Been waiting a week or so on a part 1st time they said we don't know what happened so ordered again called spoke to Bobby unfriendly poor communication ordered part again talked to Bill very polite professional then I called today Renee answered very impatient and I told her she had poor communication with their customers (she was also cocky) she told me they was very busy...Told her have manager to callSpoke with him no part don't know when it will be in I told him how Bobby n Renee was he didn't even care said if you worked in public after so long you would understand I said I have worked with the public and this is NOT how you would treat people and expect business

Went in to buy two belts. They only had one at the time, with another one coming in later that day. When I returned later to buy the other belt, the price they charged me was over three dollars higher. When I brought that to their attention they corrected the charge, but failed to explain the higher price. Mistakes do happen. But, I'll more cautious next time.

Only my second visit to this NAPA, and I only purchased carded items off the shelf. They did have what I needed, but little selection. I'll return again! The store was clean, and the help was great!

The NAPA Auto Parts store in Washington, IN is great! The staff are very helpful and never seem to be in a bad mood. They are always prompt in getting the parts you need.Always a first choice when needing parts.
