Nathan was so patient and very helpful with us. Especially when I had to get the freeze off. We love our Rav4. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Won't go anywhere else but here.

My fianc� and I were referred to Jana Gill and she provided excellent and smooth service. She was willing and able to answer any of our questions and took the time to establish a relationship with us. The purchase and finance processes were easy and we were able to go home in a new-to-us 2017 Subaru Forester! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in Warsaw and the surrounding areas. Thank you so much to Jana and the entire Toyota of Warsaw team!

Took my car in for an oil change. After I left to go home I noticed the engine sounded kind of funny every time I gave it gas, when I got home I checked under the hood. They put the air filter on upside down and forgot to latch it down. Make sure you check under your hood before you leave the dealership.

All the good reviews had to have been from a year ago. The service department is a joke. Travis the service manager is a child. If you want a Toyota go up to Fort Wayne to purchase and have it serviced. They completely took my husband car apart to find the problem then charged us $4,000 to put it back together. Got the truck back and it still did not run correctly.

Positive car buying experience from start to finish! Josh from the sales team was responsive, transparent, patient, and accommodating. No pressure tactics, bait and switch, or hidden fees. Well worth my drive all the way from Cincinnati to make my purchase. I d highly recommend this dealership!

Jana Gill @ Warsaw Toyota is a true professional! It's rare to be treated with EXCEPTIONAL customer service in any industry, but Jana achieved just that. Even though the vehicle market has been challenging the past 3 years, Jana navigated the challenges, made honest recommendations and assisted us in getting the ideal Toyota for our needs. Beyond the sale. Jana has gone above and beyond regarding 2 minor service items. Even though this is not her "role" she made sure we were taken care of and 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

Our Ford didn't work out so came over to Toyota where we were greeted by Jana Gill who was so rude within the first 5 minutes, I almost got up and walked out! She seemed mad that we were asking questions and tried to dismiss us after telling us about only 2 cars. We went outside to look at one and when we came back in she had moved our drinks and sat another customer at her desk but was nowhere to be seen. It was a very awkward situation for the both of us as I actually knew that person and we ended up chatting a bit. Jana basically said you take it or leave it since they barely have anything to offer as everything is bought before it even gets to them. We also didn't happen to like what we did look at and the interest rates were insane with no incentives offered even around the holidays! So we went over to Nissan where we had a great experience and walked away with a brand new 2023 SUV!

My 88-year old father had his Highlander towed to Toyota of Warsaw due to no start. $150 just for a diagnosis of a battery needing replacement. Total was $426.66 for what should be (in my opinion) no more than a battery + maybe 30 minutes of work.Ridiculous. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

Josh Ogden was FANTASTIC. We did this purchase completely remote and it was easy and timely! Josh did a great job of communicating with me on and off the clock throughout the whole process. If you get a chance to work with him, and this dealership take it!

They made buying easy and unlike other dealers the prices were transparent! Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, and Bernie returned our call s promptly. The finance process was also easy and quicker than other dealers we ve used.Highly recommend!

Jana was an absolute Rockstar and got us the best deal we could get to get my family in the right car for our future. I'll be back to this dealership just because of her. We bounced around several dealerships including a terrible time at Gurley Leep, and are so glad we wound up here. Save yourself some time in the future and just come here right off the bat.

I took my car in for routine service a month ago. I went to go get new tires only to find that Toyota of Warsaw used an impact driver on my locking lug nuts, breaking my key and putting the nuts on too tight. I ve been trying to get a hold of them but only get voicemail, but am now getting it taken care of at a different dealership in Ft Wayne. If you can t trust a service department to properly handle lug nuts, how can you trust them with anything else?

We were able to get a 2022 Corolla Hatchback SE for MSRP. Everyone here was great and didn't try to push unnecessary BS to my wife or I. Counting on these guys to treat us right for the 3 years of included service (oil changes / tire rotations + other scheduled maintenance). So far so good

Can t say enough good things about this dealership! We have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while and were thrilled to find the exact vehicle we wanted scheduled for arrival at Toyota of Warsaw. Cory was a ROCKSTAR and kept us in the loop and answered all of our questions immediately and made us very comfortable with the whole buying process. Dave was also amazing and had all of our documents ready to go when we walked in. Cory also was very patient and helped me set up the Toyota app and walked me through all of the many features on our new vehicle. We couldn t be happier with our new vehicle and want to thank everyone that had a hand in our purchase with Warsaw!

Being a part of Toyota family from years, I regret visiting to "Toyota of Warsaw" for my car's servicing. I wish there was anything like negative rating that i could give for my experience.I hope you do not overcharge your other customers in future for service you provide and as you said you should definitely consider your service and repair pricing policy.I hope you get better with honesty. I hope "Toyota of Warsaw" realizes its quality of service and keep up to the Toyota standards.I guess that's lots of hope there but I think that's all I could do after my recent experience!!I did agree�when I was told that your team will fix the issue and it will cost $135. I expect honesty in informing me that fixing means clearing code, soldering, and tape the wires which would be 1 hour of labor.�Despite my car being 3 months old (2021 model) with a warranty and doing my servicing with you at that time and still, you charge me for labor to solder and tape the wires. Just so you know your service advisor already gave me a heads up regarding the issue when dropping the car and it was not a surprise for�your�team.�I do not see any transparency when you charge me 1 hour of labor to just solder and tape the wire, and not informing me about what you actually mean by fixing the issue.

We were very disappointed with our recent interaction at Toyota of Warsaw. We went in ready to trade in our current Highlander and test drove the new Grand Highlander. Ready for a purchase but we were literally laughed at and mocked during negotiations by the sales person. We totally understand that prices are not super flexible but there are different aspects to negations including trade value etc we drove away and directly to Evans Toyota in FortWayne and drove off with our New Grand Highlander. Although we Love to keep business local we experienced such poor service at Toyota of Warsaw that we would not recommend to friends or family.

Thank you to Troy for finding all the parts needed plus my extra belt and thank you to the rest of the service technicians that worked on my 4Runner. It was clean and well taken care of when I picked it up.Since my 4Runner has a rare set up and parts are getting scarce, it made it difficult to find them but Toyota of Warsaw found and acquired the parts and was able to get it taken care of. Very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone. 5 Stars
