I would definitely recommend this place! We were looking for a work truck for my husband and were able to find one here. The process took a little longer than we anticipated, but they were able to make it work with what we were looking for. Everyone we worked with was great. Joe, Juan, and Tristin took care of everything and explained everything as it was happening!

Wes was awesome he sold me a solid truck. All the dudes in the shop are cool and down to earth. My credit isn t that great but I told them the numbers I was shooting for and they made work easily. 10/10 recommend these guys. I live a couple hours from the shop so he told me I wouldn t have to pay the deductible if I bring the truck to their shop.They also have a shop dog that s always a winThanks 5th gear!

I will NEVER EVER recommend this company.My fianc� bought this truck less than a week ago for over $14,000. First off, we gave them two problems that we thought were wrong with it. First the actuator which they CLAIMED they fixed but apparently next day to test drive it again and now the other one is out and now before every purchased we are required to fix it. But the second issue was the brakes. They claimed they were NEW BRAKES and and all however absolutely no way. THEY LIED AND PUT MY FIANC� IN A DESTH TRAP BECAUSE THEY WEREN T HONEST. They had saw the brakes and all at least two times and said everything was great and good vehicle. 1 day later ANOTHER $2000 have to one paid because THE ENTIRE BREAK SYSTEM FAILED AND WAS COMPLETELY WORN DOWN.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST!!

I gave them zero star. First off I kinda blame myself for taking the salesmen word that the truck (2011 Ford F-150) was a solid truck. They promised me that there would be zero issues with this truck. Also told me that if I had any problems to bring it to them first and they would take care of the issue.After a few days of getting an hour and a half away; I noticed oil on my garage floor. I called them and was told to bring it to them.My wife had to take a day off work because, that was the most viable option. They told me that it would cost over $1000 to repair the two leaks that it has.They did offer a small discount (for what I felt should've been covered) since it was only maybe a week since purchase. I just feel that with an $8000 down payment I should have gotten better service.I took a bunch of business cards to pass out to friends..... I won't be doing business with this company again. I will also prompt my friends and family to whom I did give business cards to to think twice before purchasing from from this business.

I drove 5 hours to buy a truck here because they help finance self employed people like me. The process was relatively painless and the guys here were super nice and professional. I'll definitely be back

If I could leave 10/10 I would, my suv has been survived here multiple times and each time I need work done I know exactly where to go, this past time I went in for a oil change and they went above and beyond. I spoke to the service manager I think her name was Holly but I told her I was having problems with my tire pressure and she made sure to get one of the workers to check it out sent me a text saying I had a nail. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to be safe in my vehicle. And I only went in for an oil change!!! Amazing work!

Bought a 2016 transit van off the guys over at 5th gear. Juan have me a full rundown of the vehicle and provided me with multiple inspection reports. Overall a super quick, easy transaction and have absolutely loved the van! Thanks guys! Will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle.

Juan was great to work with. Whole business was easy going. Laid back vibes. Juan was very honest about their vehicles. They actually cared about people paying cash for something. it s too early to speak on how long will the truck last but, it s a used vehicle everyone knows vehicles will always require some kind of maintenance and upkeep. Thanks for doing business! ended up with a truck we didn t even know we were looking for!

Our salesman was very respectful and decent! Not bad in that aspect at all. Everything was fairly fast and effective! Now, I have had my truck for a week 2004 power stroke used i get it! But have had the truck for exactly one week checked the oil the day of little less then half of what's supposed to be in there. (Don't dealerships change the oil upon selling!?) Two days after having the truck i hear a cluncking noise in the front end up on turning as well as a squealing noise pur rotation. Noticed a boost leak a day after i scheduled it to go to their shop (granite I'm 2 hours give or take north in Michigan) yesterday being 2/4/2024 i pulled up to get fuel. Went to fire the truck back up crank no start! I haven't even had the truck for a week like are we being absolutely serious. I run the codes. Appreciate you guys clearing the codes off the dash also! So yesterday I got down to look and see if I could figure out what might be the issue I found that the leveling kit on the front end has shifted and could potentially fall off. Do we not car about the liability of other family's!? I'll be honest, I bought my other car off of a used car lot, I still have it. Have had it going on three years now. I have not had to put one penny in this car at all! Besides gas, oil changes and tires! Hell the breaks haven't even needed to be changed yet. I am very disappointed in the outcome of how you guys really are. I did have 5 stars but after only a week and all the issues I'm having. Hope I wasn't scammed with that 12,000/ 1year warranty or whatever comes first! I didn't want to have to get back on here and do this but other people need to know! Please save yourself the time and the headache!

Bought a used Nissan nv1500. The price for it was great. Just before I paid for it I found out my wife's niece is a service manager. As I said the van was priced great however the sales person wasn't professional Never said thanks for my business. Since the date I bought it not one follow call to see how the van was happy with the van if I had any questions or anything in that regard. What really gets me is I told him I'm going to be looking for another van with in a few months. If he was a true salesman he'd be following up. I live in Fortwayne I could have stayed in town to buy something which I see now that is exactly what I'm going to do. One of my vans went down so it needs to be replaced asap. Unfortunately this salesman will not be getting my business again. Being in the customer service business and seeing people each and every day I get asked a lot about where I got my newsed van I will not be recommending him

The fact that this review has been posted for a month and no response from dealer shows they knew they did wrong! Contacted dealer several times by email and phone calls. Also contacted BBB AND STILL NO RESPONSE! PLEASE DON T TRUST THIS COMPANY! Bought a used truck a few months ago to find so much wrong with it. Hidden things we were not told about like the gas tank being held in by ratchet straps. whole bed of the truck is rusted out under the plastic liner in bed. Light so rusted out it just randomly fell off when we shut the tailgate, it s so bad there s no fixing it. 8,000 in the trash. I could go on and on about all the things we found wrong. Horrible dishonest company. DON T BUY FROM THEM! We took it to a repair shop and was told it s not worth fixing. Please don t screw yourselves like we did.

I made a 3 hour round trip to look at a truck that was Rust Free . They must have meant there was no charge for the rust I would have been purchasing. The truck was covered in rust and rot from front to back. Frame, bed sides, rockers, and cab corners. Don t waste your time with this business.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. They ve had my boyfriends truck for 6 months. We put 2000 down on this vehicle the same day he called them and said the trucks not running right. Buddy said eh replace the spark plugs and if that don t work we will help. One spark plugs breaks off he calls this place they say bring it up. They didn t even touch it for 3 months. Everytime he called it was a different story. Finally calls and said it s done but 1500$ Like excuse me? We come to finally pick it up after we hire a lawyer we pay 1500 the truck wouldn t start, put a starter pack on it and makes a loud rattle under the hood. There are hoses cut or torn off as if they either started parting out truck, or tearing it up. We were warned before coming here and we should have listened. Shiesty, and scammers. Like 100% I do not leave petty reviews at all. But this is so dirty and crazy I have to warn anybody willing to read.

Stay away! Terrible terrible place to buy a used vehicle. Bought a truck from them after driving 3+ hours. They promised it was the absolute perfect vehicle. Well turns out it s a pig with lipstick on. Cv boot is absolutely destroyed. Heat doesn t work. Lifter tick. Stay away. Called to ask them what we could do and they blocked me on everything. Salesmen is super uncomfortable and has no clue what he s doing. Again please for your sake stay away from these people. (Edit to the response) what your doing is called gas lighting. You promised money to be sent and your salesmen blocked me on Facebook and text messages. Then you told me to shove the 100 dollars somewhere. Also ask yourself why your partner left you??? It s because your untrustworthy and not in it to build relationships but simply make a quick buck and screw whoever. So again. Stay away from this trash business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOINT!!!!We definitely should have done a more thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to purchasing. Shame on us for being swindled and Shame on you Fifth Gear Garage for selling faulty vehicles. Unless you have a hobby of rebuilding vehicles for pleasure I would definitely keep on driving past this place! So thankful my daughter was never in it!!

2 HOUR ROUND TRIP TO GO SEE A TRUCK, SALESMEN SAY THE VEHICLE IS PERFECT AND WHEN YOU SHOW UP AND THERE IS MULTIPLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE AND ALL THE SALESMEN SAY IS (ITS A USED TRUCK WHAT DO YOU EXPECT). I EXPECT HONEST SALESMEN THAT WILL TELL A CUSTOMER IF THERE IS DAMAGE ON A VEHICLE BEFORE DRIVING FOR HOURS TO LOOK AT IT. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THESE GUYS HAVE GOT ME BUT IT WAS THE SAME SITUATION AS LAST TIME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT!!

Worst experience I have ever had in my life at a car lot most dishonest ppl I've felt with. Why say one thing then when you get back with your hopes up get told you need basically 20% of the trucks price. And to top it off the truck was posted on fb marketplace for 3k less than what I was told in person. I then try an contact a few ppl via fb to no avail and then I try to grab yalls attention by making a comment on a post you then delete the comment and block me on fb. That shows that you know about the dishonesty and don't like being pointed out for the fact. STRONLY RECCOMED GOING ELSEWHERE.

Run as fast as you can. Sold my son a truck with a lien on it. Took more than 30 days to send the paperwork so he could purchase plate and title. BMV located a lien out of state that has not been released. The temporary plates have expired now and he s been calling every day with no response except Sasha will check on it and get back to him. She never does. In the mean time, he s spent $3,000 on repairs in the last month on the truck he just bought less that two months ago and still cannot buy plates with the lien still active. The next call is to his attorney.

Zero stars!!!! They sell overpriced junk. They buy these trucks out of auctions that need lot's of work and try to sell them at retail pricing. If you plan to look at any of their junk defiantly bring a trailer with to haul it home!! Think twice before contacting these fools. The only thing they don't lack is the phenomenal detailing work on these junkers in hopes to sell. There is a reason this is a 3.5 star "business". Jordan is a joke, someone help this guy!!! Jordan, don't respond to me with "we strive to be the best, you're a liar." Go home and scrap your dive pieces on that parking lot of yours. Do better buddy.

Guys I have had quite a few issues that were small with my truck but I am understanding that it is a used truck but for the Milage and for the year of the truck rust is prolly the worst thing.. Also was charged 14500 instead of 13500 but have nothing negative to say about the service everyone was fairly nice and smooth to work with got me in and out all I wound recommend is really look the truck over and check the money and papers over before signing. Overall good nice small business . Just wish I would have known more about the things going wrong with the truck.
