I will never buy a car from anyone but the Johnson's. I know that if I have an issue with my car, they'll fix it or find someone who can. They make you feel like family, and treat your family like family. Anytime I hear of someone in the market for a new car I tell them, Go to N&J and tell them Carleigh sent you. I could list all of the reasons why I prefer them over anyone else, but no one would read a comment that long.

This was couple of years ago my wife s Corolla had a bad battery and needed a jump start. She was stuck in presby driving lot. She needed a cable to jump start with my other car.I just enquired if they have and I can borrow but was outright refused. I already had a cable at home so did not want to buy. Just next to the school there is a ACDelco outlet. When I said I want to buy a cable and narrated the incident they were about to bill but stopped and told to take the cable , get the car started and return it. Two business different mindset. I bought couple of cars after the incident from different dealership. If NJ would have helped me I would definitely bought my suv from them.So as the old saying goes a Friend in need is a friend indeed .

I've bought my last 3 cars from the Johnson family. Once you do that you realize your part of the family! One my birthday yesterday I was losing air in a tire late in the afternoon. My car is my office. Can't get a tire place to look at it. They said bring it in there. It turned out broken rim. As a self employed real estate appraiser, that's my business. They took it to Indianapolis had it repaired and back on my car today. What an amazing experience. Thank you N&J!!! You kept my business going!

What an amazing family and beyond friendly. They helped us out and we got this amazing vehicle from them. They have customers for life now! Highly recommend them!

My husband and I, until his death, bought our cars from Clay at N&J. I bought my last car from Clay. I wouldn t even consider buying anywhere else. My sister, from Tennessee, bought her car from Clay, and loves it. They know good cars and treat their customers well. I don t recommend things very often, but am completely comfortable recommending N&J.

I'm leaving this here not because I dealt with Clay because I've read good things about him.However, I stopped in on Saturday 3/12/21 needing some help with something for my Dad's estate. I don't know who was working that day because he didn't bother giving me his name and he was VERY rude to me. Enough so that I really thought about going somewhere else. But because Clay is highly spoken of and I know a different family member and they are very nice I'll try again.

I stopped in to look at a vehicle and I talked to the owner Tim Johnson. He immediately gave me a price which was fair and we shook hands and the deal was done. Good way to do business. I would do business with N&J again.

Great guys. Went when I saw a truck that sold in less than 48 hours. Less than 2 weeks later I get a call about a truck that s mine if I want it but they ll be perfectly fine if I don t. Test drove and it was mine. Not pushy and treat you with respect

This company sold a car to my mother. They wrote the expiration date on the paper plate and off she went.. all is well right???WRONG.... they wrote the wrong expiration date on her tags & when she went to the BMV to get her tags they charged her a 45.00 dollar late fee. This dealership will now NOT reimburse my mother those funds stating it is her fault she went late!!! How is it HER fault that THEY wrote the wrong date on the paper tags THEY ISSUED???? Very very poor business management and even worse customer service....
