Sent my daughter there with a small mechanical issue. They took very good care of her. Great to know there is a trustworthy shop local to the college.

They didn't mention that they charge a $200 fee just to give an estimate. I already knew I had a cat code and which one needed replaced. But hey, go to these guys if you want to wait for an appt just to have your vic impounded for a simple estimate. I'd do better to put it on stands, leave a sign on it and let a thief cut it off - better results, better experience. I'm giving R&G 5 stars so they can take this review to the bank, just like my $200.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair

Super nice. Even though I haven't had reason to use their services, I was treated politely. The lady at the service counter is knowledgeable. Comfortable atmosphere!

R & G is about giving you quality in all they do. They aren't the cheapest so you certainly get what you pay for here. If you want it done right without paying dealer repair prices, this is the place to go.

Was on a family trip of 2 adults a 16, 12, 11 and 2 year old in 90 degree weather 120 miles from home when alternator went out. Luckily we were able to pull into a gas station. Found R & G number by accident but glad we did. They came and towed the van to the shop, dropped us off at a hotel with pool, then picked up at hotel to get the van from the shop the next morning. They towed a truck in on Thursday for me and said they would be able to get it in that day, on Tuesday they still had not even looked at my vehicle and could not give me a hard estimate of when they would be able to work on it. I had my truck towed to another shop. Not only were they not able to work on my truck Daryl was extremely rude when I would call and ask for an update. I tried to explain that I needed that truck for a business and that it was important, he replied with "you and everyone else we will get to it when we get to it".

I thought I could trust them wrong!!! I took my car in because it would not turn over. They charged me $300 to add a bypass wire worked for about a WK I called them and they instantly said oh it's the steering column which they quoted $800+ I decided not to do the work. They didn't offer to give me my money back even tho it was NOT fixed!! I should have known they didn't do the job because when I went to pick it up "dead battery" which was exactly why i took it there!! Wow never ever go back and wont recommend ever!

Had my car towed there needed a fuel pump told me $745.00 to fit it! I thought boy that's expensive. So I call around and got it done $253.47 WHAT A RIp OFF THIS PLACE WAS!!! Never will be back there again and would never recommend this place to anyone!! Fuel pump only cost $125.98 and fuel filter cost $19.99 so it's a good thing to always check around so you don't get ripped off!!! Beware of this place!! Two bad I had to hit one star it a 0

They always treated me right. Prices were in line or below market for most services. Only once did they perform an additional task that was minimal charge and made my car safer without asking. I actually appreciate someone who looks out for my safety like Darrell does.

Wow! A repair shop that delivers what they say they will do! And a day earlier then expected. I will definitely take my business to r&g again if and when needed.

Its a super great repair shop. Owner was very pleasant. They are all knowledgeable abour cars and trucks. Not cheap but very good

I had to have my transmission replaced in my F350 . They did a awesome job friendly kind fair price and speedy turnaround. I highly recommend this company to anybody!

Brought my Truck in with an issue they not only hooked up and ran a diagnostic to tell me the problem they also called stoops freightliner and gave them a heads up on the problem since I was going to Ft Wayne anyway.... Didn't even charge me Thanks .....I really should have just waited and had this place to fix it,I'd be up and running already instead of taking my chances at Freightliner lol....Lessoned learned...

They fixed my AC. A month later it was having issues, so they got me in the day I called and fixed it free of charge.They are very friendly and keep you informed about what all is happening.

Great place to get your vehicle worked on have a very friendly staff, they will let you know of other problems you may have with your vehicle that they may find when making another repair.
