Nikki was very helpful and not pushy. She was very patient and kind and helped me find an affordable vehicle that I could pay for as well as take care of other bills. I definitely would recommend going to her if you ever need or want a new vehicle

Ladonna is amazing and I would highly recommend going to see her. She's an amazing sales person, super friendly, very helpful, and patient. She even stayed after hours to help me. She gave me several options of vehicles to choose from and I would HIGHLY recommend her and Superior Auto

I've been sold a lemon. I went there to get a car, got it, and not even a week later it won't start and now I have to take it to a shop, costing me time at work and money I really don't have. I was told the vehicle was 100% fine, everything worked and/or been repaired, and its my fault for believing them. Please go elsewhere, because they'll give you a car alright, but its not worth the hundreds of dollars to get towed and repaired not even a week later

So I found myself needing a car bc of a accident and went to several places but with not having the best credit it was a polite no, until I called Nikki at Superior Warsaw. I can't begin to say how amazing and Informative she was about choices and options WITHOUT ONE SECOND OF MAKING ME FEEL OVERWHELMED OR "FORCED" TO MAKE A PURCHASE. She was very clear on what the cost was and what we thought I could afford and I got a great car and couldn't be more happy with my purchase and grateful for Nikki's help.

I called them in may to have my bi weekly due date changed. They somehow screwed it up. I have been making the payments on the new due date without missing any. Today they sent some lady to repo my car saying it was late. You re better off walking then dealing with this place.

I have never been to a dealership before in my life. This is the first time. Ive now been here for 4 and a half to 5 months. And i couldnt choose another. Nickii has done so much for me and has always been there when i was struggling. So thank you Nickii.My name is Devan Landry and i for sure recommend 5 stars!!!

This location lies. 100% "buy here pay here with no credit" however they did a hard credit check bringing 3 adults credit scores down 100 points each. Then denied all of us saying "your a couple hundred short" our house makes over $6,000 a month. They 100% lie. Do not go to this company! You have been warned.

Nikki made the car buying experience so easy. She never made any promises. Up front about everything. I needed a car desperately and she helped me get that car. I would recommend Superior Auto in Warsaw to anyone!

Sure they will get you a car, not a great one at that. Both cars I've gotten have had issues right off the bat that they didn't want to claim. After getting 2 cars through them and never not getting them a payment within a day of the due date they will come get it after a day of no payment. These are the shadiest people around the area. Do not buy from them.

Have had the vehicle less than a year, already had to replace the water pump and rusting radiator and now the transmission has gone out. Use it as a daily driver to and from work and one 200 mile road trip. Worst vehicle I have ever owned and still owe over $10,000 on it. Great way to just throw money away while trying to rebuild my credit. I understand car maintenance but this is ridiculous won't recommend this place to anyone

My car has had nothing but problems since we bought it. I was trying to rebuild my credit, now I'm in worse shape than I was before. Thought we had it fixed. Got out of the hospital ,after 4 days, the worst time ever and down again. NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO SUPERIOR AUTO. NEVER.
