Had my first hit and run incident with my vehicle and went through my insurance to see what options they had for me. First recommendation they had was Caliber Collision & I couldn t be happier with my decision to get my car repaired there. Ryan Smith directed me throughout the process and I appreciated the text updates as well. Thank you to all the staff and technicians that helped repair my vehicle. She looks good as new!

I went in for a quick estimate for some deep scratches on my car. James was kind enough to take a look and there would have been a lot of work involved to completely fix it, so he asked if I would mind if he had Todd see how much of it he could remove with wet sanding and buffing. 30 minutes in and out and my car was almost back to perfection! These guys are awesome! Very friendly and honest! Their number one priority is customer satisfaction. Thank you guys! You will definitely be who I go to for all of my body shop needs!

It was easy from the start! Quote was quick. They lined up a rental and it was delivered to Caliber so I could just drop my car off, get in the rental, and go. Daily texts for updates were great. Early completion even better. Top it off I was able to leave my rental there, and drove off with my repaired car that looks great. I d never needed collision repair before so I did not know who to use for this repair. Between online reviews and my insurance guys recommendation, I picked Caliber and I m so happy I did! Amazing work by everyone that handled my car all along the way!

I was involved in my first accident along with it being a hit and run and Caliber restored my vehicle to look brand new! They definitely keep in touch with you the entire process and it was amazing to wake up and see a text regarding where my vehicle was standing! Ryan did an amazing job so thankful I got my vehicle back also a whole week early!!! Definitely recommend this location! Thank you Caliber collision!

I was very appreciative of every update and how often I was updated. The customer service was awesome! Everyone was great to work with and everyone was very nice and helpful. My car looks great after being fixed and I was very pleased they worked hard to get my car fixed to look new! I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who is in need of an auto body repair shop!

What an incredible experience at Caliber. I m a car enthusiast and own a limited edition vehicle that was not involved in an accident but needed some paint work. I had quotes from other body shops and then went to Caliber. The first conversation with Nick earned my business with a reasonable quote and options on how to proceed. End result- Their processes are the most advanced in the industry and their work is phenomenal. Looks better than new now! Nick and the team really went above and beyond. He s a very knowledgeable car guy with many years of experience and was great to work with- Thanks Caliber!

I chose Caliber for the repair of our vehicle as they were able to get work started quickly and I liked the company's warranty for their work. The staff was great to work with and I really appreciated their willingness to help with the repositioning of an after market backup camera on the vehicle as part of the restoration work. Couldn't be happier with the result as it looks good as new! I highly recommend the Warsaw facility for anyone needing auto body repair.

I recommend Caliber Collision. The team repaired our automobile satisfactorily. They handled all the communication with our insurer. They also communicated with us daily on the repair progress. Best of all the repair was completed before the estimated finish date. Car accidents create inconvenience. Caliber took some of the sting out of our inconvenience. Thanks to Ryan and the team.

Everything was such a smooth process from start to finish. Ryan communicated whether by text or phone call with updates and went out of his way to answer any and all questions. We hit a deer on Halloween and I just got my Hyundai Tucson back today (a week ahead of schedule). Everything was easy, quick and painless. My SUV is back to looking brand new. I love their text updates and communication. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this place! Brought my 2023 Toyota RAV4 after some side damage. I couldn t be happier with the results of the work these guys did. The paint matches and it looks like nothing ever happened. The communication back and forth with James, was outstanding. He was always informing me on everything that was going on, through out the whole process.

Great service. My car was unfortunately unable to be fixed but they wrote the estimate in a timely fashion and helped with getting a rental car and kept me in the loop with what insurance was doing and when my car finally left the shop. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to friends and family.

My car was damaged in a fender bender. The whole front end needed to be replaced. They picked my car up from Elkhart and estimated it would be finished by October 9th. I was updated on a daily basis. The weekend before, they were waiting on a part to be delivered. Ryan ended up picking it up that weekend and my car was finished by the due date. I was so happy to pick up my vehicle on my birthday. What a great experience I had with Caliber Collision in Warsaw it was made possible with the special experience and treatment I received from GM, Todd Lincoln. Todd was professional, detailed and efficient. He and his team went the extra mile for me and it didn't go unnoticed. They repaired the rust on both bedside panels and a dent in a front fender of my truck. The paint looks great, and my truck is beautiful once again.
