Cristal in the Warsaw location is an amazing woman, willing to help anyone who walks in the door. She did wonders helping me. I will always recommend Pioneer Auto Warsaw.

So I have had many cars over the years and dealt with many car lots, dealerships and sales people. Very few of them even come close to comparing to Pioneer Auto Sales. They are the most friendly, non-judgmental and patient people in the car business that I have ever seen. They went above and beyond for me and got me into the car that I wanted. Yep the car I wanted. They are not like other places that say oh well I can get you into these two cars. Not there! If they have it on the lot you can get in to it. They seem to take great pride in their vehicles and make certain that they are 100% before they put you in them. And they give you free oil changes until your car is paid off. Plus they have warranties on their cars. If you are having any trouble getting approved else where it is time to stop wasting your time and go see Kyle in Warsaw or the guys in Plymouth or Osceola. I honestly can not be happier. They really do treat you like family and bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy.

I just paid off my 2010 avenger that I bought from this amazing company, this was my first car buying experience and I absolutely cannot imagine it going any smoother or easier. Picking my car out was a breeze, there was no shady salesman trying to push a long held car onto me like at a few other places I had visited... After I picked out my car I was even advised to take the weekend to think about if it was really the one I wanted considering it was my first car. Kyle, who was the one that sold me the car, and Mary Elizabeth are both amazing, kind and very understanding. I cant say enough good things about this company and its people, it was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a car. If I ever need another car I know where im going.

A family member of mine suggested this place to me months ago and I'm so thankful that I listened to her. This place not only put me in a beautiful car but went above and beyond helping me. They r all friendly there and so understanding. If you need a ride let pioneer auto in Warsaw help you out they are the best..

I couldn t do this post without 5 stars. No shady sales experience here, BHPH s get a lot of bad rap in the car business, but Mary, Kyle, and everyone in between I ve had the opportunity to work with there have been nothing but helpful, kind, and reasonable with every expectation throughout the process. I want to thank them for notnonly the excellent , honest car buying experience, but also the service. If youre looking and from this area I can assure you no haggle or bs from these folks and they deserve the rating they received from me! Will recommend to folks moving fwd about this place for sure!

Kyle is very helpful and will do what he can to get you into a car for the money you have. Smooth and easy process which makes buying a car easy for once. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a vehicle especially if your're having trouble being approved anywhere else.

A big loud shot out to Kyle Prayer who helped us out last Saturday when our horse trailer broke down right at there lot in warsaw, i couldnt have asked for a better place to break down at. He offered up his guys and there tools to help us out. Spent most the day in there lot and he was so understanding. They were amazing. Thank you for all you did, you guys were all a true blessing

Tyler was an awesome salesperson. was patient, with what he was handled today. He did everything he could to get us what we needed in a timely manor. Pioneer will be seeing me again, for sure!!

everyone at this store is awesome, I'm on my second car , never had issues they didn't handle professionally, as alone as there this will be the only place I'll get a car or tell my friends about

first car dealership in town I've walked in where they are honest and very straight with you about how there in house financing works. Ask for Kyle.
