is interested in having a great automotive service experience!

We experienced some minor car trouble on our way to a quick getaway on Torch Lake. It was a Saturday afternoon, which alone is extremely difficult to find any repair service open, much less available! We found him through Google! My sister called and his wife answered and told my sister to bring it by and they could take a look. She gave us the directions and when we arrived he was standing outside to greet us! They are conveiniently located next to BIG Hoffas Smokehouse as well as a lovely antique mall that you couldn't even look at everything they have in an entire day!!!The gentleman did what he could to get us to our destination and was so entirely gracious and polite. I would recommend his service to anyone! I believe he is uniquely gifted in luxury vehicles, so he actually went slumming for us which was all the more endearing!!! Thank you Jon!!! You are the best!!! I could listen to you talk all day
