I am so glad that I decided to try Steve's Auto Care. I have a Subaru Outback and my first question to them was if they worked on them. They did a thorough check of all functions before starting work and addressed the necessary problems. My car has never run so well and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Steve is a heck of a nice guy and knows what he is doing. Makayla was very professional and kept me informed during the whole process. Please do not hesitate to go there for your auto servicing needs!

Great customer service, super friendly, and very detail oriented. Answered all questions and made me feel comfortable. Work done to my truck was excellent and in a very timely manner. Even made time for my truck when an emergency issue arose. They got the issue fixed and my truck back to great driving condition. Will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Steve and the team were great to work with; they listed the maintenance that needed to be done on our Subaru in critical order with pictures of each problem and worked with me to make sure we took care of what was needed without busting the bank. They performed quality repairs in short order, and we will be coming back for future maintenance needs.

I was having an issue with my car, took it to Steve s where they quoted me $800+ to replace an entire part of the car which I highly doubted all that had to be done to fix it. Took it to another mechanic where they figured out the issue within 5 minutes which was 2 fuses not being pushed in all the way. However, Steve s managed to find more issues during their courtesy check, which I appreciate, just wished they d done a better job during their diagnostic.Service: Electrical

I have brought my car here a handful of times now and I haven't regretted any of the work they've done. Incredibly knowledgeable, they will always call ahead before any work is actually done allowing you to pick and choose what you pay for. They also are readily available and willing to educate you on the issues unlike other garages I have gone to where they can be condescending if you don't know much about cars. Steve s Auto is the best in the business for fixing any vehicle with the Check Engine light warning on the dashboard! They have a really great team in Warsaw!

I wont be back. I got my car repaid at Steve's and initially everything seemed fine. A few days latter my wife took the car for the weekend and on her way the issue I had fixed at Steve's came up again. This stranded my wife a couple hours away from home with no car while I was at home with kids. Steve's made me aware of a repair warranty the fortunately did cover the cost of towing and getting the car repaired again but this all resulted in me and my wife loosing our weekend and me having to coordinate towing and finding a car repair service that would honor the warranty. Instead of my wife getting to visit a friend for a weekend I had to load my kids in our van and go picker her up. Steve's made no attempt to rectify this situation. Never offered even a small refund for my wasted time. Never called to make sure we got everything taken care of. THEN just a couple weeks after the repair a bad oil leak appeared in the engine. I took it back to Steve's to see if it was related to their original fix (which was also a oil leak problem) They claimed it was not related to their original fix but I am skeptical. They also charged me just for the diagnostic despite the major inconvenience they had caused me and my family.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I recently brought a car to Steve's because my regular mechanic told me he really didn't want to fix it. While I appreciated that honesty, I wanted it fixed. My boss always speaks highly of Steve, so I came. I am very impressed. The waiting area is very nice, but the shop itself is clean and orderly. The work was thorough and the communication was excellent. I have since started to bring my own car, and am impressed with how detail-oriented they are.

I started taking my car to Steve's Auto about three years ago, and I haven't taken it for service to anyone else since then. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Steve always takes the time to be sure I understand the work that my car needs. I am no car expert, and he does a great job at explaining the problem and the options I have for getting it repaired. I also appreciate that he's very honest in letting me know what work is necessary/urgent for safety vs. what work can wait, is optional and/or is merely cosmetic. On top of all that, he does excellent work. I have been very pleased with the work, honesty, and professionalism. I intend to keep taking my car there, where I know it will be in good hands.

I have a very hard time finding good auto shops that I can trust but Steve's Auto has proved to be a wonderful place to take my vehicles. They do very high quality work. I have never had to return to them or find someone else to correct a repair job. They aren't the cheapest but that is because they will totally fix issues, not just band aid them to earn a quick dollar.What I really appreciate about Steve's is that they take the time to explain their work and answer any questions I have.

I've been to three other local shops and not one was as prompt, professional, honest, and thorough as Steve's Auto Care. I received updates both by phone and email (to include photos of what they were seeing so I didn't just have to take their word for it.) The best part was that I told them a budget I needed to stay in and they made every possible effort to make sure I came in UNDER the budget while still taking care of the things that needed the most immediate attention. Drop off was easy, pick up was easy, and they were never impatient even when they probably should have been. This is my new and only local mechanic now.

I highly recommend Steve's Auto Care. The customer service is outstanding: the front-end staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The waiting area is cozy and pleasant, and the staff is very friendly and interactive.The mechanic crew is sharp and does excellent work in a timely and affordable fashion. The prices are reasonable--and when repair counsel is requested, it is given with integrity and informed perspective. Steve isn't just looking to make money, he has a desire to serve his customers and keep them safe and on the road. I have been a regular customer of Steve's for about 4 years, and I have been extremely pleased with the service and counsel I've received over those years. I love having a mechanic that I can trust.

I have two high-mileage vehicles, so repairs and preventative maintenance are par for the course. I have taken both vehicles to Steve's, and have been very satisfied with the service that I have received. The work has been completed on time and at (or under) the estimate given. I also enjoy the customer-service centered approach that my wife and I have both received.If you like friendly service, non-pushy repair recommendations, and quality workmanship, then Steve's will not disappoint!

I first took my car to Steve's a couple of years ago, and I was so impressed I haven't been anywhere else for repairs since. Steve is always sure to explain why a car repair is needed and whether it is high or low priority. He and his wife, Julie operate their business with complete honesty and integrity. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, it is a relief to know I am not being taken advantage of when I take my car in for repairs or routine maintenance. I truly appreciate the quality, friendly care I receive every time I walk through the doors!

What I like about Steve's Auto is that I can trust he'll do good work on my car and charge me a fair amount. Steve and his family live a few doors down from me and we attend the same church. Steve comes out from the shop to talk with me personally about the issues and I get the impression that he wants to find the best solution for me and not just have me pay for the most expensive repair.I am a young guy and haven't had a lot of experience with auto shops but I have been very pleased with Steve's Auto Care. -I'll also add that is wife runs the front desk and does a great job personally relating with the customers. The waiting room is very comfortable and they have complementary drinks.

We started going to Steve's Auto Care after receiving some disappointing service from another local mechanic. We've been very happy with the service they've given us and have recommended them to several people. Everyone is always very professional and courteous. The service has always been top-notch and done exactly when promised. And, if something unexpectedly comes up with one of our vehicles, they're always willing to make time to fit us in to get us back on the road. They also offer something that not too many other mechanics do... part of your money back in the form of a rewards check, along with periodic loyalty rewards checks, that you can put towards other service! We also appreciate that they make note of things they feel you should keep an eye on, along with a severity level of it, so we can plan ahead to get them fixed. You're treated like family at Steve's!

Always the best for polite and excellent service!! They are always honest, knowledgeable, and do their best to care for their customers. Always standing behind their warranties.. even when I do not know it is a warranty .. they will tell me. They make sure the details are cared for, such as finding the correct tire for the customers driving conditions. Customer safety is always considered. Been with Steve since he started in business and have always been happy.

I have never been to another shop like Steve's Auto Care. What differentiates Steve's from other auto shops is the strong ethical commitment the business and owner has made to its customers. I can't take my vehicles anywhere else without worrying if I'm getting punked by some auto shop that just wants my money. Just about every other shop I've been to has in some way tried to sucker more money out of me over phony or unneeded services. Steve's will always give you an honest assessment of your vehicle's health and take care of you like you're family. If you're looking for an honest mechanic with a lifetime of experience and skill, you need to try out Steve's Auto Care.

We first started taking our cars to Steve a year and a half ago, based on a recommendation from a friend. We'll never go anywhere else! Steve actually cares for our cars and gives a thorough eye to them even during something as simple as an oil change. He helped us set up a maintenance plan to ensure that our vehicles will serve us well for as long as we plan to keep them. Plus, you'll never find a more amiable mechanic than Steve!

The best auto place in the area. Where else can you get amazing service and feedback on your vehicle? Steve and his team are the best at what they do. They are very knowledgeable and will walk you step by step on your vehicle needs. I wish other local auto shops learn from how Steve's Auto Care treat their customers. Steve is the People's Mechanic! Looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommended!

I have appreciated the great service I have received at Steve's Auto Care. Steve and his crew have worked on several different cars for me. Each time they have done an excellent job diagnosing and taking care of needed repairs while providing a cost estimate before proceeding. I highly recommend Steve's Auto care for friendly service and the good work they perform on vehicles.

Integrity, Experience, Family-friendliness, Honest, Helpful, Highly Recommended. Our Van had recently conked out and we were in search of something family friendly and reliable. We are not the most car-savvy people but Steve was able to be "our eyes" when it came to inspecting our future vehicle before purchasing it! He even went beyond that and told us what vehicles to steer away from, which ones to look at and WHY, so we weren't tempted to look at one just because of price. As far as their waiting area/service center, we have three little ones 4 and under, I feel comfortable waiting for the cars to be fixed with all of them in tow. There are a few toys and cable TV for them to be occupied during the wait. We highly recommend Steve's Auto Care!
