I recently purchased a car that had a chip in the windshield. Dealer said it had already been repaired but, with a big road trip and winter coming up, you can never be too careful.I called Thursday morning to see if they had room for me the same day and it worked out perfectly!The location was easy to find, and there were plenty of open parking spaces. Customer service was fantastic! The office is decent and straight forward. Super friendly folks who know what they're doing. Highly recommended!

They came right out and replaced two windows for me. The service people from the phone to the installers were all very professional and did a awesome job

The glass doctors hooked me up with a custom piece of tempered glass for a pinball refurbish project. Great price, and project was completed perfectly

Called for a quote. They said since I have lane departure etc it would be btwn $950 and $1000 installed. I called another place, same service, $600. I had one house window replaced several years ago due to storm damage. It was $350 for one standard size window. They need some local competition to bring prices down.

From point of contact to installation, Glass Doctor did a fabulous job. I was impressed with your sales rep, and Myron did a quick, thorough and perfect installation job for me. Keep up the good work! I will always use you for any replacement windows, and will be happy to recommend you to friends and family. I was thrilled that the new glass matched my existing Anderson windows to perfection!

The staff change has made this company amazing! I schedule glass installation for an excavating company in Warsaw. When we have a broken window it most likely puts the machine out of service. There has been a lot of changes going on at the Warsaw store but I have to say the best change is the addition of Cody! He is the best thing that has happened to the Warsaw store! He communicates above expectations! He answers my emails promptly and he always puts a smile on my face. It has been a pleasure working with him the last few months and I look forward to working with him in the future! Keep up the professionalism!

Two years ago I need to have my windshield replaced and I used Glass Doctor of Warsaw. The service technician (Josh) was not only very professional but also very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all of my questions and also helped me with my cars automatic starter that had nothing to do with the windshield. Today another car I own needed to have the windshield replaced. I was very pleased that Josh once again was able to fix the windshield. I definitely recommend Glass Doctor because from the start (phone call with Cody) to the end everything was handled professional!

The lady that answers the phone was so nice! She was helpful and kind (you don't get that very often) and she worked around my crazy schedule.The Serviceman was very courteous and professional. He did a beautiful job replacing the windshield in my truck. He did it in my driveway! I didn't have to take my truck and go to them. The actual cost was LESS than the quote....first time I've ever had that happen. I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Warsaw!!

If you dont send them pictures and measurements of the glass you are trying to replace, they send a guy out for $50 to diagnose your situation and he doesnt even bring any glass. Gotta wait for the next guy a week later. They stop making house calls at 3 pm.I ended up measuring my window pane and going to ace hardware where they cut glass to size and have window caulk. Took me a grand total of 10 minutes.

This company made promises to me to get my business, then would not keep them, saying that the employees were new, something I later learned was untrue.Every time they called me, they had a different story. I find them very unethical in their practices . I will go elsewhere.

Our front windshield needed repaired due to a big rock chip. We had issues with getting a correct replacement due to plugs that connect to our vehicles lane assist systems etc. They stayed on top of it until the correct one was identified. Great communication and service.

I was very impressed with the glass doctor... They got my window replaced in 4 weeks where everyone else told me it would be 12 to 16 weeks... The window looks just like the original had very professional installation and they were awesome to work with!!! I would recommend this place to anyone they do awesome work!

I have been going here since I was a kid. The staff has always been fantastic and the food quality consistent and high. One of the best things on the menu is the Santa Fe breakfast wrap. Ask for the spicy salsa. It's phenomenal and enough food for 2 people.Everything else on the menu is good too, but the breakfast offerings are always gold.

Glass doctor I think is awesome if you book them early. My project isn't started yet, I called on Thursday had an appointment on Friday the handy man was late about an hour. Took measurements and told me it would take a week and a half, I still have a broken window waiting for home adviser to fix my project. And they told me my payment wouldn't be taken out of my bank account till the job was finished, found out my bank account was charged $289 before the job was done. I still have faith that home advisor will complete the Jon before the rain comes.i will give home advisor 3 ***.

This place is amazing! They do a MUCH better job at installing your windshield than the places that will come to you. They have great quality work. You don't see foam sticking out anywhere, like the other place. Glass doctor has people who care about ensuring g their work protects you. They even clean your dash. My dash didn't even look that good when I bought the car from the dealer. Thank you for taking care if my car so thoroughly!

The replacement of my windshield was done very professionally and time friendly, the service tech was very friendly and very professional and he saved me $60 by keeping the old seal which he pointed out was still in great shape for a 40 year old truck. Excellent job.

We were surprised at how fast they had our glass shelf ready. We took it home the same day we ordered. The receptionist gave us a quote on the phone and that was the actual cost. I recommend to anyone!

Windshield was great, installation was fast. The only problem was I was quoted 330-350 dollars. I received the the bill after the work was completed and it was over 500 dollars. Make sure you get an emailed quote from them because I called a couple other glass doctors and was quoted the 350 dollar windshield. Somehow it was my fault that they gave me an incorrect quote. Great work, but won t be using them again in the future.

I appreciated that I did not have to be home to get an initial quote for the work. Once the glass came in for my windows the appointment was set up and the work was done quickly. I appreciated how helpful and prompt everyone was with the company.

Called for a quote and was given one in minutes. An appointment was made and upon arriving everyone from the front desk to the installers we're professional and friendly. I definitely would recommend.

Poor quality. Re did 3 of my windows and they have to come out and fix them cause trim falling off and window wont close. So now im cooling down the outside cause there screw up. I dnt recommend this company at all

The company initially received a windshield that had cracks and stars. The company called to reschedule for the next day and ordered a new windshield. Great customer service and the technician was super nice. Thank you.
