The Crouse crew did an AMAZING job fixing my car! It literally looks brand new!! Since the start, Chad and Jamie were super friendly and super helpful. I love how they keep you updated on the progress and the vehicle repairs were even finished two days earlier than expected. I would 100% recommend Crouse! EXCELLENT service for sure.

Crouse Body Shop took great care of us. They got us a quote the same day and gotour bumper replaced very quickly. The had great communication the entire process and our car was super clean when we picked it up. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Had someone back into me in the parking lot at work. Went in to get the estimate thinking the process would take about 2 weeks. Crouse told me it was only going to be about one week to get it fixed and the estimate only took 15 minutes. Super professional staff and very kind! Took the car in Monday morning. I get a call Wednesday afternoon saying my car is all ready to go. Only took three days and you can t even tell where the car was hit! Crouse even works directly with Enterprise so you can just leave the rental car there and someone will pick it up. 100% would recommend Crouse! Super fast, friendly, and professional.

Fantastic job on my car repair! They communicated very well on the progress of the repair process. They completed the work earlier than expected and cleaned the inside of my car! And when my car wouldn t start after I left there and made another stop soon after, they came out and got it jump started for me. Thanks!

I am extremely happy with my whole experience working with Crouse. The work on my car looks amazing and customer service was absolutely the best. Everyday I got a text keeping me updated on the progress and it was completed a day earlier than expected. To top it off my car was completely detailed and washed and looked amazing when I picked it up. I highly recommend!!

Everyone at Crouse was so professional. They were patient while we worked with the insurance company, which took so much longer than expected. My car was repaired expertly and quickly. The corned the inside and outside of my car as well. What an amazing surprise. I can t say enough about this team and their work. Thank you so much!!!

Crouse was wonderful! Not did they repair our truck but they kept us informed the entire time. It looks amazing and we got back earlier than we thought. They even returned the rental car we had to use for us to save us another trip!

i had the misfortune of someone hitting my parked vehicle a few days before Christmas. Crouse Body Shop got the parts in, repaired the truck, and DETAILED IT in a matter of days! during the holidays, which I was not expecting. The truck looks better than the day I purchased it now! def recommend them

They have worked on two of our cars. I asked our insurance company to use them the second time because the first time was so good. I had a uni-body and they had to literally cut the car into pieces and weld new ones in. Both were done quickly, and they look better than new! The crew here did an amazing job of fixing a fender-bender on my van, having spectacular customer service, being punctual on updates of when it would be done, and even did some detailing to the inside of my van before they gave it back! 100% recommend going here for your vehicle needs!

We was concerned with Progressive insisting to give us a check with just pictures and us knowing there was more damage. I called Chad and he told me that was normal of them. He was able to get us in same week I called. He let me know he had everything handled with Progressive and the text updates were nice as well. Thank you Chad and team for a great experience! I didn t do anything besides called Crouse!

Great customer service. Great family. They got an estimate to our insurance seamlessly. Kind owners. Very professional and easy to work with. Knowledgeable. I recommend to anyone dealing with an insurance claim needing body work on their vehicle!

Excellent customer service from Chad and Jamie!!! My Yukon looks amazing!!! Was very surprised when picking it up it was totally detailed inside and out....looks new again!!!! Definitely recommend Crouse to friends and family!!!

They quoted me my car would be done Feb 9, and as of today, Feb 4 it is already done.. looks great and was a EASY process to get it fixed! Would recommend Crouse to ANYONE! :) Went and picked it up after paying over the phone, pulled up and realized they detailed my vehicle inside and outside along with shampooed carpets, wheels are clean also! Looks amazing, smells even better and very very very very satisfied with Crouse, I will be back for any and all other repairs!!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to pick up my car and apparently they decided it was ok to give it to someone else 4 days before I got there! Then they still charged me storage fees. I had to wait 3 hours for the tow truck to bring my car back and it was damaged everywhere! Plus they lost the keys on top of that, they left it unlocked with my stereo equipment inside. 2 amps, 2 subs, and 6 smaller speakers, an equalizer and 2 stereos. But they want to say its not a big deal and get mad at me for being mad! !

I hit a deer on the 3rd of January. Reported it to geico that night and got an appointment at Crouse body shop the 10th. They had my car done the night of the 12th. Excellent service.

I m very impressed with Crouse. Their customer service is amazing and couldn t have asked for a better experience. I was able to get my vehicle in the shop right away and had it back exactly a week after my accident. I was kept in the loop through the whole process and my vehicle was completed 4 days ahead of schedule. When I went to pick it up it was shiny and looked brand new! I was told they even detailed it for me. What a great surprise that was! Highly recommend Crouse for all your collision repair.

I took My 2020 GMC Denali in for repairs from a front-end collision.they worked with my insurance company took care of everything they repaired by truck when I picked it up and looked it over the paint matched perfect, they repaired my truck in exhalent shape. and the whole truck was detailed clean great job I would use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
