My wife and I had a great experience with R&B. Make sure and ask for a fella named Art to get you hooked up with your new vehicle. Super nice guy and he worked really hard to get us a monthly payment we could handle. We had a little trouble with our vehicle 2 days after we drove it off the lot and he immediately worked on getting us back in for repairs, all of which were completed the same day. Very happy we dealt with them and will absolutely be getting with Art next time we need a vehicle.

Wonderful service! It was quick and the entire process was seamless. They even offered to drop off the rental I had because I didn't have a 2nd driver to help me. Will definitely be purchasing all my cars from Cole!!

I recently bought a Ford Fusion from Brandon at R&B and it was such an easy process. I came from out of state and Brandon was able to put the vehicle aside to give me a chance to look at it. Very happy with it so far!

I would encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to go to R&B Car Company, ask for Art. I didn't know that I could experience purchasing a vehicle so comfortably, and y'all this young man genuinely cares about his customers.

We bought a 2021 Kia Telluride from Mark on 7/6/23. We were told it was accident free, even showed us A CARFAX. Not the Carfax to our vehicle. A few weeks later the collision warning starts going off when there is nothing around the car. Which causes car to brake hard, and almost caused accidents. I texted Mike about the issues and he never responded. So, I take the car to the Kia dealership in Ft Wayne, and they discovered not only has my car been in one wreck, it had been in 3 accidents! Causing major damage to the frame (bent), front crash bar bent and front struts/mouths are damaged. They never fixed this and now it s unsafe to drive. Nor did they disclose, per the law, severe frame damage. Matter of fact he lied straight our faces that it had never been in any accidents. Kia dealership also saw that our tires are worn completely down. Oh and because of the previous accidents, the radar/sensor is facing down, which is $1,788 to fix and NOT COVERED BY the 5k extended warranty we bought. Not even covered from Kia s existing warranty. Total as of now without frame repair, we are looking at 3k to fix everything. Now why would someone get financed for 40k+ and want to shell out more money to make it whole again? The answer is WE WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR!!! It should have been totaled out. So, there is deception, fraud and unfair sales practices going on through this dealership. They covered up the true car history to us just to make a big sale. We have contacted an attorney because the condition of this car could have killed our family of 5. Mark, you wanted a review from us? HERE IT IS. We will also be pursuing criminal charges. Update: the owner Brandon cretacci called me after I left this review and made threats to me and my life. I have the conversations recorded. This guy is a loose canon.

I can not say enough about this company and the staff at Warsaw R&B car sales company. My friend and I travel from St. Louis Missouri to Indiana to purchase a car. We both are still talking about how we were treated like royalty at this establishment. All the staff was very nice and super friendly. We met the majority of the employees who worked there, including the manager and the service department. They were having their Christmas luncheon. We were invited to join their staff for lunch. The building and the restroom were cleaned inside. They had a lot of nice luxury cars on their lot for sale. Our sales person was Brandon, and he is awesome. He was very polite, very respectful, very attentive, and very knowledgeable about his job. He gave us a gift certificate to a restaurant for dinner. He made sure we were going to a nice and safe hotel to stay overnight. I was Wowed with the overall services we received from everyone we met at R&B Car sales company. The car they sold me I drove it home the next day for 7 hours. It rode very smoothly, and we did not have any problems driving home with the car.

Gave us the run around, was asked how much we had down said 1k they responded with they will get back with us in the morning due to the banks being closed and will have answers in the morning. Morning came stated I needed $3,500 down to get it done. I said no I ll pass thank you.We thought about it overnight called back that next morning said hey you know what let s do it. We were extremely excited that we were going to go through with it and do the $3,500 because to us the vehicle was well worth it. Was told alright let me get with my manger and I ll call you back. A few hours later I received a text message saying his boss was on the phone handling something else so he ll get with me soon after, cool.Didn t hear from anyone, so I called and I was told I needed $9k down!! What happened to $3,500?? Well the banks said $9 I asked which bank said $3,500 . None. So why tell me $3,500 will get it done in the first place??I totally understand it s all up to the lenders but don t tell me a number and once I agree to that you switch it up on me! Honestly wanted to do business with them just seems like they didn t want to sale the vehicle to us. Disappointing!

Steven and I had quite the experience! I went to one location where I thought the car I wanted was, totally by accident, and then test drove the incorrect car, another innocent mistake. Steven escorted me to the correct location, waited on me during another test drive, made sure I got some food and drink, because at this point, it had been a while into our adventure. Then was very patient with the paperwork. It was a pleasure working with Steven.

Visited R&B twice within the last month... the first visit was high pressure, even after telling them I had no plans to make a purchase that day and was just looking. At one point I had two salesman trying to get me to sign paperwork. I did allow them to do a credit check which ended up with 4 hard inquiries on my credit report... the second visit I was more stern with the fact that I'm just reviewing options. I was interested in a couple cars and was told they could give me some figures based on the credit report they just ran 3 weeks earlier... so I agreed to that but they ended up running my credit again without my consent or knowledge adding 5 more hard inquiries to my credit report

We recently were in the market for a truck, and after getting shoved off by a few other places, we came back to Mark and I m soooo glad we did! He goes absolutely above and beyond for his customers and always keeps their best intentions in mind and doesn t just try to sell you on a vehicle. By far the best experience when buying a vehicle and I will forever recommend people to go to him. If he doesn t have what you re looking for, he will find it for you. The best and most stress free car buying experience I ve ever had thanks to Mark!!!

I couldn't dream of having a better car buying experience. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Brandon and he made the entire process a pleasure. I live over two hours away and from the moment I contacted Brandon and R&B I knew I was talking with the right people. I received a prompt response to my inquiry and Brandon was eager to coordinate the entire pre-sale process over the phone. When I arrived, the Jeep presented accurately as was depicted online (in fact, the Jeep was even cleaner than shown). I received an insanely competitive interest rate and the paperwork was completed quickly. They provided a fresh detail and a full tank of gas. This was the culmination of a two year search for a 'needle in the haystack" and R & B and Brandon came through the heroes. When I'm ready for another purchase I will gladly turn to R&B first. These guys are absolutely amazing.

Horrible service, bought a truck, I was told the miles showing on the engine weren't correct. It had been rebuilt and the motor only had 140 thousand on it. It's s diesel truck so that's not much, I drove it off the lot and the rear end went out. I took it back within 20 minutes. They had it looked at and told me what was going on. It took them 5 weeks to fix it. I finally got the truck back and within a month a head gasket blew. Now I'm setting with payments and insurance on a truck that doesn't run. $5,000 to fix it. Worse car lot around

Well I walked into R&B with low hopes, as I knew that what I was looking for was a bit of a stretch. I hadn t been to any other dealerships or spoken to any other salesmen at all. I was greeted by Brandon George at the door, and I just laid it out there what my situation was and what my limits were and asked if it was even possible to help me find a truck, or if I was just wasting time. He told me truthfully that it was a tall order, but was willing to sit down and look at every possible angle to get me in a truck while sticking with my limits.After just an hour or two of conversing and looking at possible options, he had me on the road, that day, in a truck that met my needs. Hands down, this was my most pleasant dealership experience ever. I will absolutely be back when we re ready for our next vehicle.

They're tryin to get too much outta too little, like they have always done. They're not as bad as The Car Company, but they're still pretty bad. And I can say this from personal experience-I bought a truck from them a few years ago. Save yourself some money, & wasted time! Go somewhere else for a vehicle of great value.

Mark is a amazing salesman and I hope he makes it right with my wife and I. We've bought 4 cars from him in the last 2 years but, the last one we bought we were mislead I don't believe it was on purpose. I still hope he reaches out to correct this. It's been a couple weeks and still haven't heard anything from any of them at r and b after I've talked to them and was told they'd see what they can do and contact me.
