Easy access and departure & easily seen from road. Bathroom was surprisingly clean. Staff it depends on which one you get. Either very helpful or a little aloof. Very quick getting vehicles in and out. Very clean waiting area and even the parking lot is kept clean!

Update: They had me in and out very quickly for a tire replacement under warranty today. Again, HIGHLY recommended!!!! GREAT team and they know what they're doing!!The team here is GREAT! They are always quick to get tires and quick to get them installed without damaging anything.I bought a few sets of tires for my Hellcat and other vehicles here and just had them install a full set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4s on my Model Y Performance (they even had their own set of lift pucks already) and LOVE them!!!They were able to get the tires the next day (nobody else in town could even get a set of four in the staggered sizes that I needed) AND they got them installed in half an hour less than they estimated!!Will DEFINITELY be back - again!!!

Awesome! We had a valve stem problem on our motorhome. We were far from home. These gentlemen were so helpful and fixed our tire problem with speed. No questions, no big sales push. They talked to us about new tires in our future. Will use them again and Highly recommend this team! Thank you.

Sent my wife in to have a tire repaired. They claimed that the puncture caused the belts to start separating and said it's unsafe and that I didn't purchase the protection plan so we would need to buy a new tire. Luckily my wife called me. I told them to put it back on. I took the car to another shop and inspected the tire myself as well as with their technician. The tire was perfectly fine. I don't appreciate a business trying to take advantage of people that don't know better (my wife).

While on a 12-hour trip with about 10 hours to go, I noticed my rental telling me I had a tire with low air. I typically get my tires at discount tires where I live and so seeing there was a discount tires in Warsaw Indiana only a few minutes away, I pulled in where they check the air in my tires and told me they thought there was a leak. They were able to squeeze me in as people with appointments were busy pulling in. Turned out I had a leaky valve stem that they were able to replace. It was fascinating watching those guys changing tires. If NASCAR needs to find some tire changers for their drivers, this is the place to look. They really know what they're doing and we're working hard to get people in and out. In under an hour, I was pulling away. A big thanks to the fellows at the Warsaw Discount Tires!

Good service. Clean waiting area. Kenneth went the extra mile to explain my tire wear and online tire rating tools in a very professional manner. All i was getting was my regularly scheduled free tire rotation!. (They honor their free tire rotation when you buy from discount tire.) They also have free soft drinks, coffee and snacks! (Not sure if this is only a 4th of July promotion.)

Great location, and great people who run it. I'm always satisfied when I leave Discount Tire.They honor all warranties on their tires and work with you when you need to spend big on wheels/tires. They save me so much stress too with their warranty on tires, I've had 2 incidents with a screw in my tire and the only frustration I have is the trip to the shop. They have a huge selection and if they don't have it on hand they'll get it for you!!

I had just had new tires put on my car by my car lot and 3 days later figured out my car lot had messed up the valve stem! Discount tire employees, faculty, staff and manager were amazing! Had my car in and out in 22 minutes and got me back on the road safe! Thank you guys for all your hard work it does not go unappreciated! Fast and great service! Highly recommend them and they will now have me as a customer for any future work and new tires needed!

Skyler (General Manager) greeted me by name before even getting to the door! 1st good sign of professionalism in customer service.Guided me to his counter.I had already purchased my tires online and had made an appointment couple of days prior.While there i knew i needed some windshield wipers and after they inspected them, Skyler suggested i get them.Which i did.The service and ovar all workmanship was TOP NOTCH!I cant say enough! How satisfied i am with doing buisness at this locationHighly HIGHLY!! Recommend this location of Discount Tire.You will not be disappointed.I would not doubt for 1 minute seeing Skyler move up to district or even regional manager and showing/teaching other locations his proven process of how to take care of a customer.Thank you Skyler! You and crew did Amazing.Customer for life!

Skyler Reichert was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful! He came out to check my tires before I even made it into the store, and was quick to offer helpful and much-needed advice on replacing my corroded wheels. I was so grateful for his kindness, for the clean and bright waiting room, and for the choice of music inside (Star 88.3)! My two wheels were replaced very quickly, and I was given helpful/realistic/no-pressure advice on replacing the other two.My visit made me so glad that I'd chosen DT for my tire/wheel needs! Thank you, gentlemen!

Braxton was a lifesaver for me today. I came into the shop so they could put air in my tier and he noticed that my wires where showing ,even though they where closing they put two tiers on so I would be safe. Thank you Braxton

We had a puncture on our way to the airport . They ( Gavin ,Tyler and the mechanic who helped us ) are very customer friendly , made sure to help us on time ,so we could get back on the road . Gavin also helped fix one of our wiper blades (which had been overlooked at a recent appointment at our regular service)Def a cheerful group of employees !

Have always had a great experience there. Today was not as good as normal. Even with an appointment and already selected tires, took 30 min after appt time to get in bay. 30 mins for 3 tire install and front wiper change (no complaints with install). Very friendly staff.

I have been going to Warsaw Discount Tire for over 5 years. I am always greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost respect. Tyler has gone out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction is priority. They also offer military and first responder discounts.

Being from out of town, its hard to know who to trust with your vehicle. However, we arrived and were greeted at the door with a friendly face. The initial estimated wait time for completion was about an hour, we literally waited 20 minutes and was back on the road in no time. We really appreciate being taken care of so swiftly and with great customer service. When we are back in this area and in need of tire repair, this will definitely be the place to go!

I had a wonderful experience getting tires at the Warsaw store today. I was dreading this necessary purchase at an inconvenient time in my life. The whole experience was made better by a young man named Dalton. He reminded me of how good people can be in a sometimes rough world. Also, that I was not alone with my challenges. Thank you so much for your kind heart today. I wont forget it. And i will be back for the rest of my tires soon.

Took over an hour to get my tires rotated with only 1 customer in front of me. There was a complete staff as well not sure why it should take this long.

One of my tires went flat on a trip from IL to OH for an event, and I stopped in here since it was along my route. I thought I would need a new tire and that I would have to miss the event I was heading toward, but after a quick look at it, they assessed that just the tire valve was leaking and it was a quick fix. Not only was I in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, they noticed another tire with the same issue and fixed that for me as well while I was there and very graciously didn t charge me for the fixes. I made it to my event right on time and I really appreciated their kindness, speed, and professionalism!

I had a great experience with the guys in warsaw Indiana we had a disagreement and these guys done everything in thier power to meet my needs the manager Tyler was so helpful he was willing to give me a complete set of lug nuts because putting my old ones back on the car would've been dangerous and against DOT regulations so me being broke after buying a new set of tires Tyler said he would just give me the the lug nuts as a blessing thanks guys I will continue shopping discount tire as long as they exist
