Room on second floor was good until 430 or 5 am when someone in room above began walking around their room for nearly an hour with heavy steps. I was awakened and could not sleep during that time. Motel is obviously not well soundproofed between floors. I will not stay there again unless I can be located on the top floor. My family members come to Warsaw several times a year for a couple days each time to visit friends and relatives.

Great place. So accommodating. We were officiating a wedding and had printed the unedited version. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to get a good copy printed for us. I needed a Philips screw driver. The nice young lady at the front desk looked and found me one! I forgot my ice bag. I needed to ice my knee before the ceremony. Again she came through for us. She found me an instant cold compress from the hotel first aide kit. Finally, the room was booked by someone in wedding party but we got my Hilton points in by a different front desk young lady. And my husband loved his "fresh" morning bagels. He hates hotel breakfasts usually. But best everything bagel he's had he said. Sausages were good. Eggs were fluffy. Bonus! Only one improvement: more trash receptacles in eating area, please. For a mobility compromised person getting to the trash was a bit annoying. Next time we bring our pupper, Lucie! Nice people. Thank you for making our stay great!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Good location. Up to date. Good price.Had a king room. Bed very comfortable. Love the regular size pillows.Spacious bathroom and great shower. Shampoo and soap wall.mounted and nice. Good towels well lit mirror. Nightlight in bathroom very helpful. No microwave or coffee maker in room, which is smart. Coffee available 24 hrs in lobby and microwave as well.Well stocked market, not cheap but is what it is.Lobby is fabulous. Comfortable chairs, variety of settings, a pool table, board games. Very nice. Two small negatives. Only.1 chair in room. Odd. Also, tv remote was difficult to use. Called front desk, they tried to help and then said turn off tv and then back on to change channel. Odd.Will.stay here again.Noteworthy details: Large elevator Wide hallways great lobby sitting area. Very clean.

We stayed on Christmas Eve. The weather was not good so travel was hazardous, and the hotel was nearly empty. We were still greeted warmly upon arrival. Our room was exactly as expected, clean and comfortable and a good value for the price. We were pleased and impressed that the breakfast buffet was open on Christmas, even though it was nothing special. The pancake station looked interesting but we didn't try it so I can't honestly critique it. My English muffin with egg and cheese was good but my wife's bagel was not. We loved that our dog was welcomed, too.

Pictures on website did not match what the room was like. The mini fridge is tiny and there was no microwave. When I asked the girl at the counter to cancel, the refund was denied because we booked online. While the service was good at the front desk, this hotel room was not worth anywhere close to the $110 we had to pay for it. Very disappointing.Rooms: The rooms are very different from the pictures they have posted online.

Hotel looked very new and great furnishings. The front desk lady (Julie?) was friendly at check in. Room was modern and great for the price. Beds were comfy. I liked the white boards by the elevators to let guests know what s going on locally. The breakfast had great options and the convenience of the snacks/drinks for purchase was great.I would say the downfalls were the lack of seating outside, and no pool. My room was great except for the floors seemed to be dirty, laminate it seemed and as I walked without socks on my feet got dirty. Kept having to wipe my feet off. And the bathroom shower was clearly not cleaned after the last guest because there was a clump of black hair on the drain and hair across the shower wall. Front desk (Julie?) was the only employee on and I kind of got some push back at first as to cleaning it, but she came almost right up despite being the only employee and sprayed it down and cleaned the hair out. She even said it was gross. I took pictures for proof.

Building at first glance looks super clean and well kept. Majority of employees were very nice, helpful and informative. Food every morning was great and efficient. We only stayed there a few days so far out of our week stay while traveling back and forth to the Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit in Forte Wayne to be with my 2 month old son that had caught an infectious respiratory infection known as RSV. I had called down asking if I could possibly get some of their cleaning supplies to clean our room so I wasn't subjecting my 2 month old freshly out of ICU to anymore new germs and kept Hilton employees safe. The manager denied me the sprays so I accommodated by asking if I could just have a rag sprayed with cleaner, was still denied. I tried to be understanding that there were probably policies so I left it alone. Not even 10 minutes later I am looking for new clothes for both of my boys and I find a mound of red ANTS crawling over my kids stuff. Again I called down stairs asking for assistance and they were able to get me ant killer and A RAG WITH CLEANER SPRAYED ON IT. I am not understanding this decision. Because I have found ants all of sudden I am able to get the rag to clean the area to get rid of the ants but I could NOT get a rag of cleaner to clean MY OWN ROOM to keep my son and Hilton employees safe from infection. I did not have to say anything to them in the first place and just left the room contaminated. I am very upset with this and hope it changes for future stays.

5 stars all around! The staff was so friendly, the rooms were clean (no bedbugs, I work for a pest control company so I ALWAYS look), breakfast was delicious, and they have a pool table! I grew up in Pierceton and came to Warsaw to visit family. Growing up, there was never a "nice" hotel to stay in, so I was happy to see they built this. I HIGHLY recommend Tru, you won't be disappointed!

Check in to check out and everything in between was above par. The hotel was very clean.Joanie and, I believe, Angie were so thoughtful to my children. My daughter fell and Joanie checked on her and even gave her M&M s. My son left his most special stuffed animal behind. I called to check and Angie was so kind stating that Otter was safe and keeping them company. If ever I m in Warsaw again, I won t think about staying elsewhere.

Nice, clean, new place. Staff was friendly and the service was good. Only complaint that I have was waiting in line to check in because they were so busy. They have white boards near the elevators with popular places to eat / drink and local events posted which was also nice. No outside seating at all, which was unfortunate on a beautiful night but other than that, this was a great, inexpensive stay!

Budget, but more modern Hilton property. Small rooms by design but not an issue if you are a single person travelling lightly. Overall good experience. Comes with large TV, mini fridge, and alarm clock. Small walk-in shower. They provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner in easy to squeeze containers in the shower. As of this review the hotel is in the wrong location on Google Maps. It is right next to the Holiday Inn.

This was my first time staying at the hotel since it's new. I was very well pleased with the rooms and the lobby. I stayed at the Holiday Inn and didn't like my room. It was dirty, so I left and went next door. My room here was pretty clean! There was a cleaning lady that has blonde hair and tattoos, and she was very friendly and accommodating, went out of her way to get us extra pillows and towels and gave us directions around town. The blonde front desk girl was very bubbly and delightful. The only reason I refuse to give this establishment 5 stars (or return again) is due to the fact that a middle age woman (on some sort of scooter, with long dark hair) approached us about our dog, (who is a service dog might I add) and complained about our dog being on the property out back using the restroom, even though we were cleaning up after him, and we actually had him sleep in the car because we were unsure of the policy. She told us we could not have our dog on the property, and asked us to leave, even though we unfortunately had already paid for that day/night. We were denied a refund. Up until that experience, we did have a good stay the days prior. Everyone else was super friendly and helpful!

So far it's been amazing, most of the staff seem very nice and welcoming. Rooms are extremely clean and bathrooms are of very nice size. The decor is very different then any other hotel I've ever been in. It's nice, but alittle odd at times. Just not my style really..

I wish I would have took pictures but I didn't. The hotel is brand new very modern decor from top to bottom. It was very comfortable beds and pillows. The continental breakfast was good, the lobby area had very modern decor and there are USB charging ports and power available throughout the hotel and the room. It was only $94! I would stay here again anytime over all the other hotels I've been to in the area.

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel during our trip to Milwaukee. We selected Tru because of how it looked and its nightly rate. The amenities in the bathroom were unique and I loved the shower. Breakfast was great, especially enjoyed making the pancakes. Only thing we missed was having coffee in the room, but that probably was due to the pandemic and new standards.

Whoever says beds are comfy is lying. Booking app stated checkout was at noon but hotel says 11 so we asked for late checkout, someone still walked at 11:15 when wife was in a session. Still waiting for the day that hotels actually buy comfortable beds, holiday inn next door did have decent beds so maybe book there if looking for comfort. One plus was tv had channels that actually said what show was currently on and not just channel number.

Hotel opened in January so it's fresh, clean and new. The decor is pleasant, even cool. I like the local suggestions that were posted near the elevators. The elevators are clean and large. People were respectful of space (due to Covid). Wipes and hand sanitizer were in various places. It is a little awkward to get into and out of the parking area because of the various frontage roads, but it's not a deal breaker.Be aware that rooms are NOT automatically cleaned or made up. There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says you need to request housekeeping. We were gone all day and came back to a room that was not made up and it wasn't a pleasant surprise. We called for fresh towels and they were brought up right away. It seems if this is a new trend, the information should be posted in a more obvious location. Mentioning it when a person is checking in would be nice, in fact. (Sticker photos are attached). We went to breakfast at 8 am. Stated hours are 6 to 9 am. There was one bagel, one hard boiled egg, and completely empty scrambled egg and sausage. The person at the desk didn't move or say anything. I finally asked if there would be more food. The desk person went into another room and eventually came out with some scrambled eggs (which were pulverized into extremely small pieces for some reason). Then she went away again for many more minutes and came back with the sausage. Only then did she bring out more bagels. The front desk person was also trying to help people who wanted to check out or needed other things. It wasn't ideal. It was free, though. Later when we were leaving there was no one at the desk, so I left our key cards and walked out.The lobby has a lot of seating areas, a pool table and TV. Snacks and junk food are available for purchase. 24 hour tea and coffee are there, too -- but when I tried to get coffee in the morning it was empty. There are many fast food and other restaurants in the area plus several large big box stores. It is a convenient location for getting to other towns in the area.Even with the downsides (housekeeping only on demand and breakfast not being stocked) I mentioned, I'm still giving a 4 star review because the bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very quiet and clean, and the AC worked great. I liked the soap dispensers in the bathroom, too. Another positive is the vinyl floors in the room; easier to keep clean than carpet.

Room was simply filthy, hairs in the bed, urine on the toilet seat, phone in room had no cable attached to wall. Filthy room during pandemic. Never again.Day 2 Update after first night: Stopped by front desk at 7am and asked for towels and turn down service, returned at 3pm to find nothing was done. I also second the other's comments that the manager speaks to the employees like dogs. Nice, modern hotel with staff that needs further training for success.

Found bed bug. The manager doesn t really have great customer service skills to be honest. If you want to run a tight ship that s fine but the attitude from the first time we called to the voicemail she left after we made them aware about the bed bug she thinks we are in it for compensation according to her voicemail which is apparently a horrible assumption to make about a customer. Yeah we may have been switched to another room but that doesn t justify her assumption.

Good hotel. Only two complaints and they are minimal.First. The floor in the room wasn't carpet. Minor I know.Second. They had a hot breakfast but it was limited to bagels and pancakes. I dont know how much control they had with this. Most hotels only started doing breakfast again. So still minor. They did have coffee, juice, milk, cereal, chilled boiled eggs, and yogurt. So an okay breakfast over all.Apart from that. Good hotel and friendly service.
