Called to have a technician come to my house to replace a window in my family room. After waiting almost two weeks for a return phone call, the tech finally arrived. He measured the window and told me the window had to be ordered. I told him that was fine. Almost two months went by with no word from Chapman's. When I finally called and talked to the lady she became very rude and told me they was in the middle of moving and was too busy to check on my window. I waited another week and called back to hear the same excuse but this time she said the window had to come from another vendor and it would be in about ten days. That was almost two months ago and no word from them. Long story short, they lie, they are very unprofessional, and they should not be in business. Don't waste your time with this company at all.

The installation of a new windshield into my classic Mercedes went well, but the twice confirmed quote for the labor, as I provided the windshield, had an extra $150.00 tacked on by the owner, Jack, after the install began. He tried to make an excuse, but I caught him in his lie, as he was the one who set the install price. So I couldn't leave without paying the dishonest price increase. So basically they ripped me off and are dishonest. I won't go back. So now I warn everyone needing glass work not go there. Later I found they hadn't even fully installed the windshield as a frame surround was not only loose, but came apart while traveling. I had to get that fixed and get things that were adhered to the windshield, on the inside, installed by someone else. And those things were included in the original install price.

Set up an appointment to install windshield on an time sensitive job and they didn't show up or call to cancel. Would not recommend them.
