I understand you have a job to do but when there s a note in the window stating the driver will be right back to move the car I don t feel the auto should be towed especially when it wasn t a hazard. There s a reason the car was being moved personally. It s because the owner can t afford towing, especially $690 to go a few miles! Small town service no longer exist

Very rude customer service. Hung up on me when I was trying to find out information about a truck that legally my name is on. Wasn't starting drama or nothing. I was just generally concerned.

guys don't go there, they took me $ 7,500 for 20 mil and broke the pallet (like they didn't do it, although I have a video), in short, because of them, the total complexity got to $ 12,000. My advice to you is not to go there if you will need towing if you have a good look there is another who for 54 mils took only 500 dollars plus took the two of us with him. It was so and then it's up to you to decide. Good luck everyone !!!

Worst example of customer service I have ever came across. This Fred fella has to be the most unhappy person ever!!! He has more authority than the local police...so he says. Cannot carry a respectful conversation. Very condescending and arrogant. If I could take that star back, FRED, I would give you negative 5 stars. Hopefully your shop gets shut down or your kids can turn it into something good. Karma will see your sick attitude is taken care of.Let's hear your side of the pancake, pal.

if only I could give 0 star.they towed my truck charged 4550$ and charged my insurance 5500$ for storage .if you a small company don't use them they will finish you off after accident . filed complaint with consumer protection agencies in Illinois and Indiana I hope they will close this shady business for good

These guys are top notch. They fixed deer damage on my semi. Competed repair on time. Took me to hotel and picked me up. Even washed truck afterwards. They knew i was an owner operator and gave me a super good rate.

DON'T Use Craney's .... If you have watched the movie "Deliverance" then you will remember the "Driver Brothers" If you haven't then just imagine your worst nightmare showing up to haul off your car! After hitting a deer the sheriff Dept. called Craney's to tow our car, the tow was only 4 miles to their shop; the charge $385.00 dollars. if I could I would have posted "0" stars...

Very kind staff, we actually weren t able to have our car repaired there, but my husband s parents have taken their car there countless times and have been very happy! I have heard nothing but great things, had we lived closer, we definitely would have had our car repaired there.

TOWING COMPANY MORE LIKE MAFIATHERE IS NO WAY YOU SHOULD EVER CALL THIS GUYWHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH 975 FOR STORAGE AND TOW 1.5 MILESCONSUMER AFFAIRS HAS A FILE 2 IN THICK ON THIS GUY THAT SHOULD TELL YOU WE ARE NOT ONLY BAD REVIEW

Run don t walk away. He will hold your stuff until you find a law enforcement officer to assist you. Then charge you triple to get your vehicle out.
