I had a somewhat complex issue with my Audi, along with many maintenance issues to PM. John, Zeb and the entire crew there were extremely knowledgeable, skilled, honest and communicative with me. Audis are not fun or easy to work on. Many shops don t even touch them. I expected my car to have SOME minor issues when I got it back, but it s been 4 months and still running flawlessly due to these guys being so thorough and competent. I can t say enough about them. They re so reasonably priced and most likely do better work than any stealership. I ve always been a DIY er but some things are too big, or time consuming or lacking in tools. I wouldn t blink an eye going back to them for something I don t want, or can t, deal with. They are worth every penny.

Hi this is Robert I took my 1998chevy pickup truck to east side auto these guys are the absolute best guys in Warsaw if you need your vehicle fixed or serviced no matter what you need these are the guys friendly people I can t say enough about my experience with them but if east side auto quits working on cars it s time to quit driving because they are the ones that makes a difference in the auto mechanic industry east I wish you many customers in the future you deserve it thank you for all your hard work and effort in serving kosioksco county and more thanks again Robert Nolan

I m been going to East Side Auto for two years now. Zeb is fantastic to work with over there and explains everything so you understand what s going on with your car. I would highly recommend to give them a call for your next car appointment.

I called about noise with my brakes and they were able to look at the problem the same day to let me know if the car was safe to drive until it could be fixed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The work was scheduled for a week later and I dropped off the car using the key box. Most importantly, the work was done the day it was supposed to be and I was able to get my car back in a timely manner. The work came out less expensive than the estimate, and was fairly priced. This was my first experience using this auto repair shop and an overall positive experience.Service: Brakes

Thought I had an alignment issue and they got me in a few days later. Checked alignment and found a small misalignment, fixed it and was very reasonable in cost. Would definitley recommend

Warsaw Indiana has a lot of great auto shops, East Side Auto is the one that gets my trust! Zeb is great at helping, and will make sure you are taken care of. Cost is also very affordable, with quick turnaround time. Used East Side Auto, several times with no problems!

John and the crew at East side auto deliver the best service in the area! He did work on my BMW and I couldn t ask for a better experience. Very reasonable prices and quick turn around time on the services. He goes above and beyond to make things right. Definitely take any of your auto service needs here.

These guys do great work. Not only do offer pick-up/drop-off services, but they are also easy to work with and can handle all makes and models. From the key drop system, to the timely manner in diagnosing, to picking up the vehicle; it's all about customer service. They will discuss any additional service needs or recommendations to keep your car in tip-top shape, and how essential those might be.

My daughter's Nissan Frontier started overheating. Adrian worked with me and he diagnosed that it needed a head gasket replacement. The repairs were made and the truck runs Great! These guy are great. John and Zeb were professional, called me as soon as the knew the problem, explained it clearly, told me how much it was going to cost and why, and how long it would take to fix it. All around had a wonderful experience, already took my wife's car there for it's check up.

I had them work on both of our vehicles and they've done a great job. It's nice knowing when you go to pickup your car is going to be fixed correctly the first time.

Eastside Auto is a great place to go for any work that you need done on your car or truck. A friend at work recommended them to me and I called them up, told them my issue, which was my alternator going out. It was going to cost me over $1000 for the part at a dealership to fix it, not sure how much labor would have been on top of that, Zeb was able to get the part for $500 and then labor was under $200, they saved me alot of money. They work fast and do the job right.

I ve now taken three vehicles to East Side Auto and I ve had nothing but the BEST service. They ve taken care to be extra precautious during these strange times. They were fast and it was easy to get my vehicles into them.Give John and his team a chance to take care of your vehicles and I promise, it will be one of the best decisions you make concerning your cars!!

John and his team did a great job. My car has been making noise and no one seemed to figure out why, I brought it in to East Side Auto and they were able to not only fix the issue but explain why it was happening!I will only be trusting them with my car!

1st time taking my Kia to Eastside Auto and not only are they affordable but they have a 12month/12,000mile warranty on all repairs. They got my vehicle back on the road within 24 hours, fixed my suspension, and did a full 4 wheel alignment. Professional and they don t cut corners like other shops. As I walked out the door I let them know I have other cars too! Import, domestic, truck, car, SUV, they do it all. Don t sell yourself short by going to some bush league shop... Go to Eastside and get it done right the 1st time!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment
