Rhoads provides excellent service. Employees are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their work quality is very good. They evaluated and diagnosed what my vehicle needed done. I was provided an itemized list of issues. I was told which items were a priority due to being a safety issue. My vehicle was fixed and back in two days. Excellent service! I highly recommend!

The results of the scan were explained to me with respect. Alternatives were discussed and priorities set.I haven't been to a shop to have any vehicles looked at for 30 years and I was very nervous.I had a very positive experience, and I will recommend Rhoads to anyone I talk to who needs work done on their vehicle.

Very Happy Rhoads Automotive was able to diagnose the issues with my F 150 and fix the multiple problems that the actual Ford dealership was unable to do. I will only utilize Rhoads Automotive for my vehicle repairs and maintenance from now on! Highly recommend Rhoads Automotive in Washington Indiana!

What a top notch, home town business!!I am visiting from Fl and my SUV started to make a strange noise off and on-very in consistently, I took a video/audio and brought my car into Rhoads automotive. Pretty routine so far . I had already contacted my mechanic at home (also a top notch shop). Now for the interesting part not only did they listen to the video/audio and took it for a drive (they were unable to reproduce the sound), they researched similar issues and drove it again and still unable to reproduce the sound they tried to figure out how to reproduce it in the shop- without any luck. When all was said and done they were unable to find the source (my mechanic told me it s a shot in the dark), he gave me some recommendations for my drive home and was willing to talk to my mechanic. They could have done any number of things to drive up my bill, but they didn t- what they DID do was check it out to make sure (best they could) to make sure I was good to get me home, and didn t Jack the charges.Now I know I have an auto shop when I m here!Thanks you John

Yes, iam very happy. Was able to make my trip to pennsylvania the next day. Car rode really smooth after the fix. Thank you so much. Also would like to add that the telemetrix and the ride home was also appreciated.

This is our family mechanic, they always take threat care of us service wise and attention wise, decent prices for the work and very dependable I just wish they were open on fridays

Called Monday morning with an issue on Jeep Grand Cherokee. They got me in Wednesday morning and by 2:30 it was done. They called and explained the issue. They fixed it. Since they already had it, I asked if they could replace the 7 yr old battery. No problem! Now I also have one less worry! Very glad I took my vehicle to them! Highly recommend! Also recommend Briggeman's towing service for their service!

When you take your vehicle to Rhoads, you know it is being taken care of! Took my car to another shop on the other end of town and ended up wasting money. Took it here like I should have done in the first place and they found the root issue. It was a hefty repair band this time I know it was done right! Great job as always! Plus they can pickup your vehicle for you while you work for oil changes etc. Love that extra bit of effort they put on!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I was having car trouble on 69 and pulled over at the Hucks gas station. I was far from both home and my destination. I ran into a police officer who called a gentleman from the automotive group. He actually came out to the gas station to check a few things and make sure my car was safe to drive until I reached home and could get it looked at further. If this is the kind of amazing treatment he gives a stranger in need, I can only imagine how well he would take care of your car. Its an experience I will always be thankful for!

Wonderful straight-forward experience!!...Our son was moving from Evansville to Indianapolis for school ( we live in the Louisville area )...We were meeting him in Indy to assist with his move...An hour into his drive he ran over something in the road and his brakes didn't feel right afterwards to him...We were not comfortable having him drive the rest of the way, so we had to find somewhere to have his car towed to and looked at...Not being from the area or familiar with it we got very lucky when after Googling auto repair businesses near where he pulled over we decided on Rhoads...It was a Saturday and they were closed, but we were directed to their preferred tow service who arrived promptly after we contacted them and on Monday morning they looked the car over and and said there was really nothing wrong with it and it was probably something small that had rectified itself. and there would just be a small service fee..So appreciated the honesty...Takiing your car into the shop can be nerve-wrecking even when you know who you're dealing with and as somebody from out of town this ended so much better than we were anticipating.

I have had issues with lights on my Ford F250 for over a year. The part that was thought to be needed was unable to be purchased. No one had the part!They tried another alternative, and I have lights! My turn signals work, my brake lights work, all lights are in working order!I am very pleased!Service: Electrical repair

Highly recommend! I will continue to take my car here from now on. They solved a simple issue within an hour and inspected the rest of my car and test drove it to make sure everything was perfect before calling me to come pick up! Brought in an older model car that needed attention on multiple things that had been put off for a while. RA took the time to go over the car thoroughly and find all that needed to be done. It took a couple days to get everything sorted out and repaired, but they kept me informed with status texts and personal phone calls. Great job, great communication, fair price. In the three visits I ve had at Rhoades, they have spoken to me like an educated adult, as I know only a limited amount about my car. At least two times were emergency situation s.
