Wal mart Auto center has good customer service but if you have after market tires and go to get new tires you're out of luck as they will only put the size of tire the computer suggests for your car they won't be able to put the after Market size of tire on your vehicle

Refused to install one tire on a rear whell drive vehicle. These guys are either restricted by corporate or have lack experience to even be selling/installing tires. I've been in the auto industry for 20+ years and have never heard such a thing. So much for a quick tire replacement at Walmart to save me time.....

What a group of lying guys! I needed one tire replaced due to a flat tire. They were ok to sell me one new one and place it on the rim but not Mount it on my car as they claimed there s a law saying if the other tires are close to eight years old they couldn t replace just one tire they need to replace two at a time. My other tires are in good shape and didn t need replaced. So they sold me the one new tire on the rim and that was it.Thank goodness for Smith Tire just down the road for replacing my tire for me to get that donut tire off my car.Another reason I hate shopping at Walmart!!!Service: Tires

They forgot to put the oil filter access cap back on my engine cover. I found that out by a strange noise going 65mph down the highway..One price, one quality.I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

I was told my transmission was over filled (big exclamation marks on my report after an oil change and a general check) so I took it to a dealer (only way to drain it), 35 miles away, who checked and checked again and concluded that it wasn't. All that worry for nothing! Except for this, I've only had a great experience. I never had to wait more than an hour, and it seems they are really thorough. I also had a new battery put in and they even checked and adjusted my tire pressure even though that was not part of the work order.

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change and a tire repair only to be told that the tire tread was too far down for them to patch it. Currently waiting for the "Service Tech" to run the paperwork to see if our tire is covered under the warranty that was bought. We have been waiting for him to run that paperwork for the last half hour while he plays with his phone and walks around another person's car. I will make sure to let everyone know not to come here. Newsflash...if you only have two people working on a Saturday and you know it is going to be busy...either schedule more people to work or hire more help!!!

They can never get my tires off my truck. I don't understand why because no one else has any issues. Then put the tires they took off back in my truck flat and I had to go put air in them so I can get home. That really made mad

Wow! My car battery went bad without warning on a Saturday evening. We called around trying to find a battery. Walmart was willing to install it with only 30 minutes until they closed, so we went there. We worked with Michael & he went above & beyond fixing other tiny issues he noticed near the battery. (Loose hose, missing screws) The quick battery swap took over the double expected time yet Michael seemed happy to do the job right & take the time elsewhere as well. He definitely made a returning customer out of us & turned a very frustrating situation into a blessing. Thank you Michael & the other staff working this evening!

I have lifetime balance and rotate with two separate receipts from my purchases over the last couple of years. I went in to get my tires balanced per my receipt and contract, and was called back to the service center only to be told they couldn't do it because they said they were too far gone. however my truck doesn't appear to have even been moved from where I parked it. This tells me they never really inspected the tires. The older pair which also needed balance badly are not all the way down to the wear indicators yet and still have tread life. So somehow I paid for a service a few years ago when I bought these tires that now Walmart will not service. I will have to give serious consideration to whether or not I will patronize Walmart auto service again.

I had 1 set of Douglass performance all season tires put on a 2012 malibu. Told the size of the tire made it a low profile tire. I laughed. The app says these tires dont even fit my vehicle. When I called to get the right tires which were cheaper put on and these douglass tires taken back 3 days later they wouldnt do it and hung up on me. Do not get tires from here they definitely do t know the customer is always right and fix the problem not just hang up on the customer.

Excellent Service but break oil change not available they should have complete car service with cleaning facility available - good facility with purchase wallmart is great.

Refused to put only 2 tires on to start with because it is 4wheel drive. Would let me drive away on unsafe tires tho if I didn't buy all 4. Then refused to pit tires on my back rims..said they were to bad to use....um hello I'm using them now. So I left with my dangerous tires still on it. Went 1/2 mile to Smith Tire and got what I wanted with no hassle.

Horrible service. I came in on a Saturday at 830 am, and the associate woman said 3 hour wait for a tire rotation. I had til 12 so I said okay I will do it. She looked at me and said "well u have to leave your car here" I said "how else would u rotate my tires if it wasn't here? I have til noon before I have to be anywhere.." She seemed more irritated and she said. "Well it probably won't be done by then it will probably take more than 12 noon."WOW!! WALMART IS SOO BIG NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO SEND AWAY BUSINESS NOW..THANKS FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE TIRE AND LUBE CENTER AT WARSAW INDIANA WALMART.NO BUENO!!!

Got there about 3:30 pm. There was one other car there and multiple staff members. Was told they cannot change my oil because they close at 4pm

The wait times are very long. Not their fault, but they did not offer to put my name on a wait list. It was a Saturday, the only day I have to do to errands.

Horrible, wasted hours of my time to have a tire patched that should have been looked at to begin with, then tell me that they refuse to fix it, also refuse to sell me a new tire to replace it stating because I have 4x4 I am forced to buy tires a full set at a time from them. Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my day for nothing. Would give you a 0 star rating if it would let me.

Not surprisingly, a great place to have general service work done. Meanwhile you can shop while you wait for your car to get serviced. Great job guys!

Wasted an hour and a half of my time waiting on an oil change to be told we don't carry the filter for your car!! What how do you not carry a filter?? Why didn't you tell me this when I checked in?? Omg my time is worth something!! A lot more than you think!!!

I came in 3 hours before they re advertised closing time and was told they were not taking any more cars for the night. If they had said there was a long wait I would have been glad to wait but I was just turned away, 3 HOURS before they were supposed to close.

Went in for an oil change first thing in the morning and had ZERO issues. It was fast, price was what I expected, and they even vacuumed my car out for me. Thank you guys!!!

I always forget how much I hate Wal Mart. Then I go to Wal Mart. It's like waking from a nightmare, only to realize it was just a nightmare, then go back to sleep and go right back into it.

They try to scam you when you try to go in and buy a tire they try to sell you all for while the technician had a big chunk of cocaine hanging out of his nose I wouldn't let him change my bicycle tire

Took my vehicle in to get tire repaired 4 hour wait after almost 4 hours got left a message saying they can't fix I called back to find out why called 4 times before someone picked up the phone then I went to pick it up and watched 3 workers just ignore the phone ringing
