This is the first review I have ever posted. My experience with GreenMark was great. I was afraid I was going to have to purchase a new mower but Tyler and his crew fixed my mower and my husband said it runs like a brand new one. Thank you Tyler and everyone for making this experience a good one. Would highly recommend GreenMark

I m not easily impressed, and I think customer service is almost a fleeting thing of the past in today s society. That said, the guys at Greenmark absolutely embrace the idea of true customer service and set the bar very high for any other competing dealers. They have my business from now on. Well done.

I started to look at tractors around Dec 2021/Jan 2022 after I started pricing snow removal companies for our 10,000 sq ft commercial parking lot. I was looking at older used ones on Facebook marketplace. I went to go look at Kobuta s at a local dealer. They didn t have any inventory of the size of tractor I was wanting and told me to wait till spring 2022. They still have never called me back by the way.I went to Greenmark. Spoke with Tyler. Sat down with him. Really great guy. Really helpful. Showed me what they had in their used inventory. Answered all my questions. I realized it was just advantageous to buy a new one versus a used one. So that s what I did.Communication with Tyler was great! Texted me regularly. Received it before all the snow hit in February 2022 and was plowing snow with it in 3 weeks time from signing.Go to Greenmark. Good service. Great selection along with good communication all the way around.

I normally do not write reviews but Greenmark in Warsaw is worthy of my taking the time. I needed a hard to get mower deck belt for my S240 Accel 42 Deep deck(A103). Closest one was in Mishawaka. They trucked it to Warsaw and within 2 days I picked up the belt and at a good price. While in the store I was looking at the newer mowers and while talking to the sales person and telling him of some issues I had with my new S240 problem, he took me back to the service department. I explained my situation to Ron. He looked on line for a solution (15-20 minutes). We ended up going out to look at a new S240 Accel 48 Deep for me to show him what had happened. We were both on the floor looking at the undercarriage of the tractor and what probably went wrong with my mower. We concluded when you engage an electric PTO, the throttle should be 1/2 -3/4 to avoid the belt from flopping around and breaking electric wires. I wish my John Deere dealer in FW would have told me that when I made he purchase. But what I was most impressed with is he trouble shot my fuel code E33 problem on the display screen. He went the extra mile to force the error and showed me how to fix "My" problem. I wanted to pay Greenmark something for his trouble so I went into the showroom and bought a battery tender for the offseason. I wish I lived closer (Fort Wayne) so I could better make use of their hospitality and services. It was definitely worth the 80 miles round trip. My only regret was that I did not give Ron a "tip" - $. Thank you. thank you to Greenmark .

Great staff, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I bought my tractor in SC and transferred it here and they treat me like I had just bought it from them. I'd highly recommend them. Store is very clean and well kept as well.

Service call to work on my tractor. Ron always does a great job. scheduled appointment, quick, efficient, knowledgeable. The service technician Austin did a great job! I recommend GreenMark Warsaw Thanks guys!!!

The parts department is outstanding, those guys have it together and and know what customer service is all about. The parts department gets 6 stars from me.Service department has some real problems. Called made an appointment to have my garden tractor 200 hour service performed. I was told service was out a week and a half and made the appointment for June 3rd. June third had my x590 there @ 7:30 am, walked back to the service window, guy walks in and says what you need. I said I have an appointment today to service my garden tractor and before I could finish he replies to me What is your name. I finished my statement and told him. He finds my papers right away and states how busy they are should of been here on the second and didn't know if he could have it finished by the 4th. ( I had not said anything about the 4th) No good morning from this guy at all, made you feel like what the hell you come in for. Told me to pull my mower around to the side of the building unload there. He was talking with the person I made the appointment with when I came around to unload, he walked up to me and I asked if they leave the mowers out all night and in the rain. He stated he could see I take good care of my equipment and stated he would keep it inside and would have it finished sometime on the 4th and they would call. No call on 4th, I called in, they stated to me, the service would not be done because sale requested a lot of things to be pushed through and may get to it on Friday late. All this to make 3 points. 1) Teach your service department to greet the customers in way that makes them feel half way welcome. 2) Teach the lesson of Under Promise and Over Deliver and if you say it, do it.3) If a mistake is made in scheduling, just own up to it apologize and go back to number two.

The customer service at this location was absolutely perfect although I didn't purchase anything from them I caught a flat right at their location they sent guys out immediately and had it changed in 10 minutes. I offer payment but they refused chivalry isn't dead ladies! If I ever need anything tractor related I will definitely stop at this location, thanks guys!

Parts dept isn't bad, I see a lot of NAPA old timers working there. Sales didn't ever acknowledge my presence on any visit, but they're right in assuming that they're tractors are out of my price range.

Great parts staff with a brand new location. They have a huge inventory of lawn and garden equipment as well as all the stuff that keeps local farmers going from a great sales staff to an excellent service department.

When I bought the tractor three years ago they were great, but this summer I thought I had an issue so I call the service two times and let a message, never got a call back. End up figuring out the issue myself.

Boy howdy was this place a great find!! The pull starter on my lawn mower broke. As it was a few years too old, I needed a new part. They had it in stock, cheap, and I'm on my way to mowing again!! That's the second time these guys have saved the day for me.! Thank you Chris and Brent!!
