After trying three times to schedule service and not having my calls returned, I stopped into the service department myself to schedule. The service members were very kind and I believe they handled my oil and lube/tire rotation well. It did take two hours which I wasn t expecting. That said, my experience in general has usually been good, kind, and prompt.

Service Mgr is very knowledgeable. My first complaint was on this visit I don t know what elf drove my car outside .When leaving, I couldn t fit into my car Seriously. I m 73 yr old 5 6 chubby woman and getting in twisted my leg up so bad that I didn t know if I was going to get out to make Service put my seat back to normal or try to reach manual adjustment handle under seat! There is no reason regular auto Svc had anything to do with drivers seat! Plus.. it was SO high I hit my head at same time as twisting my foot! Took me forever working on it to get seat down! I will not try or should ever need to make those adjustments again !

Came here because I was disappointed in another Nissan Dealership for not taking care of this issue. Came here to get some work done on a wheel bearing. New part broke on installation and they had to keep my car overnight until another part came in. I live far away so they gave me a loaner car to get me around. Had to make an extra trip but I appreciate the honesty and great service. I will be back.

Nissan of Warsaw, service department was very courteous, they allowed me to drive there while mine was being serviced, nice people to work with , highly recommend this Dealership.

Good experience with the service dept but in the waiting area /show room your music was so loud ! If I was looking to purchase another car I would not consider doing business in that inviroment.

Had recently purchased a nissan kicks and noticed a paint chip under the hood. Contacted them on a Monday and the chip was fixed on Friday. You just can't beat the quick service here..
